To "discuss issues or topics" and from the phrase "ibalangkas mo". Balangkasan was created to discuss issues about the practice and trends in the architecture profession. What sets apart Balangkasan from other forms of program for discussing issues such as a debate or a forum is that it tackles current and relevant issues and offers a resolution towards the end.
