ULTERION ® 875 RC RELEASE COATING High temperature resistance Recyclable and repulpable Product Description Ulterion ® 875 RC is a premium coating developed for release of hot substrates. It has applications for release of materials that are applied at 200 o F to 450 o F. Ulterion ® 875 RC works best when the sheet is sealed using an Ulterion 300 BC basecoat. Typical Properties % Solids 35-36 pH 7-7.5 Odor Mild Organic Appearance Milky Color Specific gravity 1.07 Viscosity (cps) 50-100 Origin USA Application Methods If a desired viscosity is required that is higher than the base polymer, we recommend Ulterion 200 LT, 205 LT, or 210 LT as the thickener of choice. It gives optimal thickening at a neutral pH that enhances runnabilty of our coatings at the desired higher viscosities. To insure maximum performance, a cure temperature of 275 o F must be achieved. Asphalt drums Handling / Storage Stability The Ulterion ® 875 RC is a made to order product, which should be kept in Cool dry conditions. Storage temperatures above 90°F will decrease the shelf life considerably. Optimal storage conditions will yield a shelf life of 60 days from the date of manufacture.
