Abstract

While there are four fundamental forces in nature, only one has a preferred handedness. In this talk I will discuss the possibility that Einstein's theory of space-time might also have a preferred handedness. I will discuss the consequences of this "parity" violation in our universe, and the possiblity that such an observation might test the reality of string theory.
