Finding yourself on the wrong side of the law is not
an enjoyable experience. Not to mention the time
and money it cost to satisfy court requirements.
Probation requirements in DC
Many offenders under supervision have treatment
requirements as part of their court-ordered
conditions of supervision. If the offender wishes, he
or she may fulfill this requirement by entering and
paying for a program independently, as long as
CSOSA provides prior approval of the education
program and provider. Allied Health education will
make it easier for you to accomplish court ordered
DWI/DUI mandates by working with you to ensure
completion of the program.
