Virgo Europe is geared tomanufacturer large trunnion ballvalves two or three pieces splitbody, top entry and fully welded upto 72” with pressure ratings ANSI150 to 4500 and API 2000 to API15000. Larger valves can bemanufactured on customer demand.Virgo Europe has the knowledgeof utilizing the most exoticmaterials to produce valves for hightemperature low and cryogenictemperatures, high pressure, largediameters and critical services. For corrosive service, seat pocketand seal area overlays areavailable by qualified weldinprocedures.

Virgo Europe is equippe toperforme the Non DestructiveExamination as Ultrasonic Test,Magnetic Partiche Examinationand Dye Penetrant Check.Qualified personnel, second levelto EN473, ISO 9712 andSNT-TC-1A, operates in compliancewith written procedures approvedby international recognized ThirdLevel Inspector.Radiographic Examinations andinstruments for Fugitive EmissionTest are outsourced at qualifiedvendors.Dimensional control is carried outusing conventional measuring toolsand the Anthropomorphic Arm

which is a sophisticated toolcapable to carry out ridimensionalmeasurements, planarity andspherical checks.
