Findings: The monthly report

Only 5 family membership

Most of the kids came because of the parents

Most of adult visitors came for studying

The most services that been used were using the internet and using the Wi-Fi.

Advantages:

I gained an experience .The monthly report shows all the statistic. Providing about 17 services for the visitors.Encoring families to read by making family

membershipThe division of the books’ sections simplify searching

for the book for the visitors.There are many branches in each main

neighborhood in Dubai city .There is networking between the brunches .

DisadvantagesNot all the visitors are familiar with the

services provided.Kids section don’t have enough staff Most the visitors gave the library’s

services and environment 7 out of 10 !

I think all the public libraries will shift to an electronic ones

The need for hard copy books is decreasing
