We now Deliver! We now deliver uncooked chicken satay with ready-to-use satay sauce! Pack Size/Cost: 50 sticks incl satay sauce at $95 per pack (incl GST) Delivery Areas: Free delivery for first 10km radius from Garden City, Booragoon. Next 10km radius is $10 per delivery. (Unfortunately 20km radius is the furthest we can deliver for now) Delivery Weekly Schedule: South of River: Thurs 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. North of River: Friday 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. Order Process: 1. Please PM, SMS or WhatsApp to 0414-981-368 with name, contact, address and quantity BY 6 P.M. THE DAY BEFORE AT THE VERY LATEST 2. We will return your call to confirm your order, please prepare your credit card or bank transfer ready (order will be delivered only upon confirmation of payment) Usage Directions: this is exact pack type I use at any event. The way it’s packed is for ease of storage. Each layer has 10 sticks with baking paper in between (ease of separation even when frozen). If you are having satay for multiple meals, suggest thawing in fridge only with what you need for 2 days. Freeze the rest and thaw as required. Cooking Directions: On hot plate, fry pan, grill, BBQ, or for the brave, open fire over charcoal. Although all sticks have been soaked, they still burn. Brush satay with oil before cooking (if over naked flames, add water to oil). Please ensure satay is cooked through. NB: I don’t recommend oven because the meat dries up and burns the stick.
