AN INVITATION

Dear Sponsors and Exhibitors

I am writing to you to seek your support for the scientific meeting of the Tasmanian Branch of RANZCO this year. This meeting’s theme is “Uveitis Unplugged: Simplifying a Complex Problem”.

We have the privilege of getting two of the leading experts in the field, Professors Peter McCluskey and Tony Hall, to come and spend an educational weekend with us in Hobart helping to simplify this complex problem. There will also be time for presentations of interesting cases, audits and free papers.

Uveitis is something all ophthalmologists have to deal with fairly regularly. The spectrum of complexity of this group of ocular disorders is vast and often poses a problem in terms of diagnosis and treatment even to the very experienced physician. The comprehensive ophthalmologist needs to keep abreast of newer developments in uveitis, in both the diagnosis and management of this group of problems.

The Tasmanian meeting has been steadily gaining popularity over the years with attendees from interstate on the increase. It is anticipated that between 65-80 delegates will participate.

The meeting has a strong collegiate feel with delegates taking the time to interact with each other. There are two half day scientific sessions with catering and a trade display adjacent to the meeting room. We are pleased to offer 10 trestle table displays this year.

If you do plan to support and participate in the conference, please let us know by COB on 1 May 2017. If you have any questions, or if you would like to discuss specific sponsorship opportunities, please do not hesitate to contact me.

To submit your intention to exhibit or sponsor this meeting, please use this link which takes you to the Sponsorship Booking Portal.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

With best wishes

Dr Nitin Verma AMClinical Associate Professor of OphthalmologyMeeting Convenor, Tasmanian Branch of RANZCO
