CAG’s 57th Annual Conference Palm Springs Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center

February 22-24, 2019

This is your invitation to exhibit at CAG’s 57th Annual Conference where over 1,200 educators and parents of gifted children will convene for a variety of curricular workshops and educational presentations.

What’s Included

The exhibit area will be in Oasis 4 of the convention Center. CAG will provide each exhibitor a 10’ x 10’ booth, 10’ back-wall drape, 3 ’ high side-rail, an 8’ draped table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and an exhibitor identification sign.

Electrical hook-ups and additional fixtures will be offered by our decorating company at an additional cost.

In order to facilitate your move in, CAG will pay two teamsters to be available on the dock on Friday, February 22, 2019 to help you unload your vehicle and carry material to your booth. You may self-carry if you prefer. Union contract rules require that all exhibitors use qualified union personnel for display work and material handling within the show.

2019 Fee Structure

Thanks for your support special: One booth:

$300 for standard or $500 for premium booths Two booths:

$400 for 2 standard or $700 for premium booths Exhibitor fee doesn’t include conference registration.

Prime Locations

This year CAG is again offering booths located in prime spots surrounding the lounge and near the entrance to the Exhibit Hall at a premium cost. If you are interested in one of these booths, be sure to mark that on your reservation form. Premium booths are located near the entrances on a first come, first served basis.

Your Two and 1/2-Day Exhibit Schedule

Move-in: Friday, February 22, 2019: 8:00 am to 3:30 pm

Friday, February 22, 2019: 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturday, February 23, 2019: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm

Sunday, February 24, 2019: 7:30 am to 11:00 am

Move-out: Sunday, February 24, 2019: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Exhibit hours will be listed in the program with several time slots dedicated specifically for exhibit viewing.

Cancellation Policy

If you find it necessary to cancel your company’s participation at the CAG Conference 2019, a refund will be made only if cancellation is requested, in writing, by December 1, 2018. CAG will refund the total amount paid less the sum of $100 per space, which will be retained as a cancellation charge.

There will be no refunds, under any circumstances, if cancellation is made after December 1, 2018.

Platinum Level

Sponsorship of Tote Bags- $2000 to $5000: With your sponsorship of our Tote Bags your name will be visible for years to come with our 1,200+ attendees. Imagine everywhere the bag is taken your name will be visible to the public. This is a phenomenal way to support Gifted Education and your company. Your booth space is included with this option. SILVER SPONSOR $1000 for one premium booth or $1500 for two booths • Premium booth(s) selected prior to regular exhibitor selection ($760 value or $1420 value) • Half-page black and white ad in CAG Conference program ($350 value) • Single spot on CAG’s new rotating marketing banner on the newly-designed CAG website ($250 value) • Large SILVER SPONSOR sign in your booth to show your additional support of CAG (Priceless)

MORNING COFFEE SPONSOR $500 You will be identified by morning coffee setups as the Sponsor Your booth space will be included with this option.

Advertising in the CAG Conference Program: A limited number of commercial advertisements will be accepted for inclusion in the CAG conference program book. Program ads should salute CAG. Advertising rates are available from the CAG Office at [email protected]

Ongoing Advertising Opportunities CAG’s Newly-Designed Website with Digital Advertising Opportunity: CAG’s newly-designed website has digital advertising available on a rotating sponsor banner. We are offering the following two options for inclusion on this new opportunity:

• Single spot to include company name, logo, and website link for $250 for one year • Two spots, twice the exposure, to include company name, logo, and website link for $400 for one year

CAG’s Newsletter- Featured Vendor Advertising Opportunity: CAG sends out an electronic newsletter to over 8,000 individuals on a regular basis. Each issue will feature one vendor with a banner advertisement. The cost to be one of these select featured vendors is only $300.
