INTRODUCTION

GIỚI THIỆU

Viet Tien Engineering Joint Stock Company (VTE) is a

Mechanical & Electrical contractor providing engineering goods

and services for various buildings including tenant build-out,

government, commercial, retail, residential, office building,

education, health care, factories, plants and infrastructure.

Founded in November 2004, with over a decade experience in

significant number of projects, VTE's professional team provides a

one-stop shop solution for full Mechanical and Electrical services

including design, supply and installation and involves managing

all aspects of a project from initial consultation and study, through

all phases of design and through construction.

We pride ourselves in offering the necessary professionalism and

technical expertise normally only found with larger practices,

coupled with the degree of personal involvement and

commitment that is usually only available from a small practice,

thereby enabling us to provide a quality service to our clients with

the utmost diligence and to a high standard, thereby enabling

individual clients' objectives to be successfully achieved. The

expectations, needs and goals of the client become the principle

focus throughout the projects building phases.

Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ Việt Tiến là nhà thầu cơ điện

chuyên cung cấp sản phẩm và dịch vụ kỹ thuật cho các loại công

trình khác nhau bao gồm các dự án đầu tư tư nhân, đầu tư nước

ngoài và dự án chính phủ, từ các khu thương mại, bán lẻ, khu dân

cư, tòa nhà văn phòng đến các công trình giáo dục, y tế, nhà máy,

công xưởng và hạ tầng kỹ thuật.

Được thành lập từ tháng 11 năm 2004, qua một thập kỷ hoạt động

với rất nhiều các dự án khác nhau, đội ngũ chuyên nghiệp của VTE

có khả năng cung cấp giải pháp trọn gói cho các dịch vụ cơ điện

bao gồm thiết kế, cung cấp, lắp đặt và mọi lĩnh vực liên quan đến

quản lý dự án từ tư vấn lập dự án, nghiên cứu khả thi đến thực hiện

toàn bộ công tác thiết kế và thi công.

Với bề dày kinh nghiệm thực tiễn cùng sự tham gia của đội ngũ

quản lý và nhân viên có trình độ chuyên môn, chúng tôi luôn tự

hào mang đến cho khách hàng các dịch vụ kỹ thuật đạt chất lượng

VTE can provide a wide range of design,

advisory and professional services to offer a

“One-stop shop solution” for the design,

supply and installation of Mechanical and

Electrical for tenant build-out, government,

commercial, retail, residential, office building,

education, health care, factories, plants and

infrastructure which include:

nhằm đưa ra "Giải pháp trọn gói” về thiết kế,

cung cấp và lắp đặt hệ thống cơ điện cho các loại

1.3. Approach

- Comply with the regulations, procedures of

VTE.

- All employees, contractors and the partners

are required to comply with all applicable

A. CHÍNH SÁCH VỀ SỨC KHỎE, AN TOÀN VÀ

MÔI TRƯỜNG

1.1. Mục tiêu:

- Bảo vệ sức khỏe và sự an toàn của nhân viên,

nhà thầu, khách hàng và quần chúng.

- Bảo vệ môi trường, giảm sự nóng lên toàn cầu

và thiệt hại gây cạn kiệt tầng ôzôn.

1.2. Cam kết:

- Cung cấp thực hành an toàn cho con người và

môi trường.

- Quản lý các vấn đề về Sức khỏe, An toàn và

Môi trường (HSE) là hoạt động quan trọng

hàng đầu.

- Thiết lập một môi trường làm việc an toàn,

giảm thiểu rủi ro, thiệt hại về kinh tế và giữ uy

tín Công ty.

- Công khai báo cáo về việc thực hiện HSE của

Công ty.

- Truyền đạt và giáo dục nhân viên có thái độ

chia sẻ và tôn trọng cam kết này.

1.3. Phương pháp tiếp cận:

- Tuân thủ các quy định, thủ tục của VTE.

- Tuân thủ pháp luật, quy tắc, quy ước, tiêu

chuẩn, khuyến nghị và hướng dẫn áp dụng

cho các tầng lớp xã hội, tổ chức công nghiệp

và Chính phủ Việt Nam về HSE.

- Thiết lập, thực hiện và liên tục cải thiện các

quy trình và hướng dẫn liên quan đến HSE.

- Tất cả nhân viên, nhà thầu và các đối tác được

yêu cầu phải thực hiện theo tất cả các qui định

và qui tắc về HSE để đảm bảo một môi trường

làm việc an toàn cho tất cả các hoạt động của

Công ty.

- Bao gồm cả việc thực hiện HSE KPI trong đánh

giá và khen thưởng cho nhân viên, nhà thầu.

B. DRUG, ALCOHOL AND SMOKING POLICY

1.1. Alcohol and Drug Policy

- It is a termination offence for any employee

of Contractor to be under the influence of

alcohol, or in possession of or under the

influence of any non- prescribed drug, such

as cocaine, Marijuana, Heroin, Hashish, or

other illegal substance, while working or

residing on any job site, including all

operations, or property under the control of

Contractor.

This rule applies to all operations and all

location.

1.2. Smoking Policy

- Smoking is not only harmful to health but

also a potential HSE hazard.

- Smoking and the use of naked flame are

strictly prohibited in the work-site. Lighters

and matches shall not be brought in except in

approved area.

- "Smoking" is only allowed at approved areas

displayed with smoking signs.

Smokers who smoke at approved areas must

ensure that cigarette butts and ash are

properly disposed in proper sand-box or ash-

tray provided.

B. CHÍNH SÁCH VỀ SỬ DỤNG MA TÚY, RƯỢU

VÀ HÚT THUỐC

1.1. Chính sách về sử dụng Rượu và Ma túy:

- Nhà thầu sẽ đình chỉ đối với bất kỳ nhân viên

nào bị ảnh hưởng bởi rượu, hoặc bất kỳ loại

thuốc không theo quy định, chẳng hạn như

cần sa, cocaine, heroin, chất kích thích, hay

chất bất hợp pháp khác trong khi làm việc

hoặc tại bất cứ công trường nào, bao gồm tất

cả các hoạt động, hoặc tài sản dưới sự kiểm

soát của Nhà thầu.

Quy định này áp dụng cho tất cả các hoạt

động và tất cả các vị trí.

1.2. Chính sách về Hút thuốc:

- Hút thuốc không chỉ có hại cho sức khỏe mà

còn là một mối nguy hiểm tiềm tàng về HSE.

- Cấm hút thuốc và dùng lửa tại các công

trường. Không được mang bật lửa và diêm

vào nơi làm việc trừ những khu vực được quy

định.

- Chỉ được phép "Hút thuốc" tại những khu vực

có biển cho phép hút thuốc.

Những người hút thuốc tại các khu vực đã

được quy định phải đảm bảo tàn và tro thuốc

được xử lý trong hộp cát hoặc khay đựng tro

có sẵn.
