Training Option 3: Tecnomatix: Process Designer, Process Simulate, PlantSimulationJuly 21-24 (Monday–Thursday) 4 days Instructors: Nadia Galaske & André PicardCourse Description:.Module 1 - 3D Digital Factory Planning and Simulation with Tecnomatix ProcessDesigner & Process Simulate 10: Tecnomatix Process Designer and Process Simulateare digital manufacturing tools that enable collaborative project for planning, designing, simulating, and optimizing production processes. Process Designer provides a 3Denvironment for users to model production processes and develop a digital factory. Usingthe factory models created in Process Designer, Process Simulate allows users tovalidate manufacturing and assembly processes through 3D simulation of robotic andhuman operations. This course will introduce users to the basics of Tecnomatix ProcessDesigner & Process Simulate. After completing this course, users should be able to planand design a digital factory with 3D models using Process Designer as well as to createand perform simulations of robotic and human operations using Process Simulate.Module 2 - Simulation of production systems and processes using TecnomatixPlant Simulation 10: Tecnomatix Plant Simulation is a discrete-event simulation tool forthe planning, realisation and establishment of production systems and processes, the flowof materials and logistic operations. It is used for the exploration and optimization ofsystems' characteristics for all levels of plant planning from workplaces at shop floor level, through local plants, to worldwide distributed production facilities. This course will introduce users to the basics of Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. They areable to plan and perform material flow, information flow and logistics operations, tovisualize statistics and reports, and to automate elementary tasks.

Training Option 4: MSC ADAMS - Multidiscipline (Multibody, Structure and Controls)Modelization and Dynamic Analysis of full Car vehicleJuly 21-23 (Monday – Wednesday) 3 days Instructor: Paolo GervasioCourse Description: Discover how to develop a multi body full vehicle model inAdams/Car by creating your suspension templates, validating their subsystem outputsusing experimental data and finally by assembling the complete virtual vehicle. Thereafteryou will enhance the model by transforming one of the rigid body component of thesuspension in a flexible one to evaluate directly his dynamic load conditions. In the endyou will integrate the multi body model with a control system for a further step in theaccuracy of the outputs of your Adams/Car assembly.
