Miss World Wenxia Yu spent a leisurelyriverside lunchtime at the Riva Surya Hotelduring her visit to Thailand last week.

The reigning beauty queen was joined by MissThailand World 2010 Sirirat Ruengsri (in blue)and Miss World Chief Executive Julia Morley.

The visit was organized as part of the officiallaunch of Thailand�s National Pageant for MissWorld 2013. This year�s final will be held inIndonesia.

Anybody wishing to enter this year's competitioncan register up until the 17th of February. Thetop 20 contestants will be chosen on the 21st,with the final being held on the 9th of April.

The Beer Vault, at Four Points by Sheraton, in Sukhumvit 15,has already put its plans into place for another special SaintPatrick�s Festival this year.

This will be the popular bar�s third Saint Patrick�s, and alreadysuccessful promotions have been updated for 2013. The bar iswell known for its monthly specials, with February seeing twofor one specials from England on offer in a 007 promotion(London Pride and five other imported beers, plus fish andchips, shepherds pie etc.)

Next month�s Saint Patrick�s Festival will run for a week, anddrink specials will include the Irish Car Bomb (Guinness witha whisky and Bailey�s shot bomb), Black and Green (Guinnessplus green lager) and Dirty Hoe (a Guinness and Hoegardenmix).

The Saint Patrick�s Festival at the Beer Vault will run fromMarch 11th through to the 17th. The bar opens daily at 3pmand is within a two minute walk of Sukhumvit Road.

YTSB is located on the third and fourth floors of the VIE 39 building in front of the VIE Hotel Bangkok with a choice of indoor seating, for 50, or refreshing seating in the openair terrace. This new cutting edge Japanese venue proudly serves the freshest sushi and sashimi, in larger portions, including an array of authentic Japanese specialties.

�My fish selections are imported three times a week. They don�t come dead as that is never fresh to me. We pay a higher price to get experts to handle this for us.Ingredients are also imported and my kitchen welcomes only premium produce.� says Chef Yoji.

YTSB honours the traditions of Japanese culinary art by upholding the principles of high quality and the freshest fish for exacting sushi standards, complemented by a wide rangeof top sakes, including some rarely found brands.
