Letter to Our Readers There’s a growing movement taking place within our state: eating locally and in season. There are several reasons for this: sustainability, health, freshness and taste. This time of year, seafood is “in-style” In this issue, our editor discusses Seafood – Jersey Style. From catching or buying to preparing and cooking. Also included, for your enjoyment, is a listing of upcoming seafood festivals. Read… go…enjoy. Many of our readers are familiar with an iconic eating establishment within our region noted for its food, drink and friendly atmosphere. It’s The Cabin Restaurant located in Freehold. Recently some significant improvements have been made to enhance your dining experience. including a new tap system with a large variety of craft, imported and domestic beers, newly renovated party rooms and upgraded restroom facilities. If you’re in the area, stop in. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. Whether you’re seeking a full blown band for a night of rocking and dancing or just looking to hang out and listen to some classic tunes, there’s one group that can satisfy your music desires. It’s The Amused, a popular Jersey band or acoustic duo that will certainly entertain you. Take a moment to learn more about them in this month’s Band Profile, then seek them out at one of your local area venues. While studying interior design at West Virginia University, this young woman worked as a bartender at a golf resort to help pay her way through school. While pursuing her degree, she realized that bartending was what see really enjoyed; it allowed her to connect, network and socialize with people. Learn more about Lauren Henning, this issue’s Mixologist-of-the-Month. Next, our tongue-in-cheek contributor, Steve O will introduce you to “New Jersey’s Bad Boy of Comedy”, Mike Marino, who got his start as a sketch-performer on the Tonight Show. Read more about this self-professed “top Italian torrent comedian” in our Comic Relief interview. Okay, that’s it. Hope you enjoy the issue. Then, get out and have some fun ……and when you stop to eat, have a beverage or listen to some local tunes, tell the owners Venues NJ sent you. Much appreciated.

from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Enjoy weekly specials, such as Half Price Pizza and Wings on Monday nights, Beef and Brew and Prime Rib Night on Tuesdays, All You Can Eat Roast Wednesdays, Italian Festival Night and All You Can Eat BBQ Ribs on Thursdays nights. Friday & Saturday nights offer live entertainment with the best Cover bands around starting at 10pm. Spend Sunday afternoons at The Cabin to watch your favorite seasonal sports games. Visit on Sunday nights and enjoy Cabin Craft Beer Night with $4

craft beers. True to its logo, The Cabin reminds folks that it is indeed the place “Where there are no strangers -- just friends you’ve never met.”

Also on tap here is Flying Fish Extra Pale Ale (from Somerdale), which pairs nicely with spicy foods, fish and fowl. Funnel Cake Boardwalk Ale is a perfect choice for summer nights. Crafted by Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing Co., (Cherry Hill), this creamy and smooth beer offers hints of vanilla. The new menu of craft beers on tap includes Angry Orchard Cider, Blue Moon Belgium Wheat Ale, Blue Point Toasted Lager and Brooklyn Lager. Refresh with a Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, a bit higher on the alcohol scale. Enjoy Goose Island 312 Urban Pale Ale or…be brave and indulge in Ithaca Beer Co.’s Flower Power IPA, which contains 7.5 % alcohol. The company’s website says this beer offers “clover honey hue” and is “simultaneously punchy and soothing with a big body and a finish that boasts pineapple and grapefruit.” Try the top of the alcohol volume with Victory Brewing Co.’s DirtWolf Double India Pale Ale at 8.7 %. The company’s web site describes the ale as a “dangerously delicious recipe features often subtle, but sometimes assertive signatures of American hop varieties.” The Cabin also offers craft beers from Samuel Adams, including Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat and Samuel Adams Rebel IPA. Patrons can also enjoy imports, including Heineken Lager, Bass Pale Ale, Guinness Stout and Hoegaarden-Belgium Wheat, among others. And of course, The Cabin still offers your

favorite domestic beers such as Bud, Bud Light, Coors and Coors Light. Stop in at the Cabin the first and third Thursday of the month and enjoy “Bike Night” where you can hang out with the crew from Harley-Davidson of Ocean County, and enjoy specialty, craft, domestic or imported beer in the outdoor Beer Garden. The renovated party rooms offer accommodations for up to 60 guests in the front room which now sports plantation shutters,

allowing for a more open feel. The back room renovation includes a new dart room. The room sports a half brick wall, wood chair railing and cork, along with redone hardwood floors, enhancing the rustic ambiance already

in place. Play darts on Wednesdays in the back room and enjoy drink specials beginning at 8:00 pm. The Cabin offers appetizers, sandwiches and entrees, juicy burgers and steaks, specialty pizzas and more as well as a special children’s menu for young diners that includes Linguine or Angel Hair Pasta, Cheeseburger, Chicken Fingers, and Grilled Cheese. Happy Hour happens Monday through Friday

BY CLARE MARIE CELANO

The Cabin Restaurant on Route 33 East has been a welcome haven for folks to enjoy great food with their family, enjoy a drink and some great entertainment with friends, and just kick back in a cozy, comfortable and rustic atmosphere.

This past April, some significant improvements were made to the well-known eatery that now offers

a brand new beer tap system featuring 37 IPA, craft, imported and domestic drafts, and have also renovated the

restaurant’s two private party rooms and bathrooms, all in an effort to bring more taste, more décor and more comfort to their patrons. All their regulars, as

well as new customers, are invited to come and see what they’ve done!

Although The Cabin has offered craft beers before, this new beer tap system will provide patrons with the opportunity to enjoy a larger selection of the finest specialty beers, craft IPAs and imports on draft. Take advantage of the new tap system on Sundays and participate in Cabin Craft Night where you will enjoy your draft selections for just $4 from 3:00 pm until close.

The craft beer selection also brings in some great beers from New Jersey’s own craft breweries. Try a mug of Beach House Herb’s Rye Wheat crafted in Belmar. This citrus and zesty tribute beer is grainy, semi-sweet and a bit spicy from the addition of a lightly kilned rye malt and goes great with strong spicy food and a delicious sweet dessert, according to the restaurant’s website, thecabinrestaurant.net

...there is something for everyone

Putting together two different acts under one name has allowed The Amused like to cater to those who want a fun night of dancing, as well as those who just wish to hang out and listen to some classic tunes. With a full band and an acoustic duo on hand, they can easily keep any audience entertained. The band started in 1994 making original music and really took off as a popular Jersey Shore group when they started doing covers in 2000. The current linup has been together for three years and consists of Peter Thrunk on guitar and lead vocals, Mike Martinock on lead guitar, Rob Beaton on bass and Gerry Fortus on drums. When they play as a duo Thrunk is joined by Gary Ryan who was the bass player in the band full time from 2004 to 2008 when he moved to Staten Island. Though Ryan no longer lived in the area, Thrunk wanted to continue playing the acoustic sets with him; they started doing so in 2007. “Gary and I became quick friends. He and I like a lot of the same music and had the same kind of an idea of what to do with the band and the way we perform,” Thrunk recalls.

The duo is playing more often right now, but once the summer really gets going the band plays just as often. The duo plays every Tuesday night at The Brickhouse. They also play most Sundays at either The Wharfside Patio Bar in Point Pleasant or Baker’s Water Street Bar and Grille in Toms River.

The Amused covers songs that date all the way back to the 1960s, though the band tends to stick to the upbeat dance hits of today. “Mostly we go by what the crowd responds to which is more current stuff, but they still like the classics,” Thrunk says. “Everybody likes ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me’ or ‘Play That Funky Music’ or ‘Summer of 69,’ a lot of bands play those songs but the crowd seems to like those songs a lot too. But it’s mostly a lot of the more current, dancier songs that we try to play to get people dancing.” They’ll try to twist the songs a bit to make the music their own such as by playing a rock song in a reggae or punk way, often speeding things up to make them even better to dance to. They even find songs with similar melodies so they can string together several in a row.

The duo still plays upbeats songs, but they have a laid-back vibe when it’s just Thrunk and Ryan where everyone is just hanging out instead of getting a little more wild. They play “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran or John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” as well as some of the newer country songs.

But no matter if it’s high tempo and everyone is dancing or if Thrunk and Ryan are keeping the crowd chill and relaxed, The Amused make it their mission to keep everyone entertained. “I think we play what people want to

hear. We keep things upbeat and people like to come out, dance and

just have a good time,” says Thrunk. “We make sure everybody is involved, mix it up with the crowd. It’s kind of the same thing with the duo. People seem to like the feel of the duo. They really seem to like the way Gary and I play together as far as melodies and harmonies. They just like to go and have a good time and that’s what we really want to give them.”

For the full summer schedule for both the band and the acoustic duo as well as a list of their covers and music samples, head to TheAmused.com. You can also instantly receive updated information about shows by finding them on Facebook.

Lauren Henningby CLARE MARIE CELANO

Lauren Henning began pursuing a career in interior design and attended West Virginia University to get there. Midway through her education, she realized that was not the right path for her.

Shifting gears, she chose to work in the restaurant industry where she had worked part-time to help pay college bills. Working her way through school as a bartender at a golf resort near the college, Henning realized that this was the work she enjoyed; it was work that allowed her to connect with people, network and enjoy some socialization in the process.

“I realized that although I do love creating and designing for myself, I really wasn’t interested in working in the field,” she says.

Over the past decade Henning has served as bartender

and bar manager in various restaurants in Monmouth and Ocean County. Currently, she enjoys working at the Poole Ave. Bar in Hazlet, where she has bartended for three years. Some days she tends bar and other days her work responsibilities include meeting with beer and liquor reps, planning promotions and keeping track of inventory in Poole Ave.’s liquor store.

“I like both aspects of my job,” she says. “The bartending allows me to socialize and meet new people and the management aspect allows me to continue to learn something new.”

Henning also manages to work in some shifts at Spicy Cantina in Seaside Heights, during her work week. All this hard work has allowed her to purchase her first home. Although she intended to stay in the Brick area near her family, Henning says Toms River was as close as she could get. Family and home are very important to this bartender, who says that although she works long hours and long days, she enjoys spending time with her mom and dad and her brothers who all live in Brick. “We are together as much as we can be,” she says.

Now that she has her own home, Henning is looking forward to working her interior design magic inside it. “Right now, I just have the basics,” she reports.

Although bartending allows her to pay the bills she

admits she now needs to “replenish” her well before buying more goodies for her home. “It’s a work in progress,” she smiles.

Our proximity to more than 100 miles of ocean, plus bays in our northern and southern regions, allows us Jersey residents to indulge in a wide variety of fresh, healthy and popular seafoods -- scallops (bay and ocean), crab, clams, lobster and oysters, to name several. Edible fish we can catch and find at local markets and restaurants include fluke, striped bass, tilefish, and herring. According to a state report found on jerseyseafood.nj.gov, over 100 different species of finfish and shellfish were harvested in the Garden State. “Local product is shipped to some of the most discerning seafood markets in the world. New Jersey monkfish are on display at wholesale markets in Seoul, South Korea. New Jersey tuna is sliced in sushi bars in Tokyo. New Jersey squid is served in tapas restaurants in Madrid.” And people in other states are loving New Jersey-caught seafood too. Most of the harvest of Fishermen’s Dock Cooperative in Point Pleasant Beach is sold to wholesale markets in the Mid-Atlantic states and southern New England. According to the co-op’s website, “They primarily target fluke, silver hake and squid but in the past have also had significant landings of winter flounder, bluefish, monkfish and scallops.” The other co-operative, Lund’s Fisheries Inc., in Cape May, catches a wide variety of both finfish and shellfish, from the well known like bluefish, sea scallops, black sea bass, summer flounder, mackerel and herring, to the lesser known butterfish, Atlantic croaker and ilex squid. And according to the Garden State Seafood Association, the region of Cape May and Wildwoods is the second strongest commercial fishing port on the Eastern seaboard, harvesting approximately 43 million pounds of finfish and shellfish. For the entire state, we netted approximately 162 million pounds of finfish/shellfish tallying nearly $180 million. All this done without overfishing (depleting) species. And -- we don’t need solely to rely on our commercial operations; residents are allowed and often encouraged to “go fish” for themselves. Fishing, crabbing and clamming can be done, just check for any rules and regulations. If catching your own -- or buying fresh from local vendors or even dockside, there are some great tips to understand when preparing them. One significant question many people have is if it’s safe to consume raw fish and seafood (many folks think of sushi). According to jerseyseafoodnj.gov, a number of people choose to eat raw seafood, such as oysters on the half-shell, sushi, sashimi, and ceviche. That said, the site warns, “consumption of any raw or under-

cooked animal protein poses a risk of food borne illness to the general population. However, certain segments of the population who are considered at high risk, should avoid raw or under cooked animal proteins, including raw fish and seafood. At-risk individuals have weakened immune systems and cannot effectively fight bacteria. Therefore, those who are considered to be “at-risk” should only enjoy seafood in the cooked form. The at-risk groups include people with the following conditions: liver disease from viral hepatitis or other causes; diabetes; cancer; immune disorders, including HIV infection; long-term steroid use (as for asthma and arthritis); and an iron disorder.” Further, many people may want to know when cooking fresh fish and seafood for the first time, how do you know your food is cooked and ready to eat? The website has compiled outstanding information about how to prepare your Jersey-caught sea vittles, as follows: “Jersey seafood is one of our region’s original fast foods. The key to delicious seafood is to cook it quickly. Unlike meat, fish and shellfish do not need to be tenderized by cooking. In fact, overcooking toughens seafood and dries it out because its natural juices are lost. The Food and Drug Administration recommends cooking most seafood to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) for 15 seconds. A meat thermometer is the best way to determine if fish and shellfish are safely cooked. “If you are cooking whole fish, fish steaks and fillets, measure the fish at its thickest part. For every inch of thickness, cook 10 minutes. If less than an inch, shorten the cooking time accordingly. There are also ways to visually assess cooking. For fish, insert the tip of a sharp knife into the flesh and pull aside. The center should have flakes that are beginning to separate. Let the fish stand three to four minutes to finish cooking and check at the thickest part of the fish. “When preparing shrimp, lobster and scallops, check color. Shrimp and lobster turn red and the flesh becomes white. Scallops become a milk white color and firm. The shells of clams, mussels and oysters, open when they are done. Throw out those that stay closed. “Purchase shellfish carefully. Buy raw oysters, clams and mussels only from reputable sources. If in doubt, ask to see the shipper’s tag or check the shipper number on the container. Keep live shellfish alive until ready to prepare. Refrigerate live shellfish properly. Live clams, mussels and oysters should be stored under well- ventilated refrigeration, not in air- tight bags or containers.”

There’s a movement afoot that keeps growing -- that of eating locally and in season. This is what is driving the increasing number of farmers markets, farm-to-table eateries, and local food festivals. There are several reasons for this: sustainability, health, freshness and taste.

Want to pair up your seafood dishes with the perfect tipple? Use this guide to ensure success every time.

ibations

Mussels• Anvil’s Chilli Mussels• Salsa Mussels• Garlic and Tomato Mussels• Easy Smoked Mussel Chowder

Best wine: Choose a lighter, sweeter wine, such as a Pinot Gris, which will balance the dish and won’t overwhelm the mussels’ sweet flavour.

Best beer: Beer is an ideal companion to mussels, so choose from either a dark ale, stout or a pale ale depending on your sauce.

Seafood & Wine

Grilled salmon and trout • Salmon BBQ Kebabs • Maple Balsamic Salmon• Glazed Salmon

Best wine: These darker, oilier fish are complemented perfectly by a light red wine such as Pinot Noir. If you prefer white wines, opt for a Chardonnay.Best beer: Choose a European-style white or wheat beer, or brown ale which can stand up to the oilier flavour of the fish and cleanse the palate between mouthfuls.

Oysters• Oysters Kilpatrick• Sweet Chilli and Vintage Cheddar Oysters• Oysters with Spinach• Over the top Oysters• Smoked Oyster Dip

Best wine: Don’t overwhelm the subtle flavour of the oysters, instead, opt for a fresh wine such as a Semillon Blanc or a sparkling wine.

Best beer: A strong flavoured stout is an ideal companion to fried or cooked oysters. For freshly-shucked go for a lighter pilsner or pale ale.

Barbecued & Grilled Fish

• Barbecued Whole Fish• Grilled Fish with Tomato Salsa • Orange Grilled Fish• Grilled Tuna Salad Niçoise

Best wine:These can handle a more robust white wine such as a crisp Chardonnay that is light on the oak flavours.

Best beer: Choose a cold pale ale or pilsner which will enhance the flavour of a firm fish.

Lobster & Shell FishBest wine: The obvious wine match for lobster is a great chardonnay. Similar weighty white choices - white Rhône, oaked white Rioja, white Bordeaux and Viognier

Best Beer: wheat-based beers like a lemony hefeweizen or Belgian wit. Both styles leverage offer citrusy acidity, allowing you to forgo that squeeze of lemon that you’ve become so accustomed to as a shellfish accoutrement

Fish and chips, salt & pepper calamari & tempura prawns

Best wine: Opt for a white wine with more acidity, such as a young Riesling. This will cut through the fat from the frying process.Best beer: Opt for a pilsner, which will enhance the flavours of the fish, calamari and prawns, and will stand up to the fat left in the batters.

Mike MarinoOnce again, thanks to the help of Suzy Yengo and Catch A Rising Star, we’re able to bring to you this month the

well-known, well-travelled and now presidential contender, the incomparable Mike Marino -- the self-professed “top Italian torrent comedian” not only in the nation but in the world. For years Marino had the number-one joke told around the world “if we had an Italian president from New Jersey” which was told four years ago on the comedy show “Comics Unleashed” with Byron Allen (youtube.com/watch?v=RyVqCy1iJHs). His comedy DVD, “Mike Marino, New Jersey’s Bad Boy of Comedy” is one of the hottest comedic DVDs on the market and that keeps him on the road all the time. Marino was a regular on “The Tonight Show” as part of a sketch-performer ensemble. I could print his entire resume but we wouldn’t have time to meet the man himself so let’s get to that right now.

Venues-NJ: : I knew at an early age I wanted to be in show business but like many people, life got in the way. My brother made it but I went in another direction. Tell us a little about your early years and when did you know that comedy was your calling?

Mike Marino: I was born in Jersey City, the Marion section, and then moved to Scotch Plains when I was seven or eight years old. My family is mostly from Italy and they came to Jersey City and then moved all over New Jersey. I’ve been involved in acting since I’m a kid -- that’s all I ever wanted to do. I grew up doing TV commercials starting when I was only 14.

V-NJ: You attended The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, which is a pretty tough school to get into. Did it help shape

you or do you feel like you shaped it? You skipped a whole section of your life from the Clio nomination until 29 with the stand-up comedy. You mentioned the soap and some bit parts but that only pays a few bills. What else did you do during that period? Any “real” job?

MM: The Academy was very intense acting training which I kinda rebelled against. I didn’t really want to do off-off Broadway plays. I just wanted to do film and TV. I was on a soap for a while, also a few bit parts in movies. I didn’t turn into a stand-up comic until I was 29 years old when I moved to California and everybody was telling me how “us people from New Jersey are very funny.” Before you know it I was on “The Tonight Show.”

V-NJ: Any late night show is like the pinnacle of dreams come true for a comic. How did that come about for a guy from Jersey?

MM: Well, about 10 years ago a “Tonight Show” casting director was at a comedy club where I performed. After he saw me do stand-up he approached me and let me know that although he was not the casting director for stand-up comedians he was the casting director for sketch comedy. So, long story short, after putting me on the show over a hundred times, I just kept doing sketches mostly

with Jay (Leno) and whoever the star was that he had on that week. It was a great run; unfortunately, Jay and that casting director no longer work there -- so neither do I.

V-NJ: Your parents must’ve been really encouraging for them to trudge into the city for all those auditions back then. Did you find yourself ever getting discouraged or were you always the guy who got the part?

MM: My parents were not in show business at all. I took the bus to get to all my auditions and figured out everything on my own.

From when I was a little kid, all I ever wanted was to be an entertainer. I was never the guy who got the part, I fought for everything I got.

V-NJ: So, what’s next for you? Or should I be afraid to ask?

MM : Oh yeah, I am also running for President of the United States! Check this out: youtube.com/watch?v=FObq-2FJA6k. To vote for me, hit LIKE on facebook.com/mikemarinolive

V-NJ: To hear more about Mike, to watch a few videos or to find out where to see Mike live, visit mikemarino.net; you can also find him on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

Sadly, Selena Coppack’s aBostonian and doesn’t understand that the only real teams to root for are in NY and NJ. I jest of course (kinda, sorta). Coppack has been performing stand up for eight years and her new book, The New Rules For Blondes, launches in April.

Were you “the funny one” growing up?

I come from a very funny home and my older sister Laurel is a comedian, too. So I wasn’t really ‘the funny one’ at home so much as Laurel and I spent a lot of time writing musicals in our bedrooms, choreographing strange dance numbers, and watching “Saturday Night Live” since age 7. I think that my parents and oldest sister Emily are super hilarious, too. But yes, I’ve always been a bit of a ham and really interested in comedy and performing.

Along those lines, did you do all the school productions? Where’d you grow up? Or rather, if you’re anything like me, where were you raised?

I grew up outside of Boston and I did all of the school plays growing up -- I absolutely loved performing and the excitement of rehearsing and being in shows. I did some professional theater in Boston (at the Boston Baked Theater--now gone) and in high school I became interested in singing, too. I went to college in upstate NY where I majored in English and didn’t do any of the plays on campus; but I was in the only co-ed a cappella group on campus (the Hamilton College Hamiltones) and the improv troupe. After school I moved to Chicago

to study improv comedy further and it was improv that really led me to standup. I did improv for years and eventually I just got sick of working with other people, which makes me sound like a total curmudgeon, I know.

Stand up is very tough. You have to be able to take rejection. How’d you handle your first bomb, unless you’re the one comic who’s never experienced that?

The rejection is definitely hard and it’s something that everyone -- even my comedy idols -- have experienced at some point. Early on I think that I wanted the audience to like me, which can be dangerous territory, especially for female comedians. You have to be confident and feel entitled to be up there with the microphone and that took me a while to figure out -- how to just own the stage and trust myself more. I think of standup as like training a dog -- if you get out there and you’re confident and in control, the audience is with you. But if you exude a sense of nervousness or you seem insecure, they’ll eat you alive. I’ve been doing standup for about eight years and even now sometimes I’ll have a show where I can sense that certain people in the audience aren’t completely on board with me and it makes me feel nervous, but I know to just plow through it and keep on going and eventually I’ll hit on a joke or reference that wins them over.

Is this a means to an end? “SNL”, sitcoms, head writer--what’s your goal?

I definitely don’t think of standup as a means to an end and I think that comedians who do are pretty miserable people. It has to be its own reward or else you’re crazy to do this thing. But as far as my goal, mine is pretty broad: I’d like for my comedy (performance, writing) to pay for my life. I don’t know exactly how that will shake out, but I’d like my job to be what I love to do, which is write and perform comedy. I have a book coming out in April (The New Rules for Blondes, from It Books/HarperCollins), which I hope will open up new opportunities for me. It’s a collection of humorous essays celebrating and subverting the blonde stereotype, but it’s for readers of all hair colors.

“The Shore”Bordering a large body of water; the land distinguished from the sea.

Most people are familiar with the phrase, as it conjures up thoughts of relaxation, enjoyment and fun. Jerseyans (or Jersey-ites) are especially familiar with the phrase because in our state it has a much more meaningful importance. We refer to “The Shore” with a bit of reverence and respect. However, this time of year, I keep hearing a comment that tends to bother me. The comment: “This time of year, everyone’s down the Shore”. This is expressed by many proprietors of bars, restaurants and entertainment venues located elsewhere within the Central NJ region This comment or statement is far from accurate! Yes, it’s summertime and people do go to “The Shore”, but they don’t go there every week or even every weekend. There are many reasons to visit the Shore area, but there are also many reasons why many people would rather avoid or visit less frequently: traffic, lack of parking, crowds, driving risks, etc. This time of year, I would venture to say that the average Jersey resident might go down to the Shore one weekend a month and maybe 3-4 times mid-week (family time). This frequency is also affected by the weather forecasts: “It’s too hot, too cool or too rainy to drive all the way to down there” If in fact, as a bar, pub or restaurant owner, you are concerned about lost business during this time of year, do something about it. Don’t just sit back and complain …. be proactive. Offer your customers (and prospective customers) special mid-week incentives to draw them in to help offset the projected lost weekend business. I’m sure your vendors and suppliers would be glad to work with you. It’s to their advantage to do so. Yes, I realize the truism that business takes a dip in summertime. That’s why Venues NJ is introducing our Beach & Dine Summer 2015 Program to help offset those concerns of lost business. This new program will benefit both proprietors and our readers. Look for more details to follow shortly.
