and Government search, and if your company profile is incomplete

you may miss out on Opportunites****

Please pay careful attention because this is where you will complete

the key information about your company, such as;

Company narrative

Socio economic status

Industry(s)

Certifications

Capability Statements

Contract Vehicles you are either the Prime or a Sub

NAICS Codes

Security clearance

Facility Clearance

Clients

Etc.

You will receive an email from the VIP Marketplace with a link

that will take you to a registration page


Click on this & then choose which type of Organization you are

****VERY IMPORTANT****

The PRIMARY Contact Person displayed for your company

will be the FIRST person that registers your company.

**Requires Tech support to change**

If you will instruct someone else to complete your company

profile then instruct them to use your contact information.

We HIGHLY recommend that the PRIMARY contact be

someone who is the owner, partner, board member, etc.

because this contact information is fixed and requires

technical support to change it. This contact information will

be displayed on your company profile.

The reason for this measure is that if that contact person is

no longer with your company they can change the

information for our company and this can adversely affect

your company. That is why we recommend a person who is

not likely to change.

Choose as many from down menu as apply to your company. If you have a contract vehicle that is not on the list, Then click “Other” and a text box will appear for you to enter the Contract vehicle

Identify the specific Contract type, i.e. GSA Schedule 70, GSA Schedule 35, SEWP V, etc.

well as VIP graduates looking for teaming partners.

This is where we will show you the key screens that you will be using to complete

your company profile.

There are 2 dashboard screens that allow you to control all the key information about

your company and your company profile.

You will have the ability to do the following;

Update, edit or modify your company profile

Upload as many capability statements as needed

Upload your Company Logo

Upload any important documents such as certificates, awards, etc.

Add as many users of your company as you want (unlimited)

Search the VIP database for other VIP graduate companies

Search for Opportunities posted by either

o Large Primes,

o Government or

o Other VIP graduates

Search the calendar of events for upcoming events

Comment on any posting in the system

Continue to the next page for screenshots and the key items

This is the screen where you can control your entire company profile.

This is where you need to go if some information needs to be updated or

changed about your company.

The next page will show you the screenshots and how to update your company

profile and with what information.

Every time you choose a checkbox the search results will

update automatically

The purpose of these filters is to help you get to your desired result as quickly and as easily as possible.

You can always add more filters to minimize your

results, or you can remove filters to expand your results.

There are several filters to use for searching and quickly displaying the desired results.
