Susan recognized her Board of Directors and all of this year’s committee Chairs that were present at today’s meeting. There were hugs and tears and praise for everyone for such a tremendous year. Susan reminded us that the District Step-Down Party is Saturday June 29th at 6pm at the Santa Maria Airport Radisson. $60 per person. Sign up on the District 5240 website.
Richard Williams said there will be a brief meeting after our lunch for the Story book project (which will be held at Todd Rd Jail on Friday).
David Masci (after Susan was sequestered out of the room) pointed to sign up sheets for Susan’s Demotion Party, Friday June 28th at 6pm (we are dark on Thursday June 27th). Hawaiian themed attire.
Paul Dryman pointed out a sign-up sheet for ticket sales for the Midsummer’s Eve Wine Event.

Richard Williams said that he had a colonoscopy yesterday and contrary to popular belief the doctor said he isn’t full of the “stuff” we all think he is full of. He also thanked Joani for returning is 2011-2012 Awards Booklet
Chris Evans paid 12$ in honor of his 12th Anniversary Natalie Bradley finished her first term in the MBA program at CSUCI
and secondly she is selling her condo and is grateful to Robert Bianchi for his advice.
Matt Morrison announced that Dave Burns bowled a 235 last night and hopes that Martin Anderson stays on vacation so Dave can keep subbing for their team.
Ken Warner thanked all of those who donated blood last week – 25 pints were collected.
Dave Burns said they were down by 7 pins and Joani who bowled last for their team struggled to get 8 pins…..but she did and they won all of their games (4).
Bob Lewis said he and his wife Kathy just returned from 12 wonderful days in Kauai where his niece got married. He also witnessed a trash the dress ceremony in the ocean
Maria Prescott’s (1) daughter is getting married next weekend and she said she is sorry but she will miss Susan’s Demotion party
Dick Winchester said the new drive through Starbucks started paying rent this month and has a 10 year lease
Paul Dryman back from vacation cruising the Mediterranean just had surgery yesterday but came to Rotary because he is so committed to our club
Hugo Roche is happy he did NOT have a colonoscopy Cal Henry thanked Tanya for helping straighten out the club flags on
