Analysis of the easy access application

This application allows the user to get easy access to his or her application. This app allows the user to pick the app which they use most often and make it their default option, so they will get easy access when they press the icon on my app. This also meets all the user requirements. Also, this app works perfectly and doesn’t have any errors according to the information that I got from my test plan. My application was created on AIDE. It’s an application that you can get from the Play Store on Android phones. I did this program in the language of java.

Designs for the application

This is the design off the app which I created on Photoshop. This is the design I chose to follow for my application. I chose this because it is user-friendly and also it will meet all the user requirements. I made my final app based on these designs.

This the final design and it is quite similar to the older design. When testing the application, all of the features in the application matched the requirements

Features of the application

This is the screen what will be displayed when the application is opened. This application will allow the users to get easy access to his or her application. The easy access app was designed on AIDE on an Android phone. This is the front page of the screen of the application. These screenshots are from my phone.

This application has more than one page. It has a log in page and a home screen page. The homepage screen has four images and when pressed, the images open an option were the user picks which app is best for them, and it becomes their default app.

7. Since the user picked Outlook as the default, when the user picks the email icon, Outlook will always open up.

8. When the email icon is pressed this app will open up. This will be displayed on the screen.

5. When the user presses the image, the default option will be opened so the user can pick which app best suits them.

6. For example if the user uses Outlook more than any of the other apps, Outlook will be the user’s default app, so when they opens this app and press the email icon, Outlook will always open up.

The app logs you out automatically soon as you close it.

User friendly and easy to access The homepage design looks messyNo error will happen because when I was testing the application no errors appeared.

There is no log out button so as soon as you leave the app it logs you out

It has a login system so everything will be safe on the app, so only the user can access their stuff.

There is no icon for the app at the moment

Changes 1. When planning the program, instead of using Visual Studio I chose to design it on AIDE.2. When I was designing the app, I decided to put a username and password so only the user of the app

can login.

I only made two changes from the design I made.

Quality of the application

The application was created using AIDE and it is well fitted for its purpose. This application is reliable because it allows the user to get easy access to the apps they

need. This application is easy to use and manage because it is user friendly. The interface and all

the commands are short and simple. This program can be easily maintained because all the code can be edited quickly.

Conclusion

This application is really useful and can be maintained easily. This program meets all of the user requirements that it was intended to have in the planning stage. There are no improvements to do on this program as it works perfectly well.
