• Almost half of those feel it is a vital way of engaging with people across the Diocese

Recurring themes

• 34 comments (33%) referred to improving the search facility and making things easier to find

• General concern that the website is kept up-to-date, from news to documentation

• Need for the homepage to be clear, simple and user-friendly; quite ‘insiderish’ in terms of knowing which dropdown tab to look under

• Straightforward list of contact details – people are currently hidden under different sections

• List of forthcoming events
