We are delighted that you have chosen to work with us at MCFT. We care greatly about the environment in which we all carry out our daily activities and this document is intended to give you a feel or the ‘essence’ of what life is like when working with us. This isn’t a job. It has to be more than that. We all spend too much time and effort just to be satisfied with ‘average’. So when we say more than just a job, what do we mean? • We are all engaged in the long term goals and ambitions of the business and know what part we play towards that • When faced with something outside the ordinary we take ownership and ensure that it gets dealt with properly • We care about each other • When the need arises we go out of our way for the good of the customer, the business or our colleagues • We don’t like to get engaged in negative conversations. They sap the life out of you and serve no purpose • We recognise that sustainable growth comes off the back of hard graft, tenacity, a desire to be the best and then being the best at what we do. Coupled with this we have to have the constant push out of boundaries to seek personal improvement to help us continually outperform the competition What can you expect in return for such loyalty and commitment? From the minute you join you will be given your personal induction plan which is designed to get you going and introduce you to all departments and teams. These plans are set and run in conjunction with both your line manager and the HR department. Reassurance that this business is growing and has done consistently over the last 5-6 years by c25-30% per annum. Pride in working for an independent business that aims to cut through the politics suffered by major corporate businesses allowing it to move quickly and make decisions. Confidence that the business is hell bent on continual development and growth providing opportunities for those that have the attitude and aptitude to take advantage. We are delighted that you have chosen to work with us at MCFT. We care greatly about the environment in which we all carry out our daily activities and this document is intended to give you a feel or the ‘essence’ of what life is like when working with us.

We recognise that no one is perfect, but we will go out of our way to help you build a career and be proud of who you are coming to work for.

Sometimes it doesn’t work, but with great recruitment practises this is kept to a minimum. When the fit isn’t right be aware that we will also be quick to address any issues with you.

We have demonstrated over recent years that if you are up for it, so are we!

Many of our team have been over for a visit and several have stayed and are currently helping our operation there to thrive on a longer-term basis.

Some however, prefer to stick to the UK and we will look to help you progress and develop your skills.
