 made logistics fees of Vietnamese businesses much

 higher than that of other countries. In the US, logistics

expenses are equal to 9.5 percent of the GDP. The

 figure is 11 percent in Japan, 16 percent in South Korea,

 21.6 percent in China, while it is very high in Vietnam,

at 25 percent, or $17-18 billion per annum.”
