Crop tool

I regularly used the crop tool to crop out partsOf the image and wording that were not necessary To my magazine. To use the crop tool I had to clickOn the icon down the left hand side bar and selectThe tool. I the dragged the shape over part of the Image that I wanted to keep.

Lasoo toolsThe lasso tool took an important part of editing my product, I used all three lasso tools for different purposes but the magnetic lasso tool in particular. I used these to select the correct area, when cutting out my background or to use for further editing.

Brush tool

I continuously used the brush tool to blend or change colours of the images. I used this tool for various reasons such as to change the colour of parts of my model.

Text

The text tool was very useful for inserting text onto my three products and images. It is

added as a new layer and is used to add vital text over my images to make it appear conventional

and effective.

LayersLayers are on of the most vital parts of using photoshop. They are used to add a new section to my products, so that they are easy to move around, to edit individual sections and delete if necessary, without having to delete the whole image. I created several new layers to add text, images, plugs and other different features to my products.
