MAKE A CALL

1. Press the directory button

2. Select LOCAL (default) directory and press

3. Select the site you wish to call and press

4. You can add up to three sites to your call by

repeating the above steps

1. Select ANSWER or IGNORE

2. Press OK

4. DO NOT SWITCH OFF THE EQUIPMENT - It is configured to sleep after 10 minutes

SOUND CONTROL

1. Mute / Un-mute

• Displayed bottom right corner of screen if near end muted

• Displayed top left if “far” end muted

INCLUDING A PC SCREEN

1. Connect the GREEN terminated serial cable to the PC

2. During a call, the starts/stops the presentation

In a 4-way call only the system that is hosting the conference call can initiate a presentation. If fewer sites are connected any site can initiate a presentation.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

• The Maximum call length is 8 hours

• External ISDN Video Conferencing units and Audio

participants can be included into a “bridge” call. The ICT

Service Desk will provide you with the necessary

information and current PIN number

• The maximum number of participants on any one

“bridge” call is 12 video and 12 audio
