40W……3,600 lumens, which replaces 125W-175W MH or HPS

80W……7,200 lumens, which replaces 250 MH or HPS

100W…9,000 lumens, which replaces 300W- 350W MH or HPS

120W…10,800 lumens, which replaces 400W MH or HPS

150W…13,500 lumens, which replaces 450W-550W MH or HPS

Easily Retrofit 100W to 1000W Metal Halide Fixtures

Multi head plate installation

Floodlights and Shoebox Retrofitting these type of fixtures are very easily accomplished. You just remove the bulb and reflector. A driver plate is mounted very easily to a screw port on the backside of the fixture. The light head is then screwed into the mogul base. You are able to adjust the light head to assist giving the proper lighting to the area. For customize plate installation we will fabricate the right plate to retrofit with our ZEON.


Wall Packs and Cobra Heads – 100W to 400W The reflector is removed. The driver plate is attached very easily to a screw port on the backside of the wall pack. The driver is then attached to the plate. The light head is then screwed into the mogul base only as a placeholder. The mogul base does NOT power the light head.

400W to 1200W Shoebox in parking lots and street lights For these types of installation. The ZEON can be configured in a plate with multiple heads to replace up to 1200W. The plates are fabricate to fit the fixture specifications.


High Bays and Canopies Typical 100W to 400W High Bay lights are an easy retrofit. The LED driver replaces the ballast in the ballast box. The ZEON head is then screwed into the mogul base and the wires are connected. Should the ballast box not be large enough to accommodate the LED driver, the driver can be attached to the Y bracket. For High Bays above 400W, we suggest one of our ready-made High Bay products for a swap out which tends to be a more economical solution.
