Project Summary

We are a not-for-profit organization, and our mission is “To provide an educational and supportive environment for start-up and expanding, early-stage, independent businesses to succeed.”

We are recruiting in new and existing regional retailers who would like to experience a Downtown Mobile location, but are concerned about the high startup costs of a stand-alone store and the risk of a longer term lease.
