CREDIT CARD ONLY – CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF ORDER1. Minimum order requirements for new accounts and re-orders on existing accounts must meet Allure Home

Fragrance order requirements.• To open a new account - $250 NET payable by Credit Card. • Expedited orders are subject to a 10% rush fee.• Minimum re-order - $150 NET

2. Shipping• Not included in price of product• If pick-up orders are not picked up by scheduled date, the customer’s credit card will be charged and the product will be

shipped the following business day.

3. Open Account Terms• NET 30 days from date of invoice – (no CODs accepted). A service charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any

past due balances. • Late payment on open accounts may void Net 30 terms.

4. Cancellation Policy• Orders canceled within 10 business days of ship date will result in a 20% restocking fee.

Private Label Terms• 4% Private Label fee on SUBTOTAL of each order• Customer may provide label or customize one through our private label program for an additional cost• Customer may select an alternate ribbon color• Customer may select black or kraft packaging for their product• Custom Options

• Custom Candle Color – Minimum of 12/SKU• Custom Fragrance – One-time fee of $200• Custom Fragrance Blend (from existing fragrance menu) – One-time fee of $50, minimum of 12/SKU

• Custom Potpourri Botanical Blend subject to a design fee and increased minimums• For additional private label options/information please refer to Private Label section of the catalog• Allure Caution Label may be placed on the bottom of every SKU regardless of private label or not

Claims: Collect Shipments – All claims for damages or shortages must be filed by the customer within 2 business days after receipt of merchandise.

Boxes that appear to be damaged should be refused or signed “damaged.”

Returns: All Sales Final – No Returns Accepted

Credit Card Order: Orders must be submitted with valid credit card information to be processed, which includes credit card number, expiration date, security code and name of the account holder. Allure Home Fragrance requires that a credit card be on file for all customers, even those with approved Net 30 terms. Credit card payments after Net 30 terms are past due will incur a 4% transaction fee.

Shipping: Please allow 5-7 business days. New accounts, please allow 7-10 business days (may take longer for Private Label customers, and for orders placed during the holiday season).
