• Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)– To increase interest in linkage of economic growth and educational

development in Knowledge-based society

– To focus more on sharing accumulated experiences and expertise with developing economies

In particular, Korean APEC educational projects in cooperation with 15 economies are acknowledged as a best practice of international cooperation that government, academia, and private sectors are involved
