After a successful and varied career as an aviator in the U.S. Navy, corporate life in marketing and marketing research with Johnson & Johnson, and in small
entrepreneurial companies - Clint began investing in real estate in 2009. A University of Pennsylvania BA and Northwestern/Kellogg MBA, Clint applies
the managerial and business lessons of 30 years to drive his real estate company business forward.
Clint and his team create value for his company and his investor clients by
identifying undervalued real estate in gentrifying neighborhoods, improving it (creating the equity in the property) and selling it at market retail prices. His
company also executes rehab and rent projects and matches up lease-purchase tenant buyers with people having difficulty selling their homes,
creating a win-win-win for all.
In early 2016, Walnut Hill’s portfolio was valued at $1,425,000 and growing, producing $126,000 in annual revenue.
