USC Dornsife Remembers Professor EmeritusPeter BertonPeter Berton, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of InternationalRelations and a longtime EASC affiliated faculty, passed away onMarch 28, 2014 at the age of 91. Professor Berton contributed greatlyto the East Asian studies community at USC for over half a centuryand was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun by the Japanesegovernment in 2010 for his achievements in Japanese studies. >InMemoriam
