Market Stall Application Dulwich Park Fair
Sunday 20th May 2018 12-5pm
Dulwich Park Fair is now in its 11th year and ends the Dulwich Festival. It is a free outdoor event that normally attracts over 7,500 people. The Fair includes a Fun Fair, Vauxhall City Farm, Punch and Judy, the Magician and a surprise performance. The stage by the café will feature local musicians, brass bands, choirs and dance acts of all ages. There is, as always, a huge variety of food, craft and charity stalls.
This application form invites traders to apply for a single market stall. Each market stall has a table area of 7ft x 3ft and a roof area of 7ft x 7ft giving 2ft overhang at the back and front of the stall. No chairs are provided. No electricity supply is available. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged stock, which you bring at your own risk.
Stalls are subject to availability and are chosen for interest, quality and variety of goods to be sold. You will be notified by email. The market stall may not be used to sell hot food or hot drinks. If you are selling cold food you must include an up to date food safety and hygiene certificate with your application.
On the day of the event you will be directed to your stall. No changes can be made to your position. Please do not hang heavy items from the roof or alter the structure of the stall.
Car park passes will be issued to bring your goods and equipment into the park from 8.00am through College Gate entrance off College Road. Please note that all vehicles must be parked in the car park by 11.30am and car park passes must be
displayed. Please do not pack up early as vehicles will not be allowed to leave the park before 5pm.
