El famoso pintor Juan Manuel Blanes recibe en 1884 el encargo de recuperar el rostro de una leyenda. Su fuente son los apuntes de Guzmán Larra, espía español que 70 años antes habría intentado asesinar al caudillo José Artigas. Ese mismo caudillo que, acosado por dos imperios y las intrigas de Buenos Aires, emigró con un pue-blo errante y fugitivo, para acampar a orillas del arroyo Ayuí. Sorteando adversidades y en busca de sus destinos, estos tres hombres llegarán a la misma encrucijada: la travesía no tiene un punto de llegada sino apenas un punto de partida.

In 1884, famous painter Juan Manuel Blanes is ordered to portray Uruguayan caudillo Artigas. The only document Blanes has on Artigas is a 1812 drawing made by former Spanish spy Guzmán Larra, who allegedly tried to assassinate the leader. Following the vicissitudes outlined by Larra 70 years earlier, Blanes finds Artigas. In his journey he wit-nesses the neglect and the ashes left by the fugitive nation and the exodus of its eight thousand followers toward the river bank of the Ayuí. La Redota: The story of Artigas thus becomes two diachronic sear-ches after the same man: José Artigas.

El Club Bella Vista cae en desgracia, pierde el úl-timo partido y se disuelve para siempre. Las noches se llenaron de autos, bicicletas, caballos, gemidos, peleas y gritos. Hasta que un día, ex directivos del club expulsan de ahí a los indeseables e instalan en el mismo lugar la Capilla Jesús de la Misericordia. Una madama y dos travestis, un empresario la-drillero, una monja y un grupo de ancianos, serán los protagonistas de esta batalla por la conquista de un espacio, sede de instituciones antagónicas, bajo un mismo motor que puja: las pasiones.

“The Bella Vista” is the story of a house started as a football club, becoming a successful transvestite brothel and changes at last to a Catholic Chapel, all in a small conservative village in Uruguay. Two transvestites, one brothel’s Maddam, a brickmaker man –ex football player-, a nun and a charming old lady will bring to life this battle for control of a single physical space, home to mutually antagonistic insti-tutions, driven by the same motivation: passion.

The film tells the story of Julia Brian, an Uruguayan transsexual and Ignacio González, a former cons-truction worker. It is a story of love and friendship.They met on Christmas Eve twenty one years ago in a square, both feeling lonely. They have been inse-parable ever since. Julia is now 65 years old. Ignacio is 75 years old This is the story of “The Marriage”. It is a simple story of ordinary people who, through a stroke of luck, found each other at a public square.

Three strangers make a journey to the interior of Uruguay to visit an old house inherited by one of them, This place, Darwin´s corner, was visited by the English naturalist Charles Darwin in 1833. Here he collected fundamentl issues to develop the theory of the evolution. The trip will take more time of the predicted, becoming a trip of three strangers towards the interior of themselves.

Algo tan simple y profundo como estar al lado del paciente hasta el final, acompañarlos, reconfor-tarlos, escucharlos, sin falsas esperanzas, sin dramatizar, tomando la vida como un proceso en etapa terminal.

When medicine has no answer, and death is nearby, patients find some peace and quiet in this place. A hospice where the only aim is helping patients and families in this last step. Something as simple and deep as being at the bedside until the end, stay with them, comfort them, listen to them. Without fake hopes, without drama, taking life as an end-stage process.

Manyas es un largometraje que gira en torno a los fanáticos del Club Atlético Peñarol, sus alegrías, sus penas…las mil formas de expresar amor y fide-lidad incondicional por su cuadro: confección de la bandera gigante, los tatuajes, los cantos, las peñas en el exterior y otros. Esta película cuenta, con el testimonio de decenas de hinchas que contribuyen a darle alma, calor y color a este culto popular tan particular. También están los testimonios de gente que analiza desde una perspectiva diferente el fenómeno del hincha. Entre los más relevantes se encuentra el lic. Rafael Bayce,el periodista Fernan-do Niembro, el sic. deportivo Gabriel Gutiérrez,el historiador Gerardo Caetano.

Manyas is a feature film that shows Club Atlético Peñarol fans, their joys and sorrows… a thousand different ways of expressing their love and unconditional faithfulness to their team: the making of the giant flag, tattoos, songs, trips abroad, among other things. This film includes statements by dozens of fans that fill this special cultural phenomenon with passion, energy, and rhythm. There are also statements analyzing the fan’s phenomenon from a different point of view. En Montevideo, en el mítico barrio REUS, la lucha por el poder entre la familia del Tano y los co-merciantes judíos está por estallar. Una muerte y una nueva droga rompen los viejos códigos del barrio y amenazan con sacar todo de control.El fin de una era se acerca.

In the mythical neighborhood of Reus, in Mon-tevideo, the power struggle between the Jewish businessmen and the Tano’s family is heating up. But things are getting tricky. A new drug, pasta base, has arrived on the old streets. The codes that have rule for generations are forgotten. “Reus” is the story of a neighborhood, of two families and of the codes they live by. It´s a historical neighborhood of immigrants, the place of the first synagogue of Uruguay, where big stores and poor slums exist side by side. With a realistic eye we see these people as they struggle for surviving in this troubled times, where the old codes are not respected anymore.Two deaths shock the neighborhood. The delicate balance of the neighborhood is broken, and Tano takes the decision of moving back to Reus, to his family, and face Don Elías.

Un grupo de coreógrafos viajan a Villa Velázquez, Rocha, para indagar los móviles artísticos que impulsaron a los habitantes de la villa a represen-tar, de la noche a la mañana, la última gran batalla de la Guerra Grande —acaecida en los terrenos linderos a la villa. La intención inicial es utilizar el material como plataforma para la realización una obra de danza contemporánea; el resultado inespe-rado: los apuntes para un documental inabarcable, de dimensiones épicas, sobre un pueblo tratando de alcanzar la cresta de la ola.

A group of dancers travels to Villa Velázquez, Rocha, to investigate the artistic reasons that drove the in-habitants of the town to suddenly represent the last great battle of the Great War — happened in borde-ring lands to the town. The initial intention is to use the material as a platform for a piece of contempo-rary dance; the unexpected result: the notes for an oversized documentary, of epic dimensions, about a town trying to reach the crest of the wave.

Selkirk, pirata rebelde y egoísta, es el piloto del Esperanza, galeón inglés que surca los mares del sur en busca de tesoros. A falta de buques enemigos, los corsarios se entretienen apos-tando y en poco tiempo Selkirk ha desplumado sus ahorros presentes y futuros, ganándose le enemistad de la tripulación y sobretodo del capitán Bullock, quien decide abandonarlo en una isla desierta. Allí debe sepultar sus deseos de venganza y desmedida ambición y encarar una nueva manera de ver el mundo.

Selkirk, an unruly, selfish privateer, is the sailing master of the Esperanza, an English galley sailing the South Seas in search of treasures. In the ab-sence of enemy ships, the privateers pass the time gambling. Before long, Selkirk has squandered his current and future savings and alienated the crew and, especially, Captain Bullock, who decides to maroon him on an uninhabited island. There, he has to put his desire for revenge and excessive ambition behind him and take a new outlook on the world.

Nelson es trompetista de la banda de la Fuerza Aé-rea desde hace más de veinte años. Siente que no ha logrado nada en su vida. Luego de que su mujer lo abandona, encuentra en un concurso de música una oportunidad para realizarse. La Fuerza Aérea le impone un viaje a la Antártida con la promesa de un posible ascenso, obligándolo a elegir entre el concurso de música y su carrera militar.

Nelson has been trumpeter in the Uruguayan Air Force Band for more than twenty years. He feels he wasted his life. After his wife leaves him, he finds an opportunity to achieve something important in a music contest.

Un paciente espera un trasplante de corazón. Mientras el tiempo pasa y la espera se hace cada vez más intensa narra su día a día y la incertidumbre de no saber que vendrá. A su vez otros pacientes cuentan sus historias de cómo esperaron un trasplante y como fue el después. “Trasplantes” nos brinda información del com-plejo mundo que existe entorno a los mismos y la lucha de varias organizaciones que buscan concientizar a la sociedad que donar órganos salva vidas.

A patient is waiting for a heart transplant… time goes by and the wait is becoming more intense, affecting his daily life. Other patients tell their stories of how long they waited for a transplant and how this fact changes their lives. The film gives information about the complex world that exists around the transplants and the struggle of several organizations that seeks to raise awareness in society that organ donations saves lives.

Un relato costumbrista que descubrirá las relaciones humanas, las rutinas, la amistad, el trabajo y el manejo del tiempo libre, a bordo de un barco porta contenedores Paraguayo, el “Explorador”, en su viaje por los ríos cada vez más angostos de la Plata, Paraná y Paraguay.

A floating universe. Life on board is a documentary film, through the daily routines on board, that will discover the human relationships, the loneliness, work and the management of free time on board of “El Explorador”, a Paraguayan ship, during its trip through the every narrow rivers : De la Plata, Paraná and Paraguay.

ALICIA CANO MENONI

Nació en Salto, Uruguay, en el invierno de 1982. Estudió Ciencias de la Comunicación, y se fue a Italia. Allí realizó un master en cine docu-mental y trabajó como filmmaker para la serie docu-soap “Reparto Maternitá”, emitida por Fox Life. Actualmente vive en Montevideo, trabaja como docente y realizadora en el área documental. El Bella Vista es su primer largometraje.

Born in Uruguay, 1982. After earning a degree in Media Studies, she trav-elled to Italy in 2006 to complete a Master’s degree in documentary cinema. In the following years she worked as a filmmaker on the Italian docu series “Reparto Maternità” , for Fox Life International Channel. She currently lives and works in Montevideo. El Bella Vista is her first feature-length film.

ANDRÉS BENVENUTO

Kafkafilms es una productora de publicidades y documentales nacida hace 7 años. Su director y realizador Andrés Benvenuto, filmó para CocaCola, Movistar, Ancel, BPS, Ancap, INAC, MINTUR, Nestlé, Alicorp entre otras. Ganó premios locales en el mayor certamen de la publicidad uruguaya Campana de Oro y extranjeros como El Ojo de Iberoamérica y Fiap.

Kafkafilms is a 7-year-old advertising and documentary production com-pany. Kafkafilms’ Director, Andrés Benvenuto, has worked for CocaCola, Movistar, Ancel, BPS, Ancap, INAC, MINTUR, Nestlé and Alicorp, among others. He has won awards at the most important local advertisement contest (Campana de Oro) and also abroad, El Ojo de Iberoamérica y Fiap.

ANDREA FRANCO QUINTEROS

Productora integrante de la Unidad Técnica de la tercera edición de Doctv Latinoamérica, ubicada actualmente en el Instituto del Cine y Audiovisual del Uruguay (ICAU). Responsable de la ejecución de los Concursos Nacionales de Selección, así como de la realización de los 15 proyectos ganadores en cada país integrante del Programa de Fomento a la Producción y Teledifusión al Documental para TV.

Producer in the Management Unit of the third edition of Doctv Latinoaméri-ca, currently at the Instituto del Cine y Audiovisual del Uruguay (ICAU). In charge of executing the national selection competitions and for producing the 15 winning projects in each country belonging to the Programme to Promote the Production and Diffusion of Documentaries for TV.

EDUARDO PIÑERO Y PABLO FERNÁNDEZ

Alejandro Pi es director y editor, comenzó a trabajar con el productor y director Pablo Fernández en la universidad ORT Uruguay, dónde los dos estudiaron cine. En el 2004, en el último año de la carrera co-menzaron a trabajar con el director de actores; Eduardo Piñero, que es el de la idea original del proyecto Reus. En la Universidad produ-jeron varios cortometrajes y pilotos como guionistas, productores y directores. Su tesis “Mil Millones de Soles” fue seleccionada en va-rios festivales, entre ellos el Festival de Escuelas de Cine, organizada por Cinemateca Uruguaya. Se recibieron de la Universidad en el 2004 y desde entonces han realizado varios documentales y publicidades. En películas de ficción han participado como asistentes. Son los productores y realizadores del proyecto Reus.

The director´s Alejandro Pi, met producer Pablo Fernández, and co-writer and actor Eduardo Piñero in the ORT Uruguay University, where they both were studying film. In the University they made sev-eral short films together, as a writer-director-producer team. Their movie “Reus” was selected in many festivals and won many funds like Ibermedia to produce this movie. DANIEL FERNÁNDEZ

Es Lic. en Ciencias de la Comunicación por Liccom – UdelaR. Actualmente trabaja en el encuentro documental de las televisoras latinoamericanas DOCMONTEVIDEO. Realizó varios cortometrajes documentales y de ficción. Realizó los spots publicitarios de distintas obras de teatro. Fue Colaborador del Taller de Audiovisual de Liccom.

He has a degree in Communication Research at Universidad de la Repú-blica. He works at the Latin American TV meeting DOCMONTEVIDEO. He directed several documentary and fiction short films. He directed the TV spots of different plays. He was a Collaborator at the Audiovisual Profes-sorship at Universidad de la República.

FEDERICO LEMOS

Montevideo, Uruguay, 1974. Productor asociado de los largometrajes uruguayos “La Matinée”, además de productor ejecutivo en el desarrollo de sistemas de distribución alternativa de cine en Uruguay. Funda junto a Gon-zalo Lamela, Medio&Medio Films, con el que comienza su trabajo de director, siendo su ópera prima “El ultimo Carnaval”. Actualmente se encuentra rodando otros dos documentales “Trasplantes” y “La vida del actor”.

Federico Lemos, Montevideo, Uruguay, 1974.Was an associated produc-er of the uruguaya film “La Matinée”, as well as executive producer on the development of alternative movies distribution systems in Uruguay.He founded with Gonzalo Lamela, Medio&Medio Films. He began to de-velop his work as a director, with his debut film is “The Last Carnival.” He is currently filming two more documentaries “Transplant” and “The life of an actor.”

GABRIELA GONZÁLEZ

Es Licenciada en Comunicación Social. Se desempeña como Productora en la Oficina de Locaciones de la Intendencia de Montevideo. Entre sus funciones se destacan tramitar permisos de filmación, asesorar en la búsqueda de locaciones, informar sobre procedimientos y actuar como interlocutora con dependencias públicas y privados para propiciar una coordinación fluida.

She holds a degree in Communications. She works as a Producer in the Locations Office at Montevideo Municipality. Her functions include processing film permits, advice on the location scouting, reporting procedures and negotiate with public and private agencies to promote smooth coordination.

GONZALO LAMELA

Montevideo, Uruguay 1978. Licenciado en Dirección de Empresas de la Universidad Católica del Uruguay con énfasis en Marketing y Publicidad. Desarrollo tareas de producción audiovisual en Brasil y Uruguay desde el año 2004. Es director de MEDIO&MEDIO Films junto a Federico Lemos, comenzando la producción de largometrajes y desarrollo de sistemas de distribución alternativa de cine.

Gonzalo Lamela, Montevideo, Uruguay 1978. Bachelor in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Uruguay, with empha-sis on Marketing and Advertising. He has been working in audiovisual production in Brazil and Uruguay since 2004. He founded with Federico Lemos, Medio & Medio Films, starting the production of feature films and development alternative movies distribution systems.

ESTEBAN SCHROEDER

Fundador y director de CEMA, productora de diversas obras audio-visuales (1980-1995). Productor y director de EL VIÑEDO (2000) y MATAR A TODOS (2007). Productor ejecutivo de “Selkirk, el verdadero Robinson Crusoe”, largometraje de animación dirigido por Walter Tournier, cuyo estreno está previsto para febrero 2012 en Argentina, Chile y Uruguay, distribuída por Buena Vista Internacional.

Filmmaker and producer. Founder and director of the Centro de Medios Audiovisuales, CEMA (1980-1995). He was also the director and producer of the feature films “El Viñedo” (The Vineyard - 2000) and “Matar A Todos” (Kill Them All - 2007). Executive Producer of “Selkirk, the real Robinson Crusoe” which release is scheduled for February 2012 in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, distributed by BuenaVista international.

JAVIER PALLEIRO

Nació en Uruguay en 1976. Estudió diseño en la Universidad ORT. En 2007 escribió y dirigió el cortometraje “Buen Viaje” (Oficial Selection Cannes 2008, Mejor Producción Iberoamericana Zinebi, Bilbao 2008). Actualmente produce el largometraje documental “Las Flores de mi Familia” (Ganador del Premio Fona 2007). Se encuentra también tra-bajando como productor ejecutivo del largometraje “Solo” (Seleccio-nado en “Encuentro de Jóvenes Directores” Festival de Biarritz 2008 / Ganador de los premios para producción Hubert Bals, ICAU, FONA e Ibermedia) y en el largometraje “Agua” seleccionado por la fundación TyPA para su “XV taller de análisis de proyectos cinematográficos”

In 2008 writes and directs “Buen Viaje”, a fiction short film, (Cannes Film Festival 2008 - Official Selection / Bilbao Film Festival - Best Iberoameri-can Production Prize). At the same time, works as a Producer in “Las Flores de Mi Familia” a Documentary Feature film, (Fona Prize winner 2007 / Work in Progress Festival de Cine de Punta del Este / MVD Socio Audiovisual). GUILLERMO ROCAMORA

Nació en Uruguay, 1981. Estudió ciencias de la comunicación en la Universidad de la República. Cursó el taller de guión en la Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión, Cuba. Trabajó en los largometrajes “Whisky” (Juan Pablo Rebella y Pablo Stoll), “La perrera” (Manolo Nieto). En 2004 escribe y dirige el cortometraje “Conexiones”. En 2008 escribió y dirigió el cortometraje “Buen Viaje” (Oficial Selection Cannes 2008, Mejor Producción Iberoamericana Zinebi, Bilbao 2008) junto a Javier Palleiro. En 2011 dirige el largometraje “Solo” (Selec-cionado en “Encuentro de Jóvenes Directores” Festival de Biarritz 2008). Ganador de los premios para producción Hubert Bals, ICAU, FONA e Ibermedia 2009.

The script (co-writen with Javier Palleiro) has won the two most important Uruguayan production prizes.

LUCILA BORTAGARAY

Es Licenciada en Comunicación Audiovisual. Durante nueve años se desempeñó como Productora en proyectos audiovisuales de ficción, documentales, video clips, animación y publicidad. Actualmente está a cargo de Uruguay Film Commission & Promotion Office con el objetivo de promover las locaciones uruguayas como escenario para producciones extranjeras, y contribuir con la proyección internacional del audiovisual nacional.

She holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication. For nine years worked a free lance Producer on audiovisual fiction projects, documentaries, video clips, animation and tv commercials. Currently she is in charge of Uruguay Film Commission & Promotion Office created with the aim of promoting Uruguayan locations, and also to contribute to the international projection of national audiovisual production.

MARÍA BALDIZÁN

Licenciada en Comunicación Social opción Audiovisual, en la Univer-sidad Católica del Uruguay. Desde 2011 trabaja como Ejecutiva de Comercialización en la productora de cine GUAZÚ MEDIA. Se dedica desde 2009 a Producción Comercial en diferentes productoras de cine de Uruguay, como GUAZÚ MEDIA, LAVORÁGINE FILMS y SUEKO FILMS. Desde 2011 trabaja como Coordinadora Ejecutiva en la productora LA SUMA.

Degree in Social Communication, Audiovisual option at Universidad Católica del Uruguay. Since 2011 works as a marketing executive film producer in GUAZÚ MEDIA. Dedicated since 2009 to commercial production in various film production in Uruguay, as GUAZÚ MEDIA, LAVORÁGINE FILMS and SUEKO FILMS. Since 2011 works as Execu-tive Coordinator in LA SUMA.

LUCÍA GAVIGLIO SALKIND

1978. Montevideo, Uruguay. Desde 2001 se desempeña en el area de producción en cine, TV, publicidad y en gestión de proyectos cul-turales. Formó parte de la implementación de Efecto Cine, primera plataforma profesional exhibición itinerante en Uruguay, hasta el 2010. Mi Mundial es el primer proyecto de largometraje de ficción de su productora, La Gota Cine.

Since 2001 she has worked in movie, TV and advertising production areas, and also managed cultural projects. She was on the team imple-menting “Efecto Cine” (Cinema Effect), the first professional traveling exhibition in Uruguay, up to 2010. Mi Mundial (My World Cup) is the first feature length movie project of her production company La Gota Cine.

MARIANA SECCO

Fundadora de Salado Cine, productora, line producer y distribuidora. Ha participado como jurado en varios festivales de cine. En la actualidad asume el cargo de Presidenta de ASOPROD, integra la Directiva de Uruguay Film Commission & Promotion Office y es la representante de Uruguay en la Federación Iberoamericana de Productores. En el 2010 es nombrada por Variety como uno de los “10 talents to watch”.

Founder of Salado Cine, is a producer, line producer and film distributor. She has been invited as juror for several film festivals. At present she is President of ASOPROD, Uruguay’s Producers & Filmmakers Association and is also member of the Uruguay Film Commission & Promotion Of-fice board. In addition, she marks FIPCA’s representative in Uruguay. In 2010, Secco was selected as one of Variety’s “10 talents to watch”.

MARÍA ZANOCCHI

Licenciada en Comunicación. Comenzó su carrera en la producción de TV. Luego trabajó en la producción cinematográfica en Uruguay en películas como El baño del Papa (Charlone y Fernández) y Blindness (Fernando Meirelles) entre otras. En 2010 produce Miss Tacuarembó. Es docente en Universidad Ort Uruguay. Produjo más de cien comercia-les, también varios videos musicales y cortometrajes.

After having graduated from film school, started a career on TV production. In two years became an active player in the Uruguayan film industry, starting work in feature films: The Pope`s toilet (César Charlone), and Blindness (Fernando Meirelles) among others. In 2010 produces Miss Tacuarembó (Martín Sastre). Is a lecturer in Ort University Uruguay. She has also worked in the production of over a hundred commercial spots, many music videos and short films.

MARTÍN PAPICH

Director del Instituto del cine y Audiovisual del Uruguay. Gestor Cultural y Audiovisual, ha sido productor y productor ejecutivo en coproducciones del Programa Montevideo Socio Audiovisual, director del Área de Gestión Audiovisual de la Intendencia de Montevideo (Locaciones Montevideanas). Delegado institucional por Uruguay en la Reunión Especializada de Autoridades Cinematográficas del MER-COSUR (RECAM) y en la Conferencia de Autoridades Audiovisuales y Cinematográficas de Iberoamérica (CACI).

Director of Uruguay’s Film and Audiovisual Institute. Cultural and Audiovisual Manager, has been producer and co-executive producer of Montevideo Socio Audiovisual Program, director of the Audiovisual Management of the Montevideo council (Montevideo locations). Institutional Delegate for Uruguay in the Meeting of Authorities spe-cialized in Cinema and Audiovisual of MERCOSUR (RECAM) and the Conference of Authorities for the Latin American Cinema (CACI).

MICAELA SOLÉ

Estudió en la Escuela de Cine del Uruguay, egresando como Realiza-dora Cinematográfica. Desde 1999 trabaja como productora indepen-diente para varias compañías productoras dentro y fuera de Uruguay. En 2007 fundó Cordón Films junto a Daniel Hendler para desarrollar proyectos cinematográficos, llevando adelante la producción ejecuti-va de todos los proyectos de la productora.

She studied at Film School from Uruguay (Escuela de Cine del Uruguay). Since 1999 she works as independent producer in tv, publicity, video clips, documentaries and fiction for several production companies from Uruguay and abroad. In 2007 co-funded Cordón Films with Daniel Hend-ler in order to develop cinematographic projects. She is in charge of the Executive Production of all the projects of the company.

SOLEDAD GONZÁLEZ BAICA

Productora integrante de la Unidad Técnica de la tercera edición de Doctv Latinoamérica, ubicada actualmente en el Instituto del Cine y Audiovisual del Uruguay (ICAU). Responsable de la ejecución de los Concursos Nacionales de Selección, así como de la realización de los 15 proyectos ganadores en cada país integrante del Programa de Fomento a la Producción y Teledifusión al Documental para TV.

Producer in the Management Unit of the third edition of Doctv Latinoamérica, currently at the Instituto del Cine y Audiovisual del Uruguay (ICAU). In charge of executing the national selection com-petitions and for producing the 15 winning projects in each country belonging to the Programme to Promote the Production and Diffusion of Documentaries for TV.

SANDINO SARAVIA VINAY

Coordinador General de la Unidad Técnica de la tercera edición de Doctv Latinoamérica, ubicada actualmente en el Instituto del Cine y Audiovisual del Uruguay (ICAU). Responsable de la planificación, supervisión y ejecución del Programa en Latinoamérica, en coordina-ción con el ICAU, FNCL y respondiendo a la CACI.

General Coordinator of the Management Unit of the third edition of Doctv Latinoamérica, currently at the Instituto del Cine y Audiovisual del Uruguay (ICAU). In charge of the planning, supervision and execu-tion of the Programme in Latin America, in coordination with the ICAU and FNCL, and answering to the CACI.

RODRIGO MÁRQUEZ ALONSO

Licenciado en Trabajo Social, con especialización en gerenciamiento, gestión y recursos humanos. Con más de 5 años de experiencia en organismos nacio-nales e internacionales, profundiza acciones de articulación público privada y desarrollo de sectores productivos. En 2010 gerencia la Cámara Audiovisual del Uruguay, desde 2011 coordina el Clúster Audiovisual del Uruguay y es consultor para la realización del plan estratégico de la RECAM.

He has a degree in social work, specializing in management, adminis-tration and human resources. With extensive experience in national and international bodies, deepening public-private joint actions and develop-ment of productive sectors. In 2010 he was Uruguayan´s Audiovisual Chamber Manager, since 2011 coordinates Uruguay Audiovisual Cluster and is a consultant of RECAM, to implement the strategic plan.
