1. H thng ta trn my iTNC 530
Trn my phay, ta cc trc ca my c xc nh theo quy tc bn tay phi : Ngn ci ch theo trc +X, ngn tr ch theo trc +Y v ngn gia ch theo trc +Z.
D chuyn ng ca bn my c theo cc hng khc nhau nhng quy nh khi xc nh chiu chuyn ng ca trc cng l : Dao chuyn ng, cn phi ng yn (tc l bn my ng yn). Da vo ta xc nh chiu chuyn ng ca bn my sao cho ph hp v khng b ln.
Trc chnh mang dao ct quay trn v dng c ct thc hin chuyn ng tnh tin theo cc hng hng X, Y v hng Z. Ngoi ra, cn c th c cc chuyn ng quay theo cc trc ta , ty theo kt cu my. i vi iTNC 530, c th iu khin n 5 trc ta : 3 chuyn ng tnh tin v hai chuyn ng quay (trc A, B hoc C)

2. Dao ct v chuyn ng lp trnh ca dao ct
* Gia cng s dng hm b chiu di dao
Thng thng mi dao c s dng cho mt nguyn cng. Cc dao khc nhau (v chiu di dao) s cho ra cc ng chy dao khc nhau sinh ra bi chng trnh NC ca ngi thit k. Do chiu di cc dao s c o v thit lp lu vo b nh my khi s dng; bng cch thit lp s khc nhau gia chiu di dao tiu chun vi chiu di mi dao trong CNC.
Vic gia cng c th c thi hnh m khng cn phi sa i li chng trnh, c khi dao thay i.

Do dao c bn knh, ng chy dao l ng tm ca trc dao nn khi thc hin chy gia cng, phi tnh ton thit lp b dao theo gi tr bn knh thc hin chy ng bin dng lp trnh ( ch yu i vi lp trnh gia cng 21/2D).
Lng b bn knh dao : k hiu R (gi tr bn knh dao) c gi ra cng vi khi lnh v gi dao TOOL CALL ; v s c dng km vi cc lnh lp trnh ng chy dao (nh gia cng ng thng, ng cong,)

Lnh FMAX thc hin chy dao khng gia cng vi tc ln nht cho php ca my, ti mt v tr c ch nh. ng chy dao ca lnh FMAX i theo mt ng thng ti ta c lp trnh. Tc trc tng u hnh trnh v gim dn khi v cui hnh trnh

2. Cc chu trnh gia cng
2.1. nh ngha mt chu trnh gia cng
nh ngha mt chu trnh gia cng l thao tc xc lp cc tham s gia cng ban u cho mt chu trnh gia cng, khi c gi ra.
Ty theo tng chu trnh m cc tham s iu khin gia cng s khc nhau. Cc chu trnh gia cng ny u l cc chu trnh mu chun c thit lp sn trong b nh ca h iu khin TNC
Cch thc tin hnh :
Nhn phm mm chn cc chu trnh mu chun thit lp cc tham s ban u
Nhn phm mm tng ng vi tn chu trnh cn gi, s xut hin trn bng iu khin cc tham s cn thit lp.
Nhp cc tham s cn thit cho n khi in y cc tham s chu trnh, du nhc s t ng thot ra ngoi v hin th cc bin iu khin va thit lp vo thn chng trnh ang lp trnh. Vic thit lp chu trnh cn gia cng xong
2.2. Gi chu trnh gia cng
Sau khi thit lp cc bin iu khin ca chu trnh, vic tip theo l gi cc chu trnh gia cng ra. Thao tc thc hin nh sau :

5.1 Chng trnh con
Chng trnh con : l mt chng trnh c lp so vi chng trnh chnh, c gi vo trong thn chng trnh chnh thc hin mt bc gia cng lp li no .
Chng trnh con c vit ngay sau lnh kt thc chng trnh chnh M02 hoc M30. Nu chng trnh con c vit trc lnh M02 hoc M30 th chng trnh con s c gi ra thc thi t nht l mt ln, k c khi khng c lnh gi chng trnh con.

1. Thao tc v Home (chy v gc my)
Sau khi khi ng cc ng c ca my CNC, ta phi thc hin cho chy v Home, thit lp li ta chun ca my.
Thao tc v Home:
Kim tra xem cng tc Emergency bt ln cha. Xoay nh cng tc nh ra.
Sau khi khi ng xong cc ng c ca my, thao tc u tin trc khi i vo vn hnh l phi cho my chy v gc my. C hai cch a v gc my nh sau : Cch 1: iu khin bng phm mm :
Trn vng ta , quan st v tr cc phm mm ct bn phi mn hnh iu khin, nhn phm Z, X ,Y chn trc cn v gc v nhn bt u thc hin a v gc my. Quan st trn mn hnh iu khin ca my cho n khi cc gi tr ta l bng 0, tc l tng trc c v gc Home.
Lu : Bao gi trc Z cng phi v gc trc tin, sau mi n cc trc ta khc. Khi chn ch thc hin v gc, cc trc ta s c t m cho n khi v gc Home Cch 2 : iu khin bng cc phm cng trn Panel iu khin
Quan st trn bn phm iu khin ca Panel iu khin, nhn v gi ln lt cc nt , , . 2. Thit lp h thng ta cho cc trc
