Identify Community Groups Who Want to Walk as a “Group”Members of the Group Secure Donations, Complete the Donation FormsAttach the Checks or Cash to the Form (staples are OK even for Cash)Return the Forms & Donations to Your Local Lions Club Before the Walk or Bring Them to the Walk.

Lions of Illinois Foundation will Process the Donations After the Walk and Will Issue a Check to Your Group for 40% of all the Donations You Have Turned InChecks Will Be Sent to Your Local Lions Club to Be Presented to Your GroupMake All Checks Payable to Lions of Illinois Foundation – (Donations are Tax Deductible)
