CMS business was established in 1969 and then rapidly

of CNC Machining Centres in the course of time.

Since 2002 the partnership with SCM Group, world leader

in the construction of woodworking machining centres, has

further strengthened CMS' more than thirty-year-old

constant growth, due to the stubborn improvement of

Established in 1970, VILLA manufactures thermoforming

machinery and systems. It has become an affiliate of

CMS Group in 1999.

The quality and reliability of its products enabled VILLA

to develop an outstanding position both in the Italian

market and in the international ones.

VILLA meets the market's needs by both manufacturing

thermoforming machinery and systems and by

proposing CMS' numerically controlled machining

centres, providing advice and customized solutions.

Villa BR/3The series BR/3 - manual sheet loading thermoforming

machines - is a reference point on the market and is the

result of 30 years of technical development.

A great deal of attention has been paid to the easy of use

of the equipment

change to limit production change times of few minutes.

A machine with a display system which does not require

the attendance of any course. Each control is clear and

univocal. The machine can also be used by operators

without electronic experience.

The automatic thermoforming.

Easy and precise sheet positioning.

The sheets are easily positioned on an

extractable pallet and are kept in the cor-

rect position during the whole lifting opera-

tion so that they cannot be displaced acci-

dentally.

Flexible and automatic mould unloading.

Unloading formed automated pieces can be

frontal or longitudinal.

Mixed hydraulic mould movement.

Movements can be completely pneumatic

or mixed hydraulic.

The hydraulic system uses accumulators

to reduce the installed power, to avoid

noise and to eliminate the need of oil

cooling. The proportional valves allow

checking and storing mould speeds.

Villa BR/3SThe series BR/3S – thermoforming machine with automa-

tic load/unload – is conceived with an absolutely innovati-

ve sheet loading system: to load a single sheet it is not

necessary to lift a whole pallet.

The loading of the sheet to be formed, the forming machi-

ning and the piece unloading are automatically carried out.

Fast tool and equipment change,

complete diagnostics, network con-

nection are a reference point and an

advantage for users.

In-line thermoforming.

Higher production quality and quantity.

The preheating system increases machine

capacity and avoids the thermal shock thus

ensuring high quality even with difficult

plastic materials in a high productivity

context.

Higher possibilities of negative parts.

The variable inclination of the extraction

system allows to control the unloading of

negative parts in a wide range of depth.

Safe and speed mould change.

In a thermoforming line is particularly

useful the special Villa mould change

solution. This allows to perform quick easy

and safe set up change. NO fork-lift is

required.

Total Process Control.

The Villa control system embraces/ com-

bines the most complete automatism with

the operator’s sensibility and experience

who, in any time, can correct the pro-

grammed parameters.

Villa BR/3CSThe production characteristics of the series BR/3CS are

particularly high. The machine allows a fully automatic

operation without operator intervention.

The cycle of loading-forming-unloading is carried out in-line.

CMS Plast CMS Tecnocut

Established in 1992, TECNOCUT has rapidly grown into a

professionally and technically resourceful reality.

TECNOCUT's development is in step with the constant

increase of requests for water-jet cutting plants and their

achievement in more and more diversified industrial

applications. Extremely accurate water jet cutting certainly

represents the most innovatory and futuristic technology

introduced on the market in the last few years; it is capable

of optimizing cutting processes for an infinite range of

materials. TECNOCUT can claim to be the only Italian

producer and one of the very few in the world to design and

manufacture every single component on its own, since it first

started manufacturing this special equipment.

It became a member of CMS Group in 2005.

CMS PLAST was founded Masnada Macchine in 1998 after

our ten-year experience in the design of 5-axis machining

centres and special machines in the plastics and wood

sectors, designs and builds CNC machining centres for

working plastics (mill cutting of thermoformed parts) and

composite materials (Waterjet cutting).

Our technical department relies on excellent designing

expertise and our entrepreneurial activity boasts the

production in series of high-performance Entry Level

machines for cutting thermoformed parts and

technologically advanced materials, as well as Horizontal

Sawing machines for pre-cutting thermoformed plates.

It became a member of CMS Group in 2005.

CMS Group

TECNOMETAL is a company established in 1982 for the

production of machining centres dedicated to flat glass

machining. It has become an affiliate of CMS Group in 1999.

In these years it has distinguished itself as an innovatory

industrial reality, producing worktables and cutting tables

and full automatic cutting lines in the most different

configurations and providing customized solutions, even

for CNC Machining Centres that are designed for very

special machining operations.

CMS Tecnometal CMS Deltaprogetti

Established in 1985, DELTAPROGETTI offers innovatory

solutions for product lines: full round edge bilateral

grinding machines, flat edge bilateral grinding machines,

a complete series of automatic vertical drills, loa-

ding/unloading devices and special equipment.

DELTAPROGETTI's development is in step with the

constant increase of plant requests and their achievement

in more and more diversified industrial applications.

It became a member of CMS Group in 2001.
