Typical applications• Composting and aerating bio waste/green waste is accelerated by mixing

materials and adding air to the compost. Manure, green waste and for example the waste sludge can be turned into nutritious, valuable soil material with screening bucket

• Screening buckets are ideal for top soil screening and mixing. Top soil is needed for landscaping. Topsoil blending; mixing fertilizers, limestone and sand, feeding and loading materials - all done in one stage. Even land mine clearance can be done with strong Viper screening buckets

concrete or hard materials), construction waste, bark, glass, stumps, twigs, foundry sand, frozen fertilizers/lumps/bulk materials, municipality waste

Spiral rotors (45 degrees) pushing the material in the middle of the bucket, eliminating excessive tear and increasing productivity. Furthermore the rotors are not in straight line, but in slight U-shape to improve the screening fragmentation quality and eliminate excessive tear of the first and last rotor blades

Extra side plate to add volume to the bucket, especially when screening volume needing light materials. The side plate also prevents material dropping on the machine or ground. Viper bucket design allows “EasyOverfill”, little material is dropping out from the bucket when screening and not diluting the already screened material.
