SummaryChanges will effect feature set of switches. Switches will

still be functional. Uplinks (links between switches or switches and router) will be reduced from 10GB to 1GB. Switches will perform required tasks and still provide scalability at reduced cost.

Replacement of team member reduces overall cost as new member will not be available until after configurations are finished. Project manager will pick up this slack without increasing time worked. This means a change from a primarily supervisory role to that of a participatory role.

Project manager hours decreased by reducing meeting times with client as per conversation with Natalie Kalmus and Cecil B. Miller.
