    The Preeminent Master (Purvacarya) Ui-Sangs

    Dharma Nature Gatha

    The Nature of Reality is perfectly interpenetrating, without duality;

    all dharmas unmoving, originally quiescent,nameless, formless, penetrating everything;

    known only at the level where wisdom is realized;

    True Nature is deep and profound, supremely subtle and sublime

    unprotected, it is our nature itself, adapting to conditions, manifesting

    as the one within everything, all within the one,

    the one exactly everything, all exactly the one

    within the finest particle of dust containing the ten directions;

    as it is the same within each and every particle;

    innumerable eons, just an instant of thought,a single instant of thought, an infinitely long kalpa;

    all past, present and future; all time, in this instant, of exactly the same form,

    yet, without disorder or confusion, individually and distinctly manifesting

    at the moment of the first awakening of bodhicitta,

    in the beginners mind, it is instantaneous true enlightenment;

    Samsara and Nirvana in harmony, mutually interfused;

    Noumena and phenomena imperceptible, inseparable and indistinguishable;

    in the world of the Ten Buddhas, the Bodhisattva of Universal Virtue, and

    the great sages; the able oneswithin the ocean seal samadhi;it is the wish fulfilling jewel and unimaginable wonders;

    the rain of treasure benefiting all beings filling all the void;

    and the living beings, according to their vessel, all receiving this wealth;

    it is thus the practitioner returns to the Origin;

    difficult to end deluded thinking and defilements,

    without exception, no longer arising;

    unconditionally, manifesting all expedient means in complete freedom;

    returning home, according to capacity, attaining all dharma wealth,

    through dharani, the inexhaustible treasure,

    adorning the Realm of Reality, the true hall of treasure;

    and finally, sitting in Reality, the platform of the Middle Way,

    from the Origin, unmovingit is named Buddhahood.
