Chapter One:

The Churning Wheels of the Diabetes Industry

When you think about

epidemics, likely, your first

thought is conditions like

Ebola or AIDS. However,

there is one epidemic that is

worse than those simply

because it affects so many

more people. That epidemic

is Diabetes. Specifically, this

applies to type II Diabetes.

And, it is time that you

understand more about this

epidemic and what you can

do about it.

What you are about to learn is that the way type II diabetes is being handled has

become a huge conglomerate in and of itself. The diabetes industry is raking in

billions of dollars in profits every year from those being treated for their type II

diabetes with prescription medication.

But, the problem is, while this industry is getting richer and richer, people are

remaining diseased and they are only getting worse. Also, more people are being

diagnosed with this disease faster than any other disease known to man and it’s

not due to things like germs, bacteria or just plain bad luck. Rather, as this guide

Page 9: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

will teach you, there is something specific causing diabetes. We all need to

understand this better so that we can take action against the epidemic.

We are learning over time that the current medicines used to treat type II

diabetes are actually far worse than the disease itself. That’s because doctors

prescribe drugs that actually put the patients at risk of death, especially in the

form of heart-related conditions.

It is time that you look past the pharmaceutical industry and all of the flashy

advertising they put out. It is time to go past what the doctors may be pushing

toward you. It is time to realize this is all a ruse. Study after study shows the

same thing: five to 10 years of a person’s life span is taken away due to diabetes,

not because of the disease itself, but because of the typical treatment for it.

In this guide, you will get your eyes opened, and you will find out what is actually

going on – you will essentially pull the wool back from your eyes. It is probably

going to leave you feeling a bit duped because you have always assumed the

pharmaceutical and medical industries had your best interest at heart. There are

things that may make you feel shocked or disturbed, but at the same time, you

will finally know the truth, and you will find out things that have been missed by

millions of others. By the time you finish this, you will have the chance to make

better choices. Don’t worry though. You won’t get abandoned there. You will also

learn how to make those better choices too.

There is good news to all of this, though. By the time you finish this guide, you

will finally be in a position to reclaim your health.

You will know about all of those complications of modern medicine and their

treatments for the disease. You will find out that they are making you sick and

even causing you to be sicker. You will be able to avoid those expensive and

downright dangerous pharmaceutical approaches to treatment. And you will find

out that you can return to a life of good health and vitality, which up until now,

you probably thought was an impossible dream.

Yes, diabetes is like a slowly churning wheel. It isn’t getting any better. People

who are diagnosed with it don’t get better. Have you ever wondered about this?

In an age of advanced technology and research abilities, modern medicine just

cannot actually help patients feel better. Why is that? Because they are too busy

making people

sicker so that they

can continue making

money hand over

fist. This will no

longer be a problem

for you.

 Are you ready to

embark on a new

 journey ofknowledge and understanding?

Chapter Two:

About This Guide

Did you know that as many as

three million new cases of

diabetes have been reported in

just the past two years? It is a

fast growing epidemic and it is

one that is also gaining speed.

There are more than 24 million

people in the United States who

are diagnosed diabetic, and this

isn’t counting those who go

undiagnosed.

In other words, if you have diabetes, then you likely know you are not in this boatalone. Plenty of other people suffer and you probably even know a few who do.

There are two main types of diabetes labeled as types I and II. Type II is the

most common with as many as 29 million people in the United States alone

diagnosed. Type I diabetes is an illness acquired during childhood and is caused

by other factors. However, type II is different and quite preventable. Risk factors

for the condition include:

Being 20% or more over the suggested body weight for your height.

  Your age

Page 12: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

  Your family history

Body fat that is stored around the abdomen

Being Hispanic, African American, Asian, or American Indian

  Suffering from pre-diabetes

Type II diabetes occurs usually at older ages, but can present itself at any time

during adulthood

While we are going to discuss type II diabetes specifically, let’s take a look at the

numbers for the other version of the condition. About 1.5 million people in the

United States are affected by this disease. It is usually diagnosed during

childhood and it is a disorder involving the pancreas. Very occasionally, an adult

will be diagnosed with type I diabetes. Essentially, it is caused when insulin is not

being produced in necessary amounts in the body. Because of this, regular

injections of insulin become required throughout one’s life.

What likely becomes immediately evident here is that type I diabetes is not nearly

as prevalent and is not growing at alarming rates like type II is. And, things get

worse. For many years, we believed that type II diabetes only appeared in adults.

However, in recent years, we have found that children can contract it. A few

studies in the past decade have found that children in the eight to 10 year-old

age range are being diagnosed with pre-diabetes at an alarming rate. In other

words, not only are more and more adults developing type II diabetes, but it is

also affecting our children. This is frightening, and since today’s doctors treat it

with deadly medicines, this is even more worrisome.

The Difference

So, since it is

evident that there is

a difference

between type I and

type II diabetes,

what is the

difference exactly?

Many people don’t

understand thatthese conditions are

not the same.

Type I diabetes is a pancreatic condition. The pancreas is essentially not capable

of producing enough insulin in the body.

Type II diabetes is a different condition. It occurs when the body cannot properly

use insulin, causing the pancreas to be overworked as it produces more andmore to no avail. Because the pancreas goes into overtime in an effort to

produce enough insulin to keep up with too much demand, it ends up exhausting

itself. Additionally, because the beta cells in the pancreas are negatively affected

from all this strain, the risks of damage and failure are significantly more

prevalent.

Millions of dollars are poured into type II diabetes research every single year, and

yet nothing significant has changed. That’s because modern medicine is going inthe wrong direction, looking only to medicine to mask the symptoms instead of

cure the condition.

So, what’s the deal? Why is diabetes running so rampant? And, why is it that

doctors cannot treat it? Quite simply, they are going about it the wrong way. They

are going down the path of pushy pharma companies, pushing more pills, but not

actually resolving anything.

But, here is the secret. Are you ready for this?

Diabetes can be reversed.

Yes, you read that right. We will talk more about that later too.

The Symptoms of the Condition

Doctors don’t fully

understand why diabetes

happens, but what they do

know is what it does. The

body’s cells end up

becoming resistant to

insulin. It is most commonly

diagnosed in people who

are overweight. And, as with

many conditions, type II diabetes is linked to obesity.

Quite a few researches have a theory of the cause, though, and it all has to do

with one word: inflammation. Experts believe that low grade inflammation at a

cellular level causes the body to not properly accept insulin. The inflammation is

caused by a few factors, but researchers point to obesity as one of them. Why is

this?

Page 15: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Fat cells actually create hormones and chemicals. Your body doesn’t need them.

Fat cells, then, become a foreign factor that is causing a variety of different

imbalances. The more fat present, the higher the chance of developing

inflammation and studies indicate this condition can be the main culprit in the

development of type II diabetes.

So, what actually happens? It goes like this:

The cells reject insulin, not using it as the body requires.

Insulin is not sent to the liver and muscles as needed.

The glucose in the bloodstream gets stuck.

  Blood sugar levels rise.

This is how type II diabetes works.

Now, there is also another condition called pre-diabetes. It is exactly what it

sounds like. A person will show the symptoms of type II diabetes without actually

contracting the condition yet. It is called pre-diabetes because it often is theprecursor to the full blown condition. People with pre-diabetes will exhibit the

following symptoms:

  High blood sugar

  Extreme thirst

  Blurry vision

  Frequent urination

  Exhaustion

Page 16: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

  Irritability

  Frequent urinary tract infections

  Wounds that heal slowly

Tingling sensations in the hands and feet

So, they show the symptoms of type II diabetes, but they haven’t contracted the

condition yet. And, pre-diabetes should indicate high risk.

If you have developed any of these symptoms, if you are obese, or diabetes runs

in your family, then this is a good sign you may be on your way to diabetes or

you may already have the condition.

Gestational Diabetes

There is another form of diabetes that we do need to mention. Referred to as

gestational diabetes, this is a condition that develops while a woman is pregnantor immediately after delivery. This condition can be temporary and for some

women, it goes away within a few months of birth. However, for a small

percentage of women, this develops into type II diabetes.

Risk factors for gestational diabetes include:

Babies weighing more than nine pounds at birth

Specific ethnicities including Asian American, Hispanic, Pacific Islander,

and Native American

  Family history of diabetes

Page 17: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Excess weight before and during pregnancy

  Pregnancy after age 25

With both gestational diabetes and type II diabetes, there are certain risk factors

that are impossible to avoid, including family history and age. You cannot make

yourself under the age of 45.

However, there are risk factors you are in control of. You can choose to change

your lifestyle, and you can essentially choose to eliminate the things that cause

inflammation.

If you already have type II diabetes or you are showing symptoms of pre-

diabetes, then changing your lifestyle is a valuable part of reversing this

condition. Additionally, if you want to avoid diabetes in the future, then changing

your lifestyle is extremely important as well.

So, a big part of this guide will focus on the changes you need to make.

In Pursuit of a Healthy Lifestyle

Much of what you are going

to learn about avoiding the

risk factors or reversing Type

II Diabetes boils down to

living a healthy lifestyle and

while you may already know

suggestions such as “eat

Page 18: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

right” or “exercise”, you may not be aware of the specific ways to do it that will be

of the biggest benefit for you. You might think that you need a lot of time or

money to live a truly healthy lifestyle, and that is how society makes you think,

but it’s not true. You can pursue a healthy lifestyle no matter what e lse is going

on in your life, even if you have a stringent budget with which to buy wholesome

foods and the like.

So, what do you already know about a healthy lifestyle?

  You need consistent exercise.

You need to eat a healthy diet.

Those two facts are givens, but a healthy lifestyle goes beyond this. You have to

know what activities will work the best for exercise. You also need to know what

foods you should or should not eat. It is all about reaching a healthy weight so

that you can fend off that inflammation, so we will talk about what actually to do

through this guide.

You will be surprised to find out that the steps you need to take in order to loweryour risks or even reduce this condition are easy to take. They must be, or they

wouldn’t be feasible to follow for any length of time. These steps include the most

up to date research, so you don’t have to worry about it leading you in the wrong

direction.

A Diabetes Free Life

When your body loses control of the ability to produce and utilize insulin, the

effects can be devastating because Type I and Type II Diabetes are both serious

health problems. These problems can lead to even more problems including the

Page 19: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

loss of body parts such as toes, feet or legs, you could go blind, or your kidneys

could fail. You could even die.

And, here is a scary factor: it is estimated that about 25% of people in the United

States who have type II diabetes don’t even know they have it. In other words,

that equals about seven to eight million people walking around right now with

type II diabetes even though they have no idea.

So, even if no one has ever told you that you have diabetes, if you are exhibiting

the symptoms, then it is time to get something done about it. It is time to live a

healthy lifestyle and reverse the condition before it takes over your life. When you

follow through with everything you will learn in this guide, then you can live a

healthy, happy life without the life threatening side effects of diabetes itself or the

modern medical treatments often used for it.

And, there is something even more important you will realize too. You will know

that you are not alone. There are millions of people facing diabetes, dealing with

symptoms, and searching for a way to reverse the condition. So, don’t feel like

you are fighting this battle alone.

Chapter Three:

How Modern Medicine Is Failing Us

The Hippocratic Oath begins with “First do no harm” and it is designed to state

those in the medical field will always be working to help people, not hurt them.

Every single doctor who goes through medical school is required to take this

oath. When people are sick or injured, they trust doctors to make them better.

However, treatments meant to help them often cause more harm, which is notwhat doctors are supposed to be doing.

The Problem of Corporate Greed

So, why are doctors so willing to use treatments that cause so much harm? Well,

it is an unfortunate fact:

Greed.

Pharmaceutical companies are greedy and they have stretched the Hippocratic

Oath to its limits and beyond. They want more and more money so they pressure

physicians to use their medications. They push and physicians listen. As a result,

patients get lost in the fray of more and more money.

This is increasingly unfortunate for type II diabetes patients.

These days, the primary motivating factor is profit margins, and this reaches far

into the medical community. This, unfortunately, affects the way patients are

treated and more often than not, toxic and unnatural drugs are prescribed in non-

Page 21: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

lethal doses to suppress symptoms. They don’t do anything to treat the condition.

They just hide symptoms. And they do so with extremely dangerous medications.

The medications mask symptoms. They do not treat them. The doctors no longer

address the cause. So, what does happen to the patients? Their body is forced to

either heal itself or die of the sickness. With Type 2 Diabetes and similar

diseases, more symptoms and physical problems are created while the illness

becomes more developed in the body and can be potentially deadly.

Of course, the human body is truly miraculous. It has the ability to cure itself of so

many illnesses. The body has natural restorative powers. A good example of this

is how broken bones and open wounds heal up. When the human body is given

the opportunity, it will hold the key to restoring its natural functions such as

cellular absorption, insulin production and blood sugar levels. So, in regard to

natural healing abilities, the same holds true for Type 2 Diabetes.

The Problem

However, a problem arises over and over again. Over the counter medications

and prescription drugs actually get in the way of the body healing itself. They

don’t just cause harm and mask symptoms. They also actually damage the

restorative power of the body.

So, not only are people with type II diabetes getting sicker, but they aren’t even

allowed to get better.

The Fraud Problems

To really understand the big problems of the pharmaceutical industry, you have

to consider the many fraud issues that have arisen in the past few years. Back in

2012, GlaxoSmithKline had to pay out $3 billion in healthcare fraud expenses.

This happens over and over again. That is not a standalone case.

Regularly, drug giants find ways to make as much money as possible by

sacrificing patient care. At this point, they just do not seem to care about patients.

Instead, they worry about how they can put more change in their pockets.

And, the big pharma companies feed off the fact that patients have a tendency to

overmedicate in the United States today. It is so easy to just buy a pill, swallow it,

and hope for the best.

So, people are more inclined to take pills, either over the counter medication or

prescriptions, than to live a healthier lifestyle.

This, combined with the fact that doctors are pushing medications more than

ever, leads to patients taking more medication than they need. And, while thismay seem harmless, it is not. So many of those medicines cause harm. They do

not cause good. They hurt more than anything. And, patients are getting sicker,

not better as one would expect.

The Big Problem

If you still aren’t convinced, then that is because you have been told over and

over again that the answer lies in medicine. However, there is so much more that

you have the right to know about pharmaceutical companies.

Page 23: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Did you know that if you combine the sales numbers of all the big companies

around the world, you would come up with $954 billion in sales of prescription

medication? You can break that number down even more. In the United States

alone, sales equal about $340 billion each year.

And, keep in mind that these are privately owned companies, or many of them

are, including:

  GlaxoSmithKline

  Bristol-Meyers Squibb

  AstraZeneca

  Pfizer

This means that someone is putting a lot of money in their pockets. And, there is

so much greed running rampant that it is common for pharma companies to fire

executives if they aren’t bringing in enough money or aren’t seeing ongoing

growth in sales.

So, since they have to worry for their jobs, executives strive constantly to do just

that – grow the company and bring in as much money as possible.

Two of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the United States, Merck

and Pfizer, both brought in profits of $113 million in 2008 alone.

Bayer in Germany had $44 billion in sales.

Novartis in Switzerland reported $53 billion in earnings.

Proctor and Gamble saw $8 billion in sales in just their drug division.

Overall, pharma companies spend somewhere around $19 billion in marketing.

Yes, they pay for commercials to convince you they have a wonder drug. Yes,

they push their products.

Drug companies in the United States are allowed to promote products directly to

consumers, where other nations have stricter regulations in regard to how drugs

are marketed and promoted. For the United States companies, television ads for

the drugs are heavily used. Other marketing funds go to hire lobbyists that work

to influence politicians so they will pass favorable legislation for their motives.

They spend that much money because they know the more they push, the more

the potential to bring in even more.

The Thickening Plot of the Pharmaceutical Companies

There’s really no other way

to see it:

Big pharma = big money

These companies want to

sell you their drugs. They will

tell you that they resolve your

problems. They also want

you to keep taking their

drugs for the rest of your life, so it actually works out well that you don’t get

healed, but only get worse.

It is pretty hard to come to terms with this fact when we have been told over and

over again that medicine is our friend. But the bottom line of pharmaceutical

companies isn’t to get you better, it is profit.

Page 25: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

They want to make more money, and that means selling more medication. So,

they will do anything they can to make this happen.

Billions of people buy drugs with no idea that they are not getting the help they

need.

For example, consider erectile dysfunction. Men believe they have this condition

so they buy the little blue pill or the little purple one. These drugs are big sellers

for pharmaceutical companies and they are purchased by the truckload. And,

interestingly, ED has been directly linked to inflammation as well through

numerous studies. Unfortunately, men think they have to depend on a pill, and it

allows the pharma companies to get richer and richer.

octors on the “Take”

Now, here is something that may be a little shocking, and definitely will be very

disturbing: pharmaceutical companies spend billions of dollars on marketingevery year. Want to take a guess where that money is going? It’s probably not

where you think.

It is actually going to the people who write the prescriptions.

Yes, you read that right.

In the United States alone, there are about 81,000 professional salespeople who

peddle drugs for the pharmaceutical companies. They usually visit doctors once

or twice a month and make grand pitches as to why those doctors should use

their medications. These sales reps get big commissions when doctors do, so

they have good reason to be pushy. And, they have plenty of tactics:

Page 26: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

They give away medication samples to doctors who will prescribe that

drug.

They fill the doctors’ heads with all of the supposed benefits of the

medication.

They provide research that supposedly “proves” the benefits of the

medication.

They do not mention the research doesn’t come from an objective party.

Direct payment is sometimes made to doctors who write prescriptions for

certain drugs.

In fact, on that last issue, US Senator Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) has alleged that

payments to doctors by drug companies is a rampant problem, and is also very

illegal. Doctors are not allowed kickbacks.

An investigation was launched after it was reported that one doctor received a

million dollars in direct payments.

During the investigation, an article about the chair of psychiatry at Stanford

University, Alan Shatzberg, was printed in Business Week. It stated that

Shatzberg invested $6 million of his money and did not report it properly. A few

weeks later, the same magazine printed an article stating that Shatzberg had

underestimated investments. So, even though it appears he was receiving

money from somewhere, he found an excuse for it.

The chair of psychiatry at Emory University, Dr. Charles Nemeroff, received $2.8

million in consulting fees from GlaxoSmithKline that he also had failed to report.

This failure caused him to resign as the principal investigator of a National

Institute of Health grant of $3.9 million. This grant was in support of evaluating

five drugs manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline as anti-depressants.

Unfortunately, these are just a few of many stories. A British physician and

academician, Dr. Ben Goldacre, wrote about these events in his book “Bad

Pharma.” In this book, the doctor points out that the drug companies finance their

own clinical trials.

He alleges that they withhold negative data, use unrepresentative subjects for

their clinical trials, ghostwrite academic papers for doctor by using their own

contracts, without disclosure, and fund continuing education for doctors.

In “Bad Pharma”, the situation is called a “murderous disaster.” Dr. Goldacre

urges doctors, patients groups, and the drug companies themselves to take

action.

What, then, can a person do when they are suffering from type II diabetes? The

answer is considering an osteopathic approach to things. That’s what we will talk

about next.

Page 28: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Chapter Four:

The Osteopathic Approach

In contrast to the

traditional medical

community, the field of

Osteopathy sees this

disease from a different

perspective, one that is

much more hopeful and

helpful in assisting people

when they want to prevent

and reverse diabetes. If you have never heard of Osteopathic medicine, it is a

fully licensed comprehensive system of medical care, and chances are, you have

met doctors who practice osteopathy. You may have never realized they were

not traditional doctors, only that perhaps they weren’t so likely to prescribe drugs

right off the bat, or did more to encourage you to choose natural healing

practices.

Osteopathy takes a very different approach to medicine, health, and the human

body than allopathic or traditional medicine does. Osteopathy emphasizes how

every part of your body and system are interconnected to each other, and when

one is affected, every other part is too. So, healing becomes about finding the

true root of the condition, not just treating the obvious symptoms, which could be

just another part of the body being affected by something else.

One of the biggest differences you will see in osteopathic and traditional

medicines is this:

Page 29: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 29/156

  29Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

Traditional medicine quickly turns to medications and prescribes them, almost

with reckless abandon, in order to mask symptoms.

Osteopathic medicine, on the other hand, focuses on finding the core of the

problem within the human system and treating it to promote true healing instead

of just a Band-Aid.

Another way they are different is in their approach to treatment. Allopathic

doctors will focus on one part of the body. That’s why we have podiatrists, ENTs,

dermatologists, etc. However, osteopathic medicine teaches that all systems in

the body are connected. So, one doctor will focus on everything, allowing them to

get a better image of what could actually be the root cause of the problem.

There are a few things you must keep in mind about osteopathic medicine,

though:

Osteopathic physicians are licensed and have the right to prescribe

medicines.

There are also licensed osteopathic surgeons.

Osteopathic doctors have the same responsibilities and rights as a

licensed physician of any other type.

While some may assume osteopaths are not “real doctors”, it is important to

understand that they are, and they can look after medical needs much the same

as any doctor could. However, since they focus on a cure and not a mask, they

actually offer more productive treatments.

Page 30: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

A Growing Field

The field of osteopathy is growing as well. In fact, according to the American

Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, in the past 10 years, class

sizes have doubled and there are more than 77,000 osteopathic physicians in the

United States. These doctors work in private practices, military hospitals, local

hospitals, clinics, and any other location where you would find traditional

allopathic doctors too.

This is not a small field, and it is certainly growing by leaps and bounds.

As mentioned previously, there are differences in how osteopathic doctors go

about treatment.

While osteopaths go through medical school and must pass boards just like

allopathic doctors, they do have differences.

They focus on the “whole person” notion that the entire body is affected when

there is an illness. So, they don’t just treat the part of the body that is be ing

affected, they look for the root and deal with this.

For example, if you go to an allopathic doctor with stress headaches, they will

give you pain medication. They will l likely even write you a prescription for

migraine medicines that have scary side effects. If you go to an osteopathic

doctor with stress headaches, they will work on getting to the root of the cause

(stress) and resolving this to resolve the whole problem and not just the

symptoms.

So, these are the basics you must remember when you choose the osteopathic

approach:

Page 31: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 31/156

  31Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

Osteopathy has the philosophy that the entire body is involved when

sickness is present.

Osteopaths know that the body has the capability of healing itself when it

is taken care of.

The osteopathic approach is total health and wellness, not just covering

up the symptoms.

This approach uses natural and safe cures instead of medicines with

scary side effects.

Traditional medicine uses medication whenever possible to actually cause

more problems than it resolves.

Traditional medicine will often intervene and keep the body from healing

itself.

So, throughout this book, we are going to focus on the osteopathic method of

dealing with type II diabetes. That’s because we know this is where the solution

lies, not in popping more pills, but in reversing the condition in the first place.

Chapter Five:

Placing Blame Where It Belongs

Here is a fun fact about

the human body: in

seven years, every cell in

your body will have been

replaced.

It is really that powerful

and it works like a

miraculous machine.

However, what does

every other machine need in order to operate? Fuel. Your body needs fuel too

and when it is not receiving the proper kind, it cannot work properly either.

So, where do we go wrong? We take shortcuts in fueling our machine:

  We eat processed foods.

We eat foods that have little or no nutritional value.

We eat things that can barely be called food.

We consume things that are filled with artificial colors and flavors, additives, pesticides, fungicides, preservatives and antibiotics.

We ingest things that are toxic to the body.

Page 33: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

  33Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

When you add all of this up, it is no wonder the body can’t work the way it should.

The machine is not getting the fuel it needs, and this causes problems.

Because these types of cheap, low nutritional content foods are being eaten so

frequently and in high amounts, it overloads the body with more toxins that it can

handle. These toxins accumulate extremely quickly and in such a huge amount

that the body loses energy because it can’t keep up with them in order to

eliminate them through its own systems. Because of this, the toxins end up being

stored in the body’s cells, and par ticularly in fat cells.

These cells then continue to build up more and more over time. It becomes a

never ending cycle.

It should be no surprise at all that the belly, butt, hips and thighs are the areas

where the bulk of fat cells get stored. Then there are additional fat cells

throughout the rest of the body and all the toxins get stored in all of them. That

includes areas such as your upper arms and in a type of fat, called subcutaneous

fat that is located above your muscle and under your skin throughout your body.

In essence, your body becomes an enormous storehouse for toxins.

And, those toxins have nowhere to go.

After a time, the body just cannot deal with these toxins anymore. They cause

hormones and chemicals to become unbalanced. They result in inflammation.

And this leads to conditions like type II diabetes, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and

so much more.

Often, these diseases occur when the body is trying to heal itself but cannot. Alot of times, those attempts to heal end in death.

Your body will do its best to get rid of toxins and you probably have experienced

some of this through:

Page 34: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

 34Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

  Sweating

  Acne

  Coughing

  Vomiting

  Fevers

These are all methods your body uses to try to get rid of these poisons.

Essentially, your body is doing everything it can to remove those toxins, but the

battle causes a wide variety of problems like kidney malfunction, headaches, joint

pain, skin conditions, and so much more because your body is fighting a losing

battle.

And things get worse. Instead of encouraging you to alleviate these symptoms

and return to good health through natural means, the drug companies compel

doctors to prescribe drugs that actually keep the toxins stuck in your body. These

drugs interfere with the body’s natural healing system and they do nothing to

support that natural cleansing system the body uses to flush toxins.

These medication and drugs do more harm than good. They force the battle with

your body to become even more difficult. All of those toxins build up and build up

and then the body has nothing it can do with them. As a result, you just become

sicker.

Often, what we are told are diseases are actually symptoms. The body is trying

to heal itself, and the symptoms arise. So, doctors give them a name and call

them a condition that needs to be treated with more drugs. For that reason,

treating symptoms with drugs often makes us sicker than we were in the first

place.

Page 35: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Instead of using drugs to mask symptoms and then getting even sicker, the best

way to treat disease, including those such as type II diabetes, is to allow the body

to do what it does naturally, without drugs.

When that is combined with providing the body with the right fuel, this is where

we find the answer. So, what is actually the cause of type II diabetes? Let’s look

at that in more detail in the next chapter.

Page 36: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Chapter Six:

What Really Causes Diabetes

Whether you suffer an injury such as a

compound fracture or an illness like

the common cold, your body has its

own healing abilities that don’t require

any sort of medications. With this in

mind, doctors who are under oath to

“first do no harm” are either willfully

breaking this oath or ignorantly failing

it when they prescribe drugs,

especially when they do so at the

prompting of the pharmaceutical

companies.

Almost every type of disease we

experience, and this includes type II

diabetes, is caused by the

accumulation of toxins trapped in the

body. Since the body cannot purge these toxins, imbalances occur, and this

leads to illness. And, we see symptoms like:

  Coughing fits

  Outbreaks of acne

  Inflammation

Page 37: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 37/156

  37Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

  Mucus development

While drugs are supposed to cure things, all they do is aggravate these

problems, not actually solving anything.

Why, then, does diabetes happen? We have already discussed this to some

detail. When your pancreas releases insulin, this insulin is then processed in the

cells. When it is, it helps to turn sugar in your blood stream into energy. When the

body is full of toxins and inflammation, the insulin is no longer processed,

resulting in something called insulin resistance. When this happens, the blood

sugar continues to build up. That’s why one of the main symptoms of diabetes is

lethargy.

The problems with diabetes do not stop here though. If it is allowed to run

rampant with no control over blood sugar, it can lead to heart disease, loss of

limbs, kidney disease, eye damage, and nerve damage.

So, all in all, you have been misguided. You have been told about all of these

different causes of disease when they actually trace back to the same thing:

toxins and inflammation. Yes, certain things contribute to the risk factors, like

obesity (which is a major culprit since it promotes the buildup of toxins and

inflammation) and genetics. However, what you must come to realize is one

simple fact: once you know the cause of diabetes, you can start to understand

that it can be reversed.

It Can Be Reversed

Doctors have been telling you over and over again that diabetes is a lifelong

condition. Then, they treat it as such, giving you all of those medications that you

will have to take for a lifetime, but who is benefiting here? It’s not you , because

Page 38: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 38/156

 38Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

you are being exposed to even more toxins. Instead, it is the pharmaceutical

companies, and sometimes, the doctors too.

So, there are plenty of people who do not want you to know that something can

be done. They can profit on you continuing to think that you have no other option

but to take medicines and hope for the best the rest of your life. Why would they,

then, offer a solution?

There Is a Solution Though

Now, it is time that we get to the truth of the matter. There are things that pharma

companies do not want you to know. The truth is that the main causes of

diabetes are aggravated by our lifestyles. We make unhealthy choices. We eat

until we are obese. We don’t exercise. As a result, we feed the toxins and

inflammation and we create a situation in which diabetes is not just a possibility,

but essentially something we cannot avoid.

However, with that in mind, the truth of the matter is that we can overcome these

conditions just by choosing to change to a healthy lifestyle. Yes, you have the

ability to reverse diabetes and it doesn’t require prescriptions from the doctor!

There is no pill that will make you better. It will only make you worse, but doctors

and pharma companies make money off you being sick, so they won’t tell you

this.

To actually live a healthy lifestyle and reverse diabetes, you need to consider the

following factors:

  What you eat

Page 39: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 39/156

  39Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

  How active you are

  What you drink

  How much sleep you get

When you make simple changes in your life, it is possible to prevent and even

reverse diabetes. Your lifestyle choices will have a massive impact on what

happens to you.

The Obesity Problem

We have already talked

about how fat cells can

lead to diabetes because

they cause inflammation

and they actually trap

toxins in the body. So, it

should come as no

surprise to you that obesity

is the number one

contributing factor in the development of type II diabetes. However, keep in mind

that obesity is just exactly that: a contributing factor, not the cause. The cause is

the low level underlying inflammation due to buildup of toxins. This is justexacerbated by obesity.

Page 40: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

 40Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

Your body is meant for balance. When your body is functioning and healthy, then

it will be in balance and problems like diabetes will not arise. For it to achieve that

balance, you need:

  Proper nutrients, vitamins, and minerals

  Exercise

  Avoidance of poor quality foods

  Avoidance of toxins

Through these things, you are able to give your body the balance it needs. If any

one of these things is neglected, can you guess what would happen? Everything

gets thrown out of balance.

This goes back to the idea of osteopathic medicine. The whole body works

together. Each part of it is affected by other parts. So, when you have excess fat

and you aren’t giving your body what it needs, this leads to imbalance and

problems like diabetes arise.

And, it can be a growing problem. Have you ever gotten on the old child’s

playground plaything, the teeter totter? In order for it to be in balance, two

children of the same size and weight would have to sit on each side. If one child

is bigger than the other, then the teeter totter will be out of balance.

Your body is much like that teeter totter. When the balance has been broken, one

side will go down and one side will go up. Now, if you have ever been on a teeter

totter, then you know if there is a big change in weight distribution, the heavier

child will drop to the ground quicker and quicker. This is true for you and your

body as well. When you get out of balance, you create a sort of snowball effect.

Everything on that teeter totter will change very quickly and you will just get

sicker and sicker.

Page 41: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

So, just how fast will it happen?

First, the toxins will start building up.

Once a few toxins have built up, it will be even easier for more to do the same

thing.

Your body will develop inflammation.

Your cells will stop properly processing insulin and blood sugar will skyrocket.

Your pancreas and liver will essentially drown in fat. Your overworked pancreas

will continue producing more and more insulin in an attempt to make up for the

excess blood sugar.

Diabetes will snowball, and doctors who throw pills at you will simply be making

things worse. This won’t make anything better.

What’s the eal with the Pancreas?

It is vital that you understand the role of the pancreas in the body and what

happens to it when you develop diabetes. That’s because it is a critical

component in diabetes itself as well as the snowball effect that leads to the

disease.

Your pancreas is an exocrine and endocrine gland. In other words, it has duelfunctionality. One of its functions is to secrete hormones into the bloodstream

which would be the endocrine function. The exocrine function is to secrete

enzymes through the ducts.

Page 42: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

 42Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

It is a gland located between the spine and stomach. It is attached to the

duodenum. The duodenum is actually a part of the small intestine. The pancreas

itself is made up of endocrine cells referred to as pancreatic islets.

While the functions of the pancreas make it part of the endocrine system, it is

also a part of the digestive system. All except for 10% of the cells of the pancreas

work with the digestive system and this workhorse of a body part produces

insulin in order to keep the body balanced of glucose, or sugar, along with salt. If

this becomes out of balance, you guessed it, diseases such as type II diabetes

can occur.

Generally, the pancreas starts to malfunction because it is exhausted. It

constantly puts out more and more insulin since your cells are not processing it

at all. It becomes overworked. It can’t keep up and will eventually give out, and

this results in type II diabetes.

Along with producing insulin, the pancreas also produces glucagon, gastrin,

somatostatin, and vasoactive intestinal peptide. All of these are crucial in regard

to keeping the blood sugar levels and salt levels balanced healthily throughout

our bodies.

Glucagon is the hormone that normalizes blood glucose by working in a

way that is the opposite of how insulin works by stimulating cells to

release glucose to raise your blood sugar, or blood glucose levels.

Gastrin is a hormone that stimulates stomach cells to produce acid in

order to digest food.

Somatostatin is a hormone that the pancreas will secrete when glucose or

salt levels get too high in the blood in order to balance them out.

Page 43: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 43/156

  43Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

Vasoactive intestinal peptide aids in water secretion and how the

intestines absorb water and salts.

Finally, Insulin is a hormone that allows the cells in the body to absorb and

use glucose and when this happens, blood glucose levels decrease.

As you can see, for a small gland, it does a great deal of work to keep your entire

body system healthy and active and when there are issues that prohibit the

pancreas from functioning properly, you fall at risk for suffering from a variety of

disorders and diseases, such as diabetes.

Now, let’s delve even further. You now know that the pancreas gets exhausted

because it is overworked. You know that this happens when the cells are not

processing insulin properly. So, what is it that happens on the cellular level? Let’s

take a look at that next.

The Cellular Malfunction Issue

When your body is producing insulin, then the pancreas is doing its job.

However, when the cells are not able to actually do what they need to with the

insulin, this is when problems come in. It is called insulin resistance.

And, insulin resistance on its own is not actual diabetes. It is a good indicator that

diabetes is on its way. When there is excess sugar in the bloodstream, then the

pancreas is told to make more insulin and that’s what leads to the exhaustion

that causes diabetes.

In recent years, there has been a great deal of research on what causes insulin

resistance on a cellular level. Here is what researchers know:

Cells activate through specific pathways to promote the insulin response.

The cells actually tell the body when to stop sending more energy.

If cells are not working properly, they never send the stop signal.

  The pancreas keeps making insulin.

One theory is that the cells are sort of like tiny furnaces. They use energy like a

furnace would use gas or wood for fuel. When the wood furnace becomes

overloaded with wood, everything can go bad quickly. This is the same with thecells. An overload of energy causes them to shut down and they no longer

function properly. This is when insulin resistance occurs.

There is a cycle then:

Cells get overloaded with energy.

Cells shut down.

Insulin resistance occurs.

Diabetes is on the forefront.

What causes the cells to forget to turn the on and off switches in the first place?

There is one simple answer: inflammation. We have already mentioned that

because it is so important. Inflammation is caused by buildup of toxins and fat

cells releasing chemicals. And, that inflammation gets on a cellular level, causing

severe damage to how those cells function.

That Teeter Totter Effect

Going back to the concept of the teeter

totter, we can see how things can go

wrong very quickly. On one side, we have

the lighter version of you: the one who is

actually being healthy. It just cannot

maintain balance because on the other

side, we have inflammation, cellular

damage, insulin resistance, and then

eventually pre-diabetes and diabetes

itself.

If people were to recognize that they had

pre-diabetes, then it would be possible to

halt the type II diabetes before it actually

happens. However, this doesn’t occur

often simply because people walk around without any idea that they have a

condition at all. So, it is vital to watch for the symptoms. We have already

discussed the symptoms of diabetes and pre-diabetes.

The main symptom of insulin resistance is dark patches on the skin or a dark ring

around the neck. The dark patches on the skin can occur on the armpits,

knuckles, knees and elbows.

There are certain risk factors to insulin resistance that go beyond the risk factors

of diabetes we have already discussed. They include:

  High blood pressure

Page 46: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

  HDL cholesterol below 35 mg/dl

Triglyceride levels at 250 mg/dl or higher

  Polycystic ovary syndrome

  Impaired glucose tolerance

A person’s waist size can be an indication for risk of insulin resistance, even if

they have a normal Body Mass Index (BMI) range. For men, having a waist size

of 40 inches or more and for women, having a waist size of 35 inches or morewill add an increased risk.

When belly fat builds up, it creates and distributes hormones and other chemicals

that will contribute to inflammation.

Those who are at high risk of insulin resistance will need to be tested every year

or so in order to look for signs of pre-diabetes and diabetes itself.

There is much more to the balance in the body as well, so we need to continue

taking an in-depth look at things before we really delve into the osteopathic

solution to reversing diabetes.

Chapter Seven:

The Theory of Germs

Your body needs a lot of

different things to stay in

balance, including eating a

healthy diet and getting enough

physical activity. But, let’s behonest about something. The

pharmaceutical companies won’t

actually like this. They want you

to stay sick so that you keep

taking medicines.

They actually do their best to ensure patients ignore their bodies and continue

taking medicine after medicine to fall sicker instead of getting well.

And, out of this notion, we got the theory of germs. Let’s talk about it first and

then we will look at what it has to do with type II diabetes.

Louis Pasteur

Back in the 19th century, Louis Pasteur came up with a theory. He believed that

certain diseases were caused by germs. Eventually, with continued research, he

discovered penicillin as a way to fight off germs and cure disease. It was the first

Page 48: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 48/156

 48Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

medicine of its kind that was able to work. That certainly seems like a good thing.

However, it also created a problem in regards to the theory of germs.

What this theory implies is that by simply finding the appropriate drug for

whatever germ causes a particular disease, that disease can be treated. It isn’t

surprising to know how heavily the drug companies lean on that implication. Their

tireless research and development is geared toward finding drugs that will kill off

every type of germ in order to create a worldwide market to sell drugs to. In this

way, consumers’ lives would be dependent on purchasing these drugs.

If you take a closer look, you will see the theory of germs has some major holes

in it though.

Bechamp and Bernard

About the time that Pasteur had developed the theory of germs, two other

researchers, Antoine Bechamp and Claude Bernard were focused on how

illnesses weren’t caused from germs that leeched into the body. Instead, theybelieved that disease was caused when the body was unable to become

balanced. In this sense, it is a lack of force that was needed to balance out the

body, and not a bug, that makes people succumb to disease.

Research led by Bechamp found that there are specific organisms. These

organisms are called “microzymas” and they come to life only if there is a

presence of decay. With this research, Bechamp’s conclusion was that disease is

something that starts in the body and does not come from outside of it.

He further concluded that the natural healing ability of the body was conditional

upon the inner environment. When the body’s inner workings become favorable

for germs, that is the only time disease will occur.

Page 49: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 49/156

  49Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

So, we are left with a bit of a war. Do diseases come from the theory of germs?

Or, do they come from imbalances in the body?

It’s easy to go with the germs concept because it seems so easy.

You have a disease, so throw a drug at it. This should make it better, right? It

may seem like you get better at first, but you are only getting worse.

And, in other words, the balance theory wins out. When your body is not in

balance, disease develops.

Your Quality of Life Is Determined by This Concept

So, when we look into the research done by Bernard and Bechamp, you can

understand how this has such an impact on the body.

When the body is out of balance, the cells aren’t creating energy. When the cel ls

are overloaded with energy, they malfunction. And, what you have to remember

is that cells are the building blocks of the body. They build proteins, hormones,

life force, and neurotransmitters. They are absolutely important and if they aren’t

healthy, things go wrong.

However, even if things go wrong, that doesn’t mean you cannot get them back

on the right track. When you change your lifestyle, it is actually possible to

improve cellular health, and that is what we are going to discuss a bit next.

Improving Cellular Health

We are going to spend a great deal of time talking about how you can reverse

diabetes later in this book, but let’s take a basic view of what you can do to

improve cellular health.

Your body needs nutrients as well as oxygen and water. Without access to these

things, the cells cannot function. And, this makes you sick. Then, when you don’t

do something about this and just mask the problem with medicine, it only gets

worse and worse while the cells continue to get more and more damaged.

However, there are ways you can improve this situation, and one thing we need

to discuss is the beta cells specifically because they are important to avoiding

diabetes and ensuring pancreatic function. That’s what we will look into the next

chapter.

Page 51: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Chapter Eight:

Regaining the Health of the Beta Cells

When the beta cells

within your body

malfunction, this is what

leads to insulin

resistance and diabetes. So, of course, the

natural question you

likely have at this point

would be: “how can I

improve the health of

the beta cells?”

At this point too, you may be a little skeptical. You have been told over and over

again that diabetes is incurable. So, how is it possible to reverse the damage to

the cells? How is it possible for a person to reverse diabetes or prevent it?

It is absolutely time that you understand this: diabetes is not incurable.

We need to discuss one thing for the moment, though. Type I diabetes is

different. In this case, the body’s immune system actually destroys the beta cells

completely. Type II diabetes actually just results from damaged beta cells. Thatmeans the condition can be corrected. You don’t have to worry about dealing

with beta cells that no longer exist. They do exist and that means they can be

renewed.

Page 52: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 52/156

 52Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

This is what you need to glean from this:

With type II diabetes, beta cells are damaged from a flood of glucose.

When the beta cells are transitioned back to a lower insulin environment,

they have shown in studies that they can recover.

The length of time needed for recovery will depend on how long the beta

cells have been subjected to damage. For those who have just been

diagnosed, lifestyle changes can reverse the problem in just a few weeks.

Those people need to follow a diabetic friendly diet of 600 calories per

day. When they do this, tests will show that the beta cells will start to

improve.

How can you be sure this works? One study was completed in Brooklyn in 2001

and it found that out of 26 people in the control group, 11 showed improved beta

functions. After a year and a half, a follow up was completed and it was found

that the improvements continued.

In other words, diet was able to make the change needed for beta cell

improvement.

Allowing the beta cells to rest from the high demands of insulin resistance is what

seems to ensure they are able to become rejuvenated. When the cells are

rejuvenated, conditions such as type II diabetes are alleviated.

Lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise and stress reduction are all ways ofallowing the system to enter into recovery phases. Also, being able to lower

insulin resistance is a big part of this. Even just a small increase in insulin

sensitivity is required in order to help lessen insulin resistance. This allows the

Page 53: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

beta cells to stop working so hard and gives them the rest they need to start

functioning properly again.

With all of this in mind, there are numerous issues that diabetics face every day.

We need to talk about these issues and what improvements would mean for

them.

Chapter Nine:

Diabetic Issues

We really need to discuss one of the biggest diabetic issues because it is the

number one reason why people develop type II diabetes, and beyond that, it is

an epidemic all to itself. That’s obesity. Yes, I know at this point, you are probably

feeling like I am beating a dead horse, but I am not. It really is that important and

it really is that big of anissue.

Why is it such an issue? To

begin with, it is the number

one contributor to type II

diabetes. Storage of extra fat

cells leads to the release of

toxins, hormones, and

chemicals into the body and

leads to inflammation, which in turn, causes type II diabetes. And, yes, obesity

has become an epidemic in the United States. In case you feel that is an

overstatement, consider these statistics provided by the National Institute of

Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Disease:

More than two out of every three adults are classified as overweight or

obese.

One in three adults in America is considered extremely or morbidly obese.

Page 55: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

One third of children between the ages of six and 19 are overweight.

One in six of children between the ages of six and 19 are considered

obese.

Since just 1960, the number of cases of obesity in adults has doubled.

(NIDDK)

In other words, the obesity problem is growing, and the scariest part is that it is

growing in children too.

And, the National Institute of Health explains obesity can greatly increase risk for

high blood pressure, heart disease, fatty liver disease, osteoarthritis, breast

cancer, colon cancer, kidney cancer, endometrial cancer, stroke, and, of course,

type II diabetes.

So, why is obesity such an epidemic?

The Growing Problem

Obesity is such a problem that it has been named by the White House as “Public

Enemy Number On.” It is a serious problem and there are so many things

working against people that it is actually extremely hard to maintain a healthy

weight. Why? Well, think about it.

There is traitorous advertising. Every time you turn on the television, drive by a

billboard, or listen to the radio, you hear advertisements for food that is really bad

for you: junk foods, fast food, and meals that contain thousands of calories. We

Page 56: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 56/156

 56Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

are so inundated with advertisements that push us toward eating poorly, it is no

wonder weight is a problem.

Then, there is the issue of our stressful and hectic lifestyles. So many people live

such busy lives that they don’t have time to slow down and eat healthy meals.

And, of course, the fastest things to grab and eat on the go are the most

unhealthy imaginable. Look at the calorie counts on an order of fries at a fast

food restaurant and you will likely feel a little sick to your stomach.

Of course, activity is an issue too. These days, there are plenty of reasons to

stay lethargic and not get the exercise needed. Video games, computers, tablets,

high definition televisions, and other technology keeps people complacent on the

couch. And, as a result, obesity just worsens.

It seems like everything is working against us!

Chaos in the Body

It’s a recipe for chaos.

Unhealthy foods + lack of physical

activity = chaos for your body.

It is true that obesity in and of itself

doesn’t actually cause type II diabetes;

it is just the main contributing factor.

Obesity causes inflammation.

Inflammation causes problems with the

pancreas and the body’s ability to

regulate blood sugar. That causes type

II diabetes.

Page 57: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 57/156

  57Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

And, here is where the cycle worsens. Generally, people who have type II

diabetes were already obese. When they develop the condition, their bodies will

go into a safety mode to protect the organs and this actually creates more body

fat, which creates a vicious cycle.

As a result, people get caught in a pattern that continually worsens the issue.

Another Deadly Threat

What you must remember is that all of the body is connected in one large

system. Things are not isolated. So, it should come as no surprise that type II

diabetes and obesity would be connected to other deadly threats.

Did you know that one out of every three people will develop some type of cancer

in their lifetime? You may have already had an idea of this, but what you may not

know is that number is up severely since the 1960’s. In fact, in 1964, only one out

of every 214 people developed cancer.

What does that mean? Unhealthy living leads to many, many problems, including

cancer.

Page 58: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 58/156

 58Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

If you would like proof of this, then consider what the work of two-time Nobel

Prize winning cancer researcher, Dr. Otto Warburg, found. He discovered that

cancer was caused by cells not getting the oxygen they need. Further, cancer

cells thrive in conditions such as when the pancreas is not operating at a healthy

level. Therefore, when conditions are ripe for illnesses such as Type 2 Diabetes,

they are also increased

for people succumbing

to cancer.

What this all means is

that you can prevent

cancer from forming

and you even have the

opportunity to reverse it

through making healthy

lifestyle choices. This

means getting the right type of physical activity, staying well hydrated, eating the

best quality nutrients, and making sure to stay away from unhealthy choices such

as stress and other negative feelings, toxic chemicals, drugs, radiation and a

sedentary lifestyle.

Problems with the Bloodstream

When it comes to problems that are associated with obesity and an unhealthy

lifestyle, you also have to consider what this does to all parts of your body, including the bloodstream itself.

When the body can’t regulate blood sugar, get enough oxygen in the

bloodstream, or conduct other necessary processes in keeping an optimally

Page 59: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

  59Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

operating bloodstream, illnesses, such as kidney disease or bladder disease can

occur.

Kidneys filter the bloodstream of toxins and waste. When the kidneys are

not healthy, this has a dramatic impact on the bloodstream too because

this can lead to toxins and waste building up. Additionally, when the

kidneys are unhealthy due to type II diabetes, this can lead to infections,

urinary tract infections, and kidney stones.

When the kidneys aren’t functioning properly, this can directly impact the

whole urinary system and lead to conditions like bladder disease, whichwill, in turn, lead to a great deal of pain and discomfort.

This is why it is so important that you understand how all of the body is

connected. A headache doesn’t just have to do with your head. Type II diabetes

doesn’t just have to do with the pancreas. Conditions affect or are affected b y

many different parts of the body. When you are healthy, all of those parts work

together in balance. When you aren’t healthy, then everything is out of balance.

Your Heart

In addition to raising the risk of

type II diabetes, an unhealthy

lifestyle and obesity can lead to a

variety of heart problems.Essentially, when your diet is

poor, cholesterol leads to the

buildup of plaque in the

bloodstream. This can impair

Page 60: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

 60Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

healthy blood flow, lead to blockages and cause blood clots to form. This can

lead to heart attack and stroke.

When damage to your heart occurs, this can lead to the need for severe medical

intervention, including surgery, lifelong medications, and the risk of death. At the

very least, problems with the bloodstream and unhealthy diets will almost always

lead to high blood pressure.

Skin Eruptions

When your body is not

operating in prime

condition, it tries to let you

know. It actually sends

you outward signs of

inflammation and lack ofbalance. Often, it does

this by affecting the

largest organ in your body: your skin.

So, when you are unhealthy, you are much more likely to develop acne, eczema,

psoriasis, dermatitis, and other skin disorders. If you suffer from skin conditions,

consider this a wakeup call. It means something is wrong and you need to

consider a healthy lifestyle.

So, what I want you to understand here is that diabetes comes with baggage. It is

not as simple as dealing with one condition. It affects you throughout your body.

Page 61: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

And, in addition to everything we have already discussed in this chapter,

diabetes can cause such problems as:

  Damaged vision or even blindness.

  Nerve damage in the extremities.

Circulatory problems in the feet, which could lead to infections and

amputation.

Gingivitis and periodontitis and even the loss of teeth.

As you can see, diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes can create a variety of other

unhealthy conditions. Fortunately, many of these secondary conditions can be

managed, reversed, or completely alleviated without the need to take any sort of

medication.

Chapter Ten:

You Are Being Misled

We need to talk about a few more facts.

1.9 million new cases of diabetes are diagnosed every year.

Diabetes is the fastest growing disease that mankind has ever seen.

The World Health Organization reports that more than 370 million people

in the world have been diagnosed with diabetes.

The projection shows that half a billion people will be diabetic or in a pre-

diabetic state in a couple of years.

There has been a 1,000% increase in type II diabetes cases in children in

 just 10 years.

One in three children can expect to get diagnosed with diabetes in their

lifetime.

And the worst part is so many people live their lives without even realizing they

have diabetes. This is an epidemic that affects people throughout the world, and

not just in wealthy countries like the United States.

Page 63: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

The Big Lie

Diabetes is commonly

treated today through

controlling insulin and

blood sugar levels using

prescription drugs. Both

the mainstream media

and the drug companies

have greedy reasons tofully support more

people turning to

pharmaceuticals. We are told that the only way Diabetes can be treated is

through medicine prescribed by our doctors, and that it is an irreversible

condition. We are left taking drugs throughout every day, for the duration of our

life spans.

This is a terrible lie, and it is one that the uninformed public has bought, hook,

line, and sinker. The pharmaceutical companies and doctors may as well be

offering oceanfront property in Arizona or to sell the Golden Gate Bridge.

In reality, type II diabetes is 100% preventable. Beyond that, it can be alleviated

and even reversed…and it doesn’t require drugs to do so.

It is time that we all understand how this is a lie. It is time that we speak up as a

whole and say we will no longer be duped by such a ridiculous lie.

Page 64: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Stop Buying Into the Wrong Approach

Right now, we are being told that the only way to manage diabetes is to just treat

the symptoms, and to not really treat them at all, but instead, to cover them up.

Diabetics inject insulin and take other prescription medications. And, this is the

incorrect approach. It goes beyond this too – it actually exacerbates the problem.

Just treating the symptoms in this way actually allows the secondary conditions

to accelerate. That means diabetics, instead of getting better, face blindness,

kidney failure, amputations, infections, etc. The risk for stroke and heart disease

remains too.

Doctors even admit that injections and drugs aren’t working. The New England

Journal of Medicine conducted a study in 2008. According to this study, the

highest risk of death from heart attacks and strokes in 10,000 people were

among those with the lower blood sugar levels. The study was actually canceled

before it was completed because actively lowering blood sugar levels was

causing more and more deaths due to heart attacks. This shows that the

standard medical approach to diabetes isn’t just patching a problem, but making

things much worse.

The UCLA School of Medicine conducted a study which proved that people could

achieve a complete reversal of type II diabetes by just changing what they ate

and how much they exercised. This reversal could be accomplished within just a

few weeks, in fact. Along with this study, a Newcastle University team of

researchers found that reversal of type II diabetes could be accomplished within

eight weeks through dietary changes alone.

This isn’t the end of all this information either. There are many more studies that

have all proved that modifying the diet and making healthy lifestyle choices is all

that is needed in order to accomplish a reversal of type II diabetes. In fact,

Page 65: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 65/156

  65Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

healthy foods and physical activity were determined to be significantly more

effective at reversing type II diabetes than resorting to any of the commonly used

drugs.

But, doctors do not tell people this. They don’t inform their patients that type II

diabetes can be reversed. That’s because doctors themselves are at the mercy

of the drug companies. While the incidents of type II diabetes rise and obesity

becomes an uncontrollable epidemic, doctors continue to purport the same big

lies.

Diabetes is the biggest issue we have ever faced in all of history, and yet it is

spiraling out of control. And, that is actually a disturbing fact. After all, we have

seen major advances in science and medicine. We can now cure so many

different conditions, yet diabetes continues to march forward like a juggernaut.

And this has nothing to do with the idea that it may be “incurable.”

Turning It All Around

Here’s the big problem with

taking drugs for diabetes: it is

addressing the symptoms

without regarding the cause. As

a result, this doesn’t solve

anything. It could hardly even

be classified as treatment.

Let’s stop and consider some

of the drugs used to treat diabetes.

Page 66: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Avandia – This drug was found to cause heart attacks and death. In fact,

the FDA banned it in the United States because it was so dangerous.

Actos – This drug has been known to add as much as nine pounds to

bodyweight just from taking it. It causes dangerous fluid buildup. And, it

can damage the heart. The FDA has even released a warning for this drug

because it has been linked to bladder cancer.

Amaryl – This drug has been connected with stomach problems, low blood

sugar, weight gain, and skin rashes.

Metformin – This drug can cause kidney damage and even upset stomach

or other gastrointestinal disorders.

In other words, these medicines are dangerous. They cause serious problems.

They can even be life threatening. Why would anyone want to take that type of

risk whenever they are trying to treat the condition? Why would doctors prescribe

something so dangerous when they are supposed to help us? It makes no sense,

but this is what is happening all of the time.

It is time to turn things around and go back to the basics. It is time to recognize

that medications are not the answer – a healthy lifestyle is.

The Problem Is Getting Help

It is easy to shoot the messenger and point fingers at doctors for all these

problems. And, yes, they do share part of the blame. But, they do not carry the

blame alone. They are in being controlled by powers that are much larger than

what they are and stuck in a variety of ways, leaving them with no option to do

anything about it.

Page 67: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Doctors are getting a great deal of pressure by the much too large

pharmaceutical industry to prescribe products in order to treat all sorts of

illnesses, including diabetes. And, you can’t forget about the billions of dollars

being spent on advertising each year by these drug companies. Many patients

insist their doctors prescribe certain medications they’ve seen or heard about

being advertised.

Another factor that we can’t forget about is a huge industry as well – health

insurance. While your insurance may cover the bulk of the costs of your doctor’s

and hospital visits, minus your deductible, you still have to pay a great deal for

your premiums.

Ironically, there is no health insurance company that pays for doctors to educate

their patients about how to stay well naturally, such as through a healthy diet and

exercise plan. That puts more pressure on doctors to dole out treatments that

they will be reimbursed for instead of educating you to make healthy choices that

they aren’t going to get any money for. What that means is they are going to

resort to prescribing drugs.

Other guilty partners in all of this are the hospitals. Procedures such as stents,

bypass surgeries and angioplasty pull in around $121 billion every year. That is

an alarming 45% of total revenues for almost all of the hospitals. Why would they

want to stop doing these things when those procedures ensure the hospitals

make such a profit? They have no reason to offer real cures for conditions like

diabetes. Instead, they have plenty of reasons to just continue patching diabetes

and claiming this is the only treatment.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter that those costly hospital procedures are

more often than not ineffective and risky; they could just simply be avoided. All it

would take is for the doctors to work with their patients to make healthy food and

exercise choices. There is just no money in that though, so your chances of a

doctor doing that are slim to none.

Waking up to the Truth

It is time to wake up to the

truth. The answers you

need are not in the form of

some pill. A doctor cannotwrite it on a prescription

pad. The idea that diabetes

is irreversible is just not

true. So, are you ready to

wake up? Are you ready to

learn how there is an actual

way to cure diabetes?

It’s about time people begin to realize that drugs are part of the problem instead

of the solution. You have now been made aware that you aren’t going to be

helped by using traditional medicine in regard to reversing your diabetes.

Therefore, you may now begin to take control of this problem on your own.

Let’s begin to discover how you can do that!

Chapter Eleven:

Gaining Control Healing and Reversing Diabetes

You no longer have to

be a puppet on a string

under the control of the

pharmaceutical

companies.

I have spent many

pages of this book

showing you how your

doctor isn’t exactly going to be the most help in reversing diabetes. I have tried to

make it clear that drugs are not the answer and that they only make things

worse. I have attempted to show that doctors, the pharma companies, hospitals,

and insurance companies are out to make money even if that means allowing

someone to stay sick.

Now I want to make something clear. You can take matters into your own hands.

You can choose to reverse diabetes, and I am going to tell you how.

You Are Accountable for Your Life

No one, and I mean no one, else is accountable for your life. You are. You areaccountable for your health, for getting out of an unhealthy cycle, and to saying

no to food and drug industries. You make the decisions, and no one else can

control you or make them for you.

Page 70: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

So far, in this book, I have presented information that goes directly against

everything you have been taught about your health and wellbeing. That’s

probably a hard pill to swallow all on its own. If you can’t trust your physician to

steer you in the right direction, whom can you trust? I know that you feel duped,

lied to, and a little lost right now, but I am not going to leave you hanging.

Instead, I am going to explain what you can change in your life to reverse

diabetes.

And, if you follow my suggestions for just two weeks, you will feel different. You

will feel healthier. Your quality of life will get better. You will feel empowered

because you took control. You will feel as if you have been set free. And, it will

be amazing.

But, that can be hard for many people. After all, taking responsibility for their own

health and life choices can be frustrating and can leave a person feeling guilty. It

is so much easier to just accept the theory of germs and be able to say, “It’s not

my fault.” No one wants to accept fault. And they don’t want to blame

themselves.

Do not believe this and do not allow it to be your own course of action. This modeof thinking makes it simple for doctors, medical facilities, insurance companies,

and drug and food companies to gain extremely high profits by helping everyone

buy into this myth. That is what it boils down to – a health-destroying myth.

You need to take responsibility because this is the answer to resolving your

problem.

Regardless of your feelings about it, you alone are accountable for your health.

In the grand scheme of things if you are sick, it has very little to do with what

exposure you’ve had to germs. Instead, it’s about the decisions you’ve made in

regard to sustaining the health of your own body. That includes the toxins you

allow in it and all of your lifestyle choices.

Page 71: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

When you look at the truth of the matter, you will understand that illness is not

something that happens to you. Rather, it’s something that happens because of

the poor choices you’ve made about how you live your life, the foods you eat, if

you get enough rest and exercise and follow other healthy habits.

Optimal health is available to all of us as the most viable solution to diseases.

Our bodies are equipped with the biology such as the immune system that

contains all the elements for wellness. This is the top, most well-kept secret that

the huge corporations don’t want to have brought to your attention. This is

because as more people figure out how they have been misled into believing in

the theory of germs, the less money these corporations will make. When these

same people realize they can never be cured by prescription medications

designed to manage symptoms

and not the actual disease,

they will understand how many

lies they have been told and

what the real truth is.

Now that you know the truth,

though, you can take charge

and take action.

Finding a Path to Wellness

Despite everything you have been told about diabetes, it’s not the truth. Diseases

are not caused primarily by germs and the only influence these germs have is on

dead cells, not live ones. The theory of germs has alleviated accountability of

each of us to assume responsibility over our wellbeing. Instead, the medical

Page 72: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

community, which has turned into a money hungry conglomerate, is exploiting

our wellbeing for the sake of turning a profit.

The bottom line is that disease is caused by choices. You are not at the mercy of

germs. Germs are scavengers that feed on dead things just like vultures. They

feed on dead cells, not live ones, so they essentially cannot cause disease and

illness.

Once you understand that you are made up of live cells, then you are on the path

to wellness and healing. Cells are the building blocks of everything. Cells make

up everything of who we are and they have since the moment the sperm met the

egg. By understanding cells and how they create all of your living tissues, you

are on the right path to alleviating diabetes.

To begin with, every human is made up of about 75 trillion cells. They form every

aspect of your body including your major organs, tissues, nervous systems,

cardiovascular system, digestive tract, muscles, skin, blood, and everything else.

The health of each cell makes up the health of our total being. Disease is the

result when cellular health becomes unbalanced.

Miraculously enough, throughout these trillions of cells, they each serve their own

function.

Some cells carry electrical impulses and they are called nerve cells.

Muscle cells allow your body to expand and contract so that you can lift,

carry, walk, move your head, etc.

Blood cells deliver oxygen through your blood stream to all parts of the

body.

Digestive cells ensure nutrients are absorbed into the body.

Page 73: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

All of these cells work individually but together at the same time. In order to

reverse diabetes, you must ensure your cells are healthy, and that means they

are getting the proper nutrients, water, and oxygen to exist properly.

When you begin engaging in healthy activities like:

  Getting enough sleep

  Eating right

  Drinking enough water

  Controlling stress

Is when you will be able to find balance in your body so that your cells are able to

thrive. This is also when you will be able to eliminate diabetes quickly and easily.

Chapter Twelve:

It Begins and Ends in Your Cells

So, we have established your cells need to be healthy to avoid or reverse

diabetes. And, for the optimal health of your cells, they need water and oxygen. If

they do not have these two things, they will die. To really get a good idea of how

important these two things are, consider this:

If you go more than a few minutes without oxygen, you will die.

If you go more than a few days without water, you will die.

You can go as much as a month with little to no food and survive.

What does that tell you? Water and oxygen are absolute must-haves for life.

Oxygen and water actually do a number of things for your cells:

Oxygen allows them to convert glucose to adenosine triphosphate in order

to create energy.

It also helps the cells remove toxins from the body.

Water carries oxygen and nutrients throughout the body.

It also removes toxic waste from the cells.

Finally, it allows every bodily function to take place.

Page 75: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

If the body is put into a situation where it can’t get oxygen or water it will get sick

and within a short time, it will perish. Therefore, these are the two most important

essentials you need to keep your cells at the healthiest levels possible.

This is the first essential thing you must remember in order to learn how to take

better care of yourself and reverse conditions like diabetes.

The Core Conditions of Disease

There have been research studies that have proven that the level of oxygen in a

person’s bloodstream has a direct link with that person’s overall health. When

that oxygen is inadequate, it creates the core conditions for diseases.

Essentially, what happens when you are deficient of oxygen is that you will not

have enough energy. In turn, your body will not be able to fend off disease. So,

the first condition for disease is lack of oxygen and lack of the cell’s ability to

create energy. This only leads to reason that, when you give the body more

oxygen, the cells will create more energy.

This alone is enough to discredit the whole theory of germs. Those germs do not

make you sick. Lack of the vital elements, oxygen and water, do.

Researchers conducted studies using laboratory mice. The researchers gradually

reduced the amount of oxygen to the cells of the mice by 40%. What they found

was that some cells died and others weakened. At the same time, other cells

regenerated, but with mutations. When the cells were injected back into the mice,

cancer developed within their bodies.

Page 76: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 76/156

 76Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

As this study was underway, other cells were able to receive a full amount of

oxygen. These oxygen rich cells were then injected into a different group of mice

and no cancer developed within their bodies.

You can see from this study that being able to purge disease-causing toxins from

the body requires an optimum amount of oxygen. When the body is unable to get

enough oxygen, it becomes incapable of purging toxins. That leaves the toxins in

the body where they cause disease as they build up past a healthy level.

To make sure your body gets an optimal amount of oxygen, you will want to

make sure you are breathing right and getting enough cardiovascular activity

such as doing aerobic

exercises. This will help the

cells stay oxygenated so

they can alleviate

anaerobic viruses, fungus

and bacteria. Don’t worry.

We will actually talk about

different types of exerciselater in this book.

Now, let’s talk a bit about

oxygen. Your lungs contain billions of tiny air sacs. When they receive oxygen,

they then turn it over to the bloodstream. Breathing properly is crucial to healthy

living.

In fact, one thing that you may not have even realized is that breathing out

actually removes toxins from your body. Through exhaling, your lungs can purge

toxins more than any other organ in the body. And, when you exhale properly,

you can flush about 75% of toxins from your system.

Page 77: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 77/156

  77Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

When you practice deep breathing from your diaphragm, you can improve the

capacity of your lungs to pump your blood full of the oxygen it needs to carry to

the rest of your body for the best health.

So, here is an exercise you can use to improve lung capacity:

Do this three times a day.

Inhale through your nose for six seconds.

Hold your breath for 24 seconds.

Exhale through your mouth for 12 seconds.

If you do this three times a day as recommended for 10 days, you will start

noticing a difference. You will have more energy and that’s the most noticeable

change. But, also, your immune system will be much stronger.

Of course, that takes time, but there is also something you can do to immediately

ensure your body is getting enough oxygen: practice good posture. When you

slump, your rib cage pushes downward and your pelvis tips forward. As a result,

all of your organs get squished together. And, when this happens, there is no

way to consistently breathe properly.

Just by correcting your posture, you can see an immediate result. If you have

trouble getting good posture, then consider taking up yoga classes. Much of yoga

will actually focus on good posture and balance.

But, here are some things to remember: contrary to popular belief, good posture

doesn’t mean being rigid and exaggerated. In addition to practicing yoga, here is

a quick way to handle your posture:

Page 78: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 78/156

1. Stand with both of your feet on the floor.

2. Close your eyes and imagine a rope pulling you from the top of your head.

3. Feel as your shoulders become centered over your ribcage and then your

ribcage centered over your hips. Your ribs should not be pushed forward

or backward, but level.

4. The centering should travel on down. Your hips should be centered over

your knees and your knees over your feet.

5. Breathe deeply and experience the

oxygen going deep into your lungs,

expanding through your belly.

Do you see how differently you breathe when

you have this posture? It is not about being rigid

and straight-backed in an unnatural way.

Instead, it is about standing tall and giving your

organs the room they need to properly accept

oxygen.

Make a mental note to check on your posture

and breathing throughout the day.

Aerobic Exercise

Aerobic types of exercises will further promote good health because this type of

exercise will support the body in circulating oxygen through your bloodstream

Page 79: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

along with providing additional major benefits to your health. For the best results

you should get at least 20 minutes of continuous, moderate exercise. The idea is

to make sure you are doing enough exercise where you must breathe heavier

than normal without getting to the point that you are unable to carry on a

conversation.

You can get aerobic exercise in many different ways, and you may want to try a

few things until you find one that works best for you. Things like dancing, jogging,

cycling, and swimming can all do the trick. You can also use a treadmill or

elliptical or even a stair climbing machine.

The rule of thumb to remember is to start out doing these exercises about three

times a week for 20 minutes at a time. Then, you can work up to five and then

seven days a week. You don’t want to push yourself too far at first or you could

end up injured. So, take it slow and build up until you can do more and more.

The Importance of H2O

Yes, water is a building

block of your life, and if

you aren’t getting enough

of it, then your cells are

suffering. When you

become dehydrated, your

cells become deprived and

this allows them to be

more susceptible to

disease and illness.

Page 80: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

When you aren’t drinking enough water, you can begin to feel depressed and

become chronically fatigued. This is because the brain isn’t able to produce

enough energy. It’s made of 80% water and requires proper hydration to stay

healthy.

A good rule of thumb is to drink about one gallon of water throughout the day to

stay hydrated. Depending on your weight, you may need to drink more. You can

get a gallon a day by drinking about eight or more tall glasses of water each day.

And, there are some things you can do to make the experience better. Choose

ice water because you will likely drink the water more often. Also, you can mix

things up by even drinking warm water with a slice of lemon in it for something

different.

If a gallon of water a day seems daunting, there is another way you can figure

the number. Divide your weight in two and then drink that many ounces of water.

So, if you weigh 200 pounds, you would need 100 ounces of water throughout

the day. If you are very active, you will need to raise that number too.

Now, before you get any ideas, beverages like soda, diet soda, beer, and coffee

are not water. While they are liquid, they are not the water you need and they

can actually cause your body to lose the precious water it needs. So, do not

count these toward getting enough H2O.

Essentially, other beverages cost more money and they are highly promoted on

television and in print ads. When is the last time you saw an ad for water? Not

likely lately. However, you have probably seen plenty of ads for Coke and Pepsi,

coffee, Coors or Budweiser and a plethora of other drinks.

Since water isn’t very highly promoted, people tend toward what catches their

eyes. As a result, very few people are actually as hydrated as they need to be.

Page 81: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Their cells are deprived, they have less energy, and they have no means of

flushing toxins from their systems.

As you start to increase the amount of water you ar e drinking, your body won’t be

used to it and will eliminate it as waste through your urine. Because of this, you

will notice that you will need to relieve your bladder more often. This is just an

adjustment period though until your body improves its capacity to process the

water in a healthy way. As your body gets used to having more water, it will

become more capable of processing it down to the cellular level. At that time, you

won’t need to relieve your bladder as often. So, don’t worry. You won’t always be

running to the bathroom.

To help you get started, keep a large glass of water by your bed and drink it

down first thing before you even get out of bed in the morning. Then drink a large

glass before every meal and keep a filled water bottle handy to continue to drink

throughout the day. You will find that you can easily reach the healthiest amounts

of water if you start first thing in the morning in this way and then just keep your

water handy with you wherever you go.

Avoiding alternative beverages and sticking to water will help your body remove

toxins. After about 10 days of drinking enough water, you will start feeling more

energetic and healthier. Your skin will look healthier and smoother, even your

voice will sound better and smoother, so expect to notice results from the inside

out.

Also, as you continue to build this habit, as with any other habit, it will become

natural to the point that you don’t even think about it anymore. So putting in the

additional effort now is just a temporary issue until your habits take over, and

then you won’t have to work so hard to make yourself do it.

So, as you begin your journey to a healthier lifestyle, you now know two very

important things you should do: ensure you are getting enough oxygen and drink

Page 82: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

plenty of water. These are two very important first steps, and when you

accomplish them, you are well on your way to reversing or preventing diabetes.

Chapter Thirteen:

The Mentality of Healthy Living

Before we can embark

on this new chapter in

your life and change

your mindset, we have

to look at mentality –

what your mentality

probably has been so

far and what you need

to change it to for

healthier living.

Let’s get a few beliefs of Western culture established because they have a direct

impact on your mindset:

Western culture believes:

Biological and physiological events impact health of the body for good or

bad.

Processing thoughts will create and manage the body’s systems and this

is a task of the mind.

The mental and the physical are two separate entities.

This is how western culture approaches various problems with the mind and

body. The concept that everything is connected simply doesn’t ever come into

play. So, this is the mindset that all of us are expected to believe.

Page 84: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 84/156

 84Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

Now, consider Eastern culture. They believe that the mind and the body are

connected, and they believe that the ability of the immune system to resist

disease comes, in great part, based on what you think.

There is a new field of medicine that you likely have not heard of. It is called

psychoneuroimmunology. Now, if you break down that word, you can get a good

idea of what this field is about. Psycho- refers to things to do with the mind.

Neuro has to do with things to do with the brain and nerves. Immunology refers

to things to do with the immune system.

This field of medicine refers to considering how the immune system is connected

to the mind. Right now, modern Western medicine doesn’t give this much credit,

but there are very good reasons to see why this is important.

Want to see a real life example of how the mind and the body are connected?

Just consider the placebo effect. As you probably already know, when studies

are done, they give a certain group of people a sugar pill. This will do absolutely

nothing for their health, but often it does. That’s because the patient has no idea

they are taking a placebo. They think they are taking a medicine that will make

them better. So, their mind convinces their body to actually get better.

This is just one such link that proves that thoughts and emotions are powerful

determiners when it comes to disease. In other words, how you think can make

you physically ill and psychosomatic or sympathetic illnesses are the terms that

refer to this. In contrast, your thoughts and beliefs can also heal you from illness.

Page 85: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 85/156

  85Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

The Problem of Emotions

We already

absolutely know that

there is a connection

between emotions

and the immune

system. Feelings

such as fear, guilt,

and anxiety can allsuppress the immune

system and we

already know this. That’s because these powerful emotions actually affect T-cells

within the body. When this happens, the cells throughout the body are thrown out

of balance, and this leads to a physical reaction. Emotions like hate, anger, fear,

depression, worry, and self-pity are all the most damaging to the body and will

actually leech away at cellular energy.

So, a big part of developing better health throughout your body will be changing

how you think and feel. Whether you are trying to prevent diabetes or you want to

reverse it, you will need to change the way you think. Of course, as you probably

already know, this is much easier said than done.

The Ego Problem

For many people, the very idea of letting go of negative emotions can cause

anxiety itself. And, that is actually a natural response all due to your ego. The

ego is an important part of you and your system, but it can become misguided.

Page 86: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 86/156

 86Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

Feelings like anger and fear are used as ways for the ego to protect you. It is a

method of defense and develops throughout your life.

Allowing yourself to feel a sense of anxiety while working to move away from

negative thoughts and feelings into a more positive stance is worthwhile. Remind

yourself that it’s okay to let go of the negative emotions, you will still be safe. In

fact, you will be healthier in the long run. For example, it could be that you have

been angry at yourself because you realize that you are not living in the best way

that you could to support your health. Perhaps you don’t feel you deserve to feel

well and happy because of feelings of leftover guilt.

So, if you want to be healthy, then today is the day to forgive yourself. Whatever

has happened is in the past. You cannot change that. You have to let things go

and allow your ego to realize it doesn’t have to keep that negative wall of

attraction all around you.

And, today is also the day to recognize you aren’t perfect. You are going to make

mistakes. You can’t stress out about what may or may not happen. Now is the

time to start thinking your way to wellness because this is just as important as

water and oxygen to your body’s health.

Thinking Your Way to

Wellness

There is a certain concept that

you will want to learn about

called “directed thinking.” This

is the concept of changing

Page 87: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 87/156

  87Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

your mind so that you think positive thoughts immediately instead of going to the

negative automatically. So, this allows you to make the positive a habit, changing

your perspective altogether. Doing this will improve the way you think so that you

are actually able to focus on positives, feel happier, and healthier.

When you think positively, laugh, and focus on happy thoughts, your body

releases “feel good” chemicals. They provide beneficial reactions throughout the

body that energize cells and give them the power they need to fend off illness.

Feel good chemicals lower your blood pressure, increase oxygen in your body,

decrease stress levels, and promote healing.

The way you think dramatically impacts how you feel.

You are probably wondering how all this talk about thinking is going to alleviate

your diabetes. The answer to that would be what you are thinking and feeling

about the state of your health has a powerful impact on how healthy you actually

become. If you focus on being healthy, you can accomplish returning to good

health.

There is a concept of universal laws. These laws hold true no matter what. And,

one of these, the law of energy, indicates that everything vibrates on different

frequencies. The way you think changes your vibrations. Negative thoughts

vibrate slowly while positive thoughts are on a higher frequency. Those vibrations

move throughout your body and affect everything.

So, when you are depressed, your immune system weakens.

As you can imagine, changing your attitudes, thoughts and emotions are one ofthe best-kept secrets about alleviating diabetes. When you use directed thinking

about what makes you happy, you will feel better and that will make it easier to

treat yourself better. When you are treating yourself better, you will be more

inclined to make healthier choices.

All these positive actions play off each other so you actually become more and

more positive and your health will improve along with that.

You might not realize it, but you are in a state of hypnosis several times a day.

The time just between sleeping and wakefulness is a state of hypnosis and so

are those times you lose track of everything except for what you are focusing on.

An example of this would be when you are driving and suddenly “wake up” and

realize you are miles away from where you last realized you were. This natural

state of being is an open portal to your subconscious and the best way to induce

this part of you into building better health.

You can actually bring this state on through a choice of self-hypnosis. Here’s how

to do that.

You will need to be in a very relaxed state, but not asleep.

Breathe deeply and steadily. Focus on one part of your body at a time.

Start with your feet.

Think to yourself, “My right foot feels heavy and comfortable and relaxed.”

Do this with every body part until your whole body is relaxed.

When you are in this state of relaxation, tell yourself, “It is easy for me to

melt away fat and achieve optimum health.”

If you fall asleep, don’t worry. You will wake up and feel refreshed and with a

newfound sense of motivation to make healthy choices.

Action Steps for a Happier Healthier Mind

There are a variety of ways that you can boost your positive thinking skills in

order to improve your health. Many people find yoga or meditation extremely

helpful in building increased control over the mind in order to stay aware of

negative thoughts and replace them with more positive messages. Yoga offers a

supreme workout for mind and body and is designed to deepen the connection

between the two. So, this is something you will want to consider.

Let’s go over some other things you can do as well:

Choose to start smiling. Often, what you choose to show outwardly will

start infiltrating your thinking.

Seek out friends who are positive. They will rub off on you.

Choose to stop complaining about things or blaming things on other

people or issues. Instead, force yourself to think positively, and this will

slowly become habit.

Start doing things to help others. Volunteer or serve others in some way.

This will shift your focus and you will feel good about yourself.

Practice gratitude. Every day, throughout the day, think of things you are

grateful for instead of things that bother you. They can be little things too.

Be grateful you don’t have a toothache right now, for example.

Your mind has such a powerful impact on your wellbeing that it is absolutely a

must for reversing your diabetes. So, we have talked about some physical issues

Page 90: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

 – getting enough oxygen and water – and mental issues – changing your

thinking. Next, we need to talk about how your system is currently going in the

wrong direction and you actually have to push the reset button before you can

get things in order.

Chapter Fourteen:

Restarting Your System to Reverse Diabetes

So, what is the one

underlying theme we have

discussed throughout this

book? Balance. When your

body is not in balance,

health is negatively

affected. When the body is

in balance, then your health

can be maintained.

There are so many different things that can throw the body out of balance:

unhealthy food, lack of exercise, toxins, pollution, stress, etc. All of these things

leave you vulnerable to disease. Fortunately, as we have already started talkingabout, there are ways you can rebalance your health.

However, before you can do that, you will need to press the reset button. That

means getting rid of all the toxins and damage already there and getting your

body ready for better health and better balance as well.

Rebalancing Health

One popular method people have used to cleanse the body of toxins and reset

their system is fasting. However, this can be dangerous and uncomfortable.

There is a better way and it is much easier to achieve.

Page 92: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

You can give your system a break by drinking plenty of water with lemon in it and

trying juicing. Juicing vegetables, fruits, and essential oils will actually ensure you

are getting all of the nutrients your body needs without leaving your body

deprived. It’s a great way to remove toxins and reboot your system.

Seven to Ten Day Cleansing Session

When you decide to start juicing and cleansing your system, then you need to

start out with success. Taking the right steps will ensure your cleansing period

will do its job and get your system reset so that you can start out on a healthier

life the right way.

Before you go through the juicing cleanse, you will want to start weaning yourself

off of unhealthy foods. If you go straight from unhealthy to extremely healthy, this

can be a shock to your system that will leave you feeling unwell. So start getting

rid of sugar, fast foods, and processed foods.

Next, go grocery shopping. Shortly, we will discuss diabetic friendly juicingrecipes you can use, so you will want to stock up on the right ingredients. You

will also need a juicer or a blender. The former will be best.

Finally, start preparing your foods in advance by washing and cutting them up.

You will be drinking three to six 20-ounce servings of juice per day, so that’s a lot

of fruits and veggies. Preparing in advance will save you time.

Great Ways to Boost Detox

Before we get into the actual juicing recipes, let’s talk about ways you can boost

your detox so that it will be even more successful. These options include:

Page 93: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

  93Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

Drink plenty of water. This will help cleanse your system.

Take detox baths that include a cup of Epsom salts and a cup of baking

soda added to your bathwater.

Use essential oils in baths and massages for aromatherapy benefits.

Clean and organize your home. Cleansing your life will help you feel better

too.

Look for ways to reduce stress in your life. This will help make it easier to

cleanse your mind.

When you are ready to stop the cleanse, stop it slowly by only adding healthy

foods back into your diet at moderate portion sizes. You will learn more about the

best type of diet to maintain later in this guide.

Diabetes Type II Friendly Juicing Recipes

For all recipes, you can add water

to adjust consistency and use your

choice of unsweetened almond

milk or unsweetened coconut milk:

Remember that it is always best to choose organic ingredients. They will be

better for you. You can use frozen ingredients as well. If you want to save

money, then buy fresh fruits and veggies in bulk and then you can portion them

into individual servings and freeze the extra.

While you will want to drink between three and six servings of juices per day

during your cleanse, you can continue to have juices as a part of your healthy

diet for snacks or to accompany your meals. You will find they are a great way to

get the nutrients you need along with providing your body with high quality fuel to

stay energized and feeling great all day.

Taking time to do the seven to 10 day cleanse will help kick start your healing

efforts and is one way to transition into the type of health and wellness that will

support you with vitality for the rest of your life. If you follow this up with a

prolonged minimal calorie, strategic diet, you can substantially increase your

success in ways that may seem nothing short of miraculous to you including

feeling better than ever and looking that way too.

Research has been done to find out what would be the most effective and

beneficial way to rebalance the cells, pancreas and liver from the effects of

insulin resistance, pre-diabetes and diabetes.

For instance, one such study was conducted by Professor Rob Taylor from the

University of Newcastle back in 2011. In this test, he chose 11 people who all

had type II diabetes who were also all overweight. This test group was put on a

restricted diet for two months. During the diet, blood glucose levels remained

normal and body mass index was significantly lowered. Due to the diet, the

weight that was lost decreased the amount of fat that was in the pancreas and

liver. When this happened, both organs began to operate at improved levels.

Overall, the test proved that when this fat loss takes place, it reverses diabetes.

Page 98: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 98/156

 98Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

One of the test subjects, a 67-year-old male from Stocksfield in Northumberland,

Gordon Parmley, said, "At the end of the trial, I was told my insulin levels were

normal and after six years, I no longer needed my diabetes tablets. Still today, 18

months on, I don’t take them. It’s astonishing really that a diet – hard as it was –

could change my health so drastically."

In another study done by the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism,

the focus was on the connection between fatty organs and increased risk for

diabetes in 11,091 adult Koreans. This study measured their insulin

concentration levels and liver functions in 2003 and then again five years later.

During the first tests, 27% had a fatty liver and two thirds of them were

overweight or obese. This is in comparison to 19% who did not have a fatty liver.

Half of the people who tested positive for having a fatty liver showed the fat was

in the upper quartile which signified insulin resistance. After five years, the study

found that only 1% of the subjects who did not have a fatty liver had developed

type II diabetes. However, those who had tested positive for a fatty liver were

twice as likely to develop the disease. They also had much higher risks of

cholesterol abnormalities and higher glucose levels.

What we can see from this study is that the fatty liver blocks the pancreas from

operating the way it should. In order to reduce and reverse these diseases, you

simply must reduce the fat around those particular organs. Fortunately, the

testing down by Newcastle happened upon the best way to do this and that

included eating a restricted diet for eight weeks.

Setting This Diet Plan

So, once you are ready to start the diet that can reverse your diabetes, you will

need a few things so that you can take certain steps:

Page 99: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 99/156

  99Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

You will need a meal replacement shake such as 18Shake.

You will need to add in small servings of vegetables during your diet time

period.

Your calorie consumption should be between 600 and 800 calories per

day.

You will need to continue drinking at least half your bodyweight in ounces

every single day.

Do not eat poultry or seafood.

Do not eat bread, pastas, dairy products, fruits, or alcoholic beverages.

Always speak with your doctor before beginning a restricted diet of this type, and

that especially holds true if you take any medications for type II diabetes. Certain

medications haven’t really been an issue with diet, but some must be adjusted to

avoid hypoglycemic events. Your doctor will help you modify your diet and

medicines properly.

If you are starting this diet directly after a cleanse, you won’t experience the

detox symptoms all over again. Instead, you should feel energized as you are

going to start entering un-juiced food into your system. You might feel a bit tired

as your body adjusts to such low-caloric content, but should otherwise feel good.

If you didn’t do the cleanse before starting this diet though, you should be aware

that your body will go through an adjustment period and you might feel a little

under the weather for the first couple of days. After that, you will start to feel

much better. You might notice that your breath smells a little on the sweet side,

which is temporary and the result of the fat melting away. Otherwise, because

you are getting the appropriate nutrients, there will be no harm to your body.

Now, we are talking about several weeks of cleansing and then eight weeks of

dieting. This will help you lose weight, and this will reflect in BMI.

Chapter Fifteen:

The Importance of Body Mass Index

Before diving into an

eight week diet plan

that will help you

lose ectopic fat so

that your pancreas

can heal, you need

to understand body

mass index, or BMI>

That’s because your

goal should be to

lose at least 10% of your BMI through this diet.

Your body mass index takes your height and weight into consideration as amethod to determine your fat content. While it doesn’t measure the fat directly,

studies have found that your BMI numbers directly compare to body fat and are

considered to be the best way to calculate it. BMI is also an easy way to screen

to make sure your weight category isn’t going to put you at high risk for diseases.

While BMI is a screening tool, it is not a diagnostic tool. With this in mind, while

you might find out that your BMI is high and you can safely assume that this will

put you at risk for conditions such as insulin resistance and type II diabetes, it isstill important to get screened. Here is a basic chart for figuring BMI numbers:

  Below 18.5 – Underweight

Page 102: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 102/156

 102Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

  18.5 – 24.9 – Normal

  25.0 – 29.9 Overweight

  30 and Above – Obese

Remember, you may be insulin resistant and not even know it until you’ve

developed complications from that, including diabetes. Knowing what your blood

sugar levels are when you have a high BMI is crucial even if you aren’t noticing

any symptoms. Ideally, though, you will work to lower your BMI to healthy levelsto avoid the risks altogether.

There are other ways to measure your body fat including using calipers to

measure skinfold thickness, dual energy x-ray absorptiometry, isotope dilution,

bioelectrical impedance, and others. These require professional assessments

and equipment and can also get costly, and they aren’t as readily available as it

is to just calculate your weight and height.

It is highly suggested to record your BMI before you begin the cleanse, after the

cleanse, before you start the eight week diet, about once every two weeks

throughout the diet, and at the end of the diet. This will help you see the progress

you are making. When you have lost 10% of your BMI, you can begin to

transition to a normal, healthy diet or continue weight loss efforts to reach your

ideal weight depending on how overweight you currently are.

You can calculate your BMI by dividing your weight by your height in inches. Youcan also use an online BMI calculator such as what is provided at the National

Heart, Lung and Blood Institute’s website. For this, you will need to know your

weight and your height and you just key in those figures in the appropriate form

field and the calculator will reflect your BMI based on what you typed.

Page 103: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

According to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute guidelines, it is

suggested that you also look at your waist circumference and additional risk

factors such as if you are sedentary and lack getting enough exercise or if you

already have a disease

such as high blood

pressure.

 As mentioned earlier, if

you are a man with a 40-

inch waist size or larger, or

a woman with a 25-inch

waistline or larger, you

may be at an increased

risk.

Once you have done an assessment of your current BMI, weight, and waist size,

you can begin your eight week diet plan. That’s what we will talk about in the next

chapter.

Chapter Sixteen:

Eight Week Diet Plan Overview

Once you have gotten all of

your numbers and

measurements and you have

gone through the cleanse,

you are ready to get started

with the eight week diet plan.

Now, as I have mentioned,

the smartest choice would be

to go into this diet directly

after the cleanse since this

will be easiest on your

system. If you take a break

between the two, you are

going to put your body into

somewhat of a shock two

times instead of once, and

that may be somewhat

unpleasant.

The eight week diet plan

consists of:

  Protein Drinks

Three Servings of Vegetables Per Day

Page 105: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 105/156

  105Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

Your caloric intake should be between 600 and 800 calories per day. You will

need to choose the right protein shake because you don’t need excess sugar.

18Shake is a good option because it only has 80 calories per shake and is low in

sugar. Additionally, it will help suppress your appetite. Another good choice is

Vega One, but it does have a higher calorie count.

Here’s how the diet will break down:

Breakfast, you will have a protein shake.

Lunch, you will have a protein drink and one or two servings ofvegetables.

Dinner, you will have a protein drink and one or two servings of

vegetables.

You can prepare your veggies in different

ways including soups and salads to mix

things up.

The ideal vegetables to choose from for this

diet are any variety of mushroom types,

artichokes, celery, onions, garlic, broccoli,

cucumbers, any variety of peppers, leeks,

radishes, Brussels sprouts, lettuce, dandelion

leaves, arugula, spinach, collard, and other

leafy greens, cabbage, carrots, water

chestnuts, cauliflower and Mung bean

sprouts. While tomatoes are actually a fruit,

these are an acceptable one for this diet.

Page 106: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

You can also use a full range of spices to make your vegetable dishes more

flavorful. The best ones are tarragon, turmeric, curry powder, basil, sage,

oregano, chili peppers, lemon juice, thyme, mustard, ginger, cinnamon, parsley,

coriander, rosemary, vinegar and cumin.

While fresh, organic raw produce is the absolute best, you will probably get tired

of having nothing other than raw vegetables for eight weeks, and if you get too

tired of what you are eating, you won’t stick to your diet. With this in mind, don’t

be afraid to get creative. You can grill, fry, stir fry, roast, sauté and mix

vegetables into a variety of concoctions to keep it interesting.

Meal Ideas

You are probably wondering where to start. Don’t worry. Here, you will find some

meal ideas that show you can mix up vegetables and preparations to keep things

tasty and interesting.

You don’t have to just eat the same old thing over and over again. Instead, there

are plenty of different ways to get creative. Here are ideas that will help you get

started.

  ½ cup onion

Dash cumin and cayenne to taste

Smash chick peas and divide vegetables between cabbage leaves, roll up. You

can eat cold for lunch or heat for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven for a

casserole like meal.

You might think of dozens of ways to create delicious vegetable dishes to try. It

helps if you have a notebook and write down how you prepare a meal so you will

remember in the future if you really loved it. You can also get inspiration from

other recipes. Keep a list of your vegetable choices around and then look for

recipes that you could modify just to include them.

Chapter Seventeen:

Staying Motivated for the Eight Week Diet

Taking just eight weeks to

restrict your diet and lower your

BMI can possibly save your life.

Just two months is all it takes to

make a big difference. While in

writing, two months may seemlike a very short period of time,

it can also seem like an eternity

when it comes to living on a

restricted diet. Since you will have quite limited food options, you may find it very

challenging to follow. If you have a busy social life, it can be hard to follow the

diet and eat with friends.

The challenge can be difficult and you may find it very hard to stay motivated.

So, we are going to talk about ways you can prepare for the challenges and get

through this eight week process easily. You will be surprised at how quickly it will

go by and when it is all over, you will feel like a brand new person. Here are

some different things you could do to stay motivated.

Visual Reminders

Put pictures or reminders up where you can see them easily and often to help

you keep your eyes on the prize. While you might groan and wonder how you are

going to get through another day of protein drinks and vegetables, keeping your

Page 111: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

goal in mind will help you get through each daily challenge. After all, two months

is really nothing compared to a lifetime of better health.

Making Promises

You might find it helpful to promise yourself that you will never again eat another

mindless meal or snack. How often do we sit in front of the television or computer

and just eat without even thinking about what we are eating? Stop that right now.

When you eat, eat. Do nothing else. That way, you will be less tempted to

overeat and you will feel more satisfied because you really took the time to taste

each bite and savor it.

Keep Busy

Challenge yourself to stay busy through this eight week time period to help you

keep your mind off of food. For example, while your energy may be a little lower

in the beginning, you can still organize the drawers in your kitchen, or find a

relaxing pastime such as journaling, painting, crafting or some other event that

won’t task you too much physically, but will keep you active enough to not think

about eating all the time.

Chew Gum

Carr y some sugar free gum and if you absolutely can’t avoid putting something in

your mouth, let it be a full glass of ice water and then a stick of gum. You can

also choose to keep a straw or toothpick on hand if just having something to do

with your mouth will help satisfy you.

A Reward System

Other people have mentioned that it helps them to set up rewards systems for

themselves. If you stick to your diet for one week, go ahead and eat a sugar free,

low calorie snack and do it very slowly and deliberately.

Or, better yet, find other ways to reward yourself such as getting a new hairstyle,

going for a massage or purchasing a new pair of pants or new shirt in a smaller

size because your clothes will start fitting loosely.

A Refreshed Life

Still others have taken the time to refresh their homes to reflect the new healthy

versions of themselves. You could go through and do a thorough cleaning or buy

something new for the home. Anything you choose to do that will reflect a

refreshed you will give you something visual to look at.

Whatever you can think of that you will be excited about will be helpful. Also, if

you are a stress eater, you won’t be able to avoid all stress, but if you can avoid

it, then do so. For example, moving, switching careers or making other huge life

changes might be too stressful to complete while you are also keeping a

restricted diet. With this in mind, choose lower stress plans.

Finding Support

It can also help you to reach out for support if you have friends or family

members who may also be able to improve their health by joining you in your

diet. You can call each other during weak moments or brag to each other about

how well you are doing and otherwise cheer each other on.

You can join Facebook groups that are all interested in getting healthy as well.

This way, you can meet new friends who have similar goals. It would be far better

to spend 10 minutes chatting with someone instead of ten minutes crashing your

diet.

Using Affirmations

Affirmations are little words or phrases that you use to remind yourself to be

strong and stay motivated. There are plenty of different affirmations available and

you can create your own too. Once you choose some phrases that keep you

motivated, you can post them in prominent places, like on your refrigerator, on

mirrors, on your cell phone, and anywhere else. Need some ideas for

affirmations?

  I can do this.

I will eat slowly and I will stop eating when I feel full.

I will drink plenty of water.

I will not eat sugar and will choose only nutritional foods.

I am losing weight on a daily basis and this is working for me.

Eating is a way of life and I can choose to be healthy.

I will not allow emotional eating to happen.

I forgive myself if I make a mistake with my diet.

I am choosing to eat healthy foods for my future.

All of these are just suggestions on how you could stay motivated. You can come

up with many more on your own, too. Just find something that works for you and

go with that.

If you stay strong and stay motivated through this eight week diet plan, then you

will live a healthier life. When you finish the eight weeks, then you can transition

to a healthier, albeit less restricted, diet to ensure you remain healthy for the

future. This is the way to good health and reversing diabetes.

Chapter Eighteen:

Eating Your Way to Better Health

So, we have gotten you

through the cleanse and

the eight week diet.

What’s next?

Transitioning into a

healthier way of living.

This is the next step to

supporting your health

and ensure conditions like

diabetes, insulin

resistance, and pre-diabetes are fully reversed.

Living a healthy lifestyle will just become a normal habit. And you will be able toenjoy more energy, healthier skin, clear eyes, a vibrant complexion, and even a

better outlook on life.

We have spent a great deal of time in this book talking about how important

oxygen and water is for maintaining the best health. Those two things are vital,

but they aren’t the only things that matter. Nutrition really is a crucial part of good

health, and this goes beyond just the eight week diet. So, a big part of your life

going forward will be understanding how to build your lifestyle in the healthiestway possible.

Processed, prepacked foods are the bane of healthy existence. They are filled

with additives and chemicals that lead to toxin buildup in your body. And,

Page 116: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

unfortunately, these are the foods that are easiest to get your hands on. Then,

there is fast food, filled with fat and chemicals. These things no longer belong in

your diet when you are attempting to live a healthy lifestyle.

Beyond this, you also have to understand that certain things are not healthy for

your body, like white sugar, unhealthy fats, non-organic animal proteins, and

alcohol. We are going to get to the things you need to avoid later. However, let’s

talk a little about blood sugar first. That’s because your whole goal is to maintain

healthy levels so that diabetes never has to be a problem.

The Rise and Fall of Blood Sugar

As I have said time and

again throughout this

book, you must ensure

your cells are healthy.

That’s the secret to being

well. When you look after

the health of your cells,

you will have the energy

you need, and making

this happen comes from

eating nutritious foods, exercising like you need to, getting enough water, and

getting the oxygen you need as well.

Alternatively, when you are eating unhealthy foods, you are consuming unnatural

additives, preservatives, sugar, and other toxins that impair your body’s ability to

thrive. As time goes by and those toxins build up, your body is no longer able to

Page 117: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

properly convert insulin to energy. That’s what leads to diabetes. So, cell health

is your main goal.

How bad can it get? Let’ look at one of the most commonly consumed foods:

soda.

Sodas are full of high fructose corn syrup, which is often used as a sweetener.

Manufacturers use it because it has a long shelf life and it is very cheap.

Consumers like high fructose corn syrup because it tastes great.

But, there is a big problem with high fructose corn syrup. It causes your blood

sugar to spike right away. Think of it like a bomb of sugar. It hits your stomachand explodes. The sugar is quickly absorbed into the system and your blood

sugar immediately goes through the roof.

At first, it tends to make adults feel more awake and alert. Children may come

across as hyperactive after consuming high fructose corn syrup. Of course, in the

form of soda, it is often combined with caffeine, which means even more energy.

But, then there is a big problem. The sugar high you get from high fructose corn

syr up burns out very quickly. That’s when you have the sugar crash. You end up

feeling tired, sad, anxious, and even jittery. Usually, how do you cure that

feeling? You grab something else filled with sugar and you create an endless,

unhealthy cycle. It’s a guaranteed way to damage your cells and watch your

health spiral down the drain.

High fructose corn syrup isn’t the only ingredient commonly used in foods that

will also make you unhealthy. Just some of the things you could be consumingeveryday include:

  Preservatives

Page 118: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

 118Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

  Stabilizers

  Chemical Flavoring

  Food Coloring

We put these things in our body every day and then wonder why we are

unhealthy.

And, it really gets worse. There are many foods you are led to believe are good

for you, like fruits and vegetables, which may not be the best for you either.

Commercial farming has found ways to do unhealthy things even to the

healthiest of foods so they can process them cheaper and faster and to ensure

the foods have the longest shelf life possible. As a result, they use waxes,

fungicides, pesticides, flavor improvers, and color improvers. In meat, they use

growth hormones, antibiotics and other ingredients to speed up growth and

compensate the cruel environments the animals are kept in.

And, all the while you are making healthy choices only to find you are filling your

body with toxins.

So, it’s time to find out what it actually takes to eat healthy foods.

Going Natural for Better Health

The quickest way to stabilize your blood sugar and reverse diabetes will be to get

the nutrients you need. That’s how to maintain cell health. Your body will be able

to process nutrients, convert them to energy, and put a stop to how you have

been feeling in the past. When you stop with the unhealthy foods, you will see a

big difference in how you feel as well as how your body is able to function.

Page 119: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Unfortunately, the vast majority of people think that eating healthy will be too

difficult or too costly. So, they reach for the unhealthy foods that are cheaper,

easier to eat, and simpler. As a result, many of us are using bad and unhealthy

foods as a crutch.

Despite what you may think or what you may have even heard, it is actually

easier to purchase fresh, whole, organic foods like: vegetables, fruits, nuts,

seeds, and grains. When you consider that these things can help you feel a

longer, healthier life, why wouldn’t you want to make a little extra effort anyway?

You can reverse chronic conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular

disease, and even

cancer thanks to healthy

foods, so you should

never consider them

cumbersome or difficult.

There are a few things

you need to remember.

Naturally grown foods, the ones that are truly

healthy for you, are free

of:

  Genetic Manipulation

  Toxic Agents

  Artificial Chemicals

Page 120: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

They are called organic and are regulated by the United States Food and Drug

Administration. These are the foods you will want to eat. Also, keep in mind that

you may see some foods that have labels saying:

  “Good for you”

  “ All natural”

  “Healthy”

This doesn’t actually mean a thing. You can’t go by a sticker on the front of a

box. If you read the actual ingredients, then you will find those types of foods are

filled with unhealthy ingredients.

Yes, organic foods are a bit more expensive. But, think about it like this:

You could pay a little more right now to eat organic and healthy foods.

Or,

You could spend thousands of dollars on diabetes medications, testing supplies,

insulin shots, or even treatments for things like cancer.

Which sounds like the best option for you? And don’t forget that the price will

start falling over time for organic foods. Even large chain discount stores like

Wal-Mart are starting to offer organic product lines, giving you easier access.

So, the answer for healthy living lies in choosing all-natural and truly healthy

foods from the time you complete your eight week diet throughout the rest of your

life.

Getting Back to a Healthy and Clean System

Now, we need to talk about your adjustment period. If you go straight from the

seven day cleanse to the eight week diet to the healthy lifestyle, you will find that

you really only face one adjustment period. That’s because you have already

gotten off of those unhealthy foods.

In fact, it is a very good idea to move from one to the next. If you leave some

time between the cleanse and the diet, you will find it much harder to follow the

rules. That’s because your body is going to crave those unhealthy foods you are

no longer eating. However, those cravings will pass very soon as your body gets

used to the healthy new things.

Within just a few short days of sticking to an organic diet, your body is able to

start removing toxins from your cells more efficiently and you are going to feel so

much better on every level, including being more energetic, having more positive

emotions, and feeling healthier – probably more than you have felt in years. It is

simply astounding to experience the changes that are so positive just by

choosing a higher quality fuel to put into your body.

The longer you follow an organic diet, the easier it will become for your body to

operate on the efficient levels it’s meant to and alleviating your diabetes as well

as other chronic conditions will be a natural part of that.

Chapter Nineteen:

Eating to Reverse Diabetes

Focusing on eating for good health

and reversing diabetes will mean

eating foods that will help balance

your blood sugar. But, it goes

beyond this too. You will also need

to eat foods that will help to reduce

inflammation and oxidative stress.

And, even further than this, you

need to eat foods that will enhance

your liver’s ability to detoxify your

body.

And, all along the way, you need tomake sure you choose foods that

do not cause you to gain more

weight and that don’t stress your

system in any way. When you do all

of this, then your beta cells can

heal and this will improve all of your body ’s functions.

Of course, another thing that is worth mentioning is how this diet is good for yourmental health as well. When you feel healthier, have more energy, and feel

positive, you will perpetually be in a better mood. So, eating good foods will

support a healthy mind and body too.

Page 123: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Is It Giving up the Joy of Eating?

At some point about now, you are probably thinking you are going to have to give

up all the joy you get from eating right now. In your mind, you are thinking how

much you love those bad foods. But, it is all quite to the contrary! You can eat

delicious foods that are high in fiber, low in sugar and low on glycemic load. And,

they will taste very good. There are so many colorful succulent fruits and

vegetables that will taste unbelievable, and you don’t have to rely on plain old

salads.

So, don’t get down or depressed thinking you will never enjoy foods again.

Instead, focus on everything these delicious foods will do for you. They will help

you feel and look healthier. They will reverse conditions like diabetes. They really

are that powerful and they really do so much for your body that you may have

never even realized.

Of course, it is all about making healthy food choices. Remember that after you

get through the eight week diet, you won’t be on an actual diet anymor e. Instead,

you will be changing to a healthy lifestyle. And, that means making the right

choices from now on.

Healthiest Food Choices

You are going to be quite surprised at the types of foods you will be able to enjoy

with a healthy lifestyle. There are so many different things you can eat and enjoy.

There are really only a few specific rules you will need to follow:

1. Choose fresh, organic, and real foods.

Page 124: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 124/156

 124Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

2. Do not eat fast foods.

3. Do not eat processed foods.

4. Get plenty of protein. (Fatty, cold water fish including shellfish, salmon,

herring, sardines, and halibut are the best choices for healthy proteins).

And, here is the thing. For a short while, you will actually miss the processed

foods. However, as you continue with the all-healthy diet, you will actually find

those processed foods taste really fake. You won’t even want them anymore.

This is all it takes. When you follow those four rules, you will be able to follow a

healthy, diabetes reversing diet that will change your life for good.

Seafood

Seafood is a staple of a healthy diet. That’s because it contains omega -3 fatty

acids, which are extremely beneficial to your body. Eating wild Alaskan salmon

and halibut will be your best fish choices. You can get canned salmon to keep in

the pantry for a quick way to throw together a meal.

In addition to offering you omega-3 fatty acids, this type of seafood will be an

excellent source of protein. So, it is certainly something you need in your diet.

If you aren’t particularly fond of seafood, then you can choose to get omega -3

eggs. They are farm raised and organic, and they are chock full of omega-3 fatty

acids. You could have as much as eight of them per week. Add them to side

dishes and you will have a delicious meal.

Legumes

Now, some of the best low glycemic

foods you could eat will be legumes.

They make good side dishes or even a

great base for the main course. There

are several options you could choose,

including:

  Chick Peas

  Lentils

  Soybeans

You can turn them into side dishes or

even snacks. Steam soybeans and add salt and cayenne. When you do, you will

have a great snack to munch on.

The benefits of legumes and other types of beans are they slow the release of

sugar into your bloodstream. This will help you prevent too much insulin release

that creates issues such as heart problems, high blood pressure, and obesity.

Choosing the Right Vegetables and Fruits

Of course, eating an abundance of vegetables and fruits is a given, with

vegetables coming in first place and then go a bit easier on the fruits, especially

those with higher sugar content. These foods will offer you essential

Page 126: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

phytonutrients that your body needs such as carotenoids, polyphenols, and

flavonoids. These are crucial for helping to lower incidence of just about every

health problem including age related diseases and diabetes.

The best types of vegetables are the same ones I mentioned when giving you the

recipes for juices. They include:

  Spinach

  Kale

  Brussels Sprouts

  Cabbage

  Broccoli

When it comes to fruits, you will want to avoid those that have too much sugar.

Good options include:

  Cherries

  Berries

Green Apples (Red ones have too much sugar)

  Rhubarb

  Pears

  Melons

Page 127: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

  Grapes

Kiwi (this one contains more sugar, so limit them)

When choosing fruits, look for fresh organic options. Organic frozen fruits are

good as well and are especially easy to use in juicing.

The Things to Remember

When choosing foods that I haven’t mentioned here, there are a few things you

will want to remember.

You want things that are anti-inflammatory including wild fish and anything

with omega-3 fatty acids.

Pick dark, leafy vegetables and orange sweet potatoes.

  Choose red and purple berries.

Add in raw walnuts, macadamia nuts, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

Pick foods that are high in antioxidants such as green leafy vegetables

including collard greens and kale.

Choose anthocyanidins, including blueberries, bilberries, cherries,

cranberries, grapes, beets, and cranberries.

Page 128: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Look for foods that have the most color, specifically in vegetables and

fruits.

Add in soy products to get antioxidants. You could choose soymilk, tofu,

and soybeans for your diet in different ways.

Look for foods that offer natural detoxifying qualities like cruciferous

vegetables (kale, collards, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, bok choy, green tea,

dandelion greens, Chinese cabbage, cilantro, citrus peel, pomegranate,

garlic, and unsweetened cocoa)

When you need to use oil for salad dressings and cooking, go with organic

extra virgin olive oil only.

Choose seasonings for your foods that will be healthy for you as well. The

best options include rosemary, turmeric, ginger, and garlic. These

ingredients are great for anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. They

can help you lower blood pressure and cholesterol too.

Make sure you are getting plenty of fiber. Fiber will help you stabilize your

blood sugar by slowing how quickly your body absorbs carbs. It takes time

to let your body adjust to eating fiber, so do this gradually. Do your best to

get that fiber from food sources too. However, if you really need it, you can

use a fiber supplement as well.

Keep meats to a minimum and when you do eat animal products, pick

organic, grass fed options. When it comes to beef, chicken, pork, lamb,

ostrich, and buffalo, keep in mind that a little goes a long way. A serving of

meat is no bigger than a deck of playing cards. You do not need to eat

Page 129: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

meat every day. Instead, aim for three times a week at most. If you

choose to eat more than that, then stick to organic, boneless, skinless,

chicken breasts.

If you follow these guidelines, you will find it infinitely easier to make the right

choices. There’s something else you need to remember as well. When you

choose the right foods, this can actually improve your ability to lose weight too.

So, we need to talk about food choices that will boost your metabolism.

Metabolism Boosting Food Choices

Along with choosing healthy, diabetes-friendly foods, it’s important to eat foods

that will help kick start your metabolism so that you can lose weight easier.

Because insulin resistance, pre-diabetes and diabetes are caused from being

obese, overweight, or having a larger belly size, losing the fat that is inhibiting

insulin and creating problems is one of the things you need to do in order to

alleviate or reduce these conditions.

When it comes to metabolism boosting foods, here are the best choices:

In addition to everything else beans and legumes can do, they will boost your

metabolism. They are nutritional and delicious to eat in so many different ways;

you could literally have beans for every meal and for some snacks for quite some

time and have a different way of preparing them each time. In fact, you can roast

up some chick peas, sprinkle with cayenne or other delicious spices and eat

them just like popcorn.

There are a great deal of vegetables that can help boost your metabolism and

pretty much any cruciferous vegetable is a good choice, including cabbage and

broccoli. Asparagus is known to be a great food to boost your metabolism

Page 130: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

because it is high in nutrients and low in calories. It fits well into salads or as a

standalone side dish. Celery is a thermogenic food with high levels of calcium.

Cucumbers are another good choice due to the high level of nutrients and they

also help hydrate your body due to the high water content they contain. Don’t

forget about spinach, this is a go-to food that is not only the perfect juicing

ingredient, but will also boost your metabolism and it has nutrients that helps

muscles recover quickly from workouts.

Some fruits will help boost your metabolism better than others. Due to thesefoods having a higher sugar content, you will want to eat less of them than you

do of protein and vegetables. At the same time, reaching for a green apple,

grapefruit, or orange instead of a dish of ice cream or other unhealthy desert is

always the way to help boost your health. Lemons are great choices and can be

used to help detox your body. You can add them to water, use them to season

salads, and add them to fish as well.

Oatmeal and rolled oats are good and not just for breakfast! These foods help

lower your cholesterol levels and add a healthy source of fiber to your diet. Make

sure you avoid adding sugar and instead, use rolled oats or old fashioned

oatmeal in your juices to get the benefits and a great taste at the same time.

Spices, such as ginger, are extremely beneficial and you can add them to just

about anything to get a kick for your metabolism. They work for side dishes, main

foods, desserts, salads, juices, and anything else. With ginger, choosing the raw

ginger and using it in dishes such as stir fries will do double duty in regard to

helping you have a nutrient-rich and delicious diet. Cinnamon, black pepper,

cayenne pepper, and mustard are all additional spices that are the best to

choose from.

Don’t forget about drinking plenty of water in order to help keep your entire

body’s system functioning well. Nothing, including your metabolism, will function

at the healthiest levels if you are dehydrated.

Now that we have spent an extensive amount of time going over the foods you

should eat, we need to discuss the foods you should avoid too.

Foods to Avoid

Let’s face it. Actually fully eliminating some foods from your diet is going to be

next to impossible. And, there are going to be times when you have those foods.

That’s ok. Don’t beat yourself up about it. Instead, do your best to avoid those

foods as much as possible. And, if you decide to partake in any of those foods,

then just make sure you limit your servings.

Obviously, you are going to need to avoid processed foods, those with white

sugar and flour and fast foods. However, you may not know what all this entails.

So I will go over some tips that will help you avoid the foods that you do need toeliminate from your diet.

ProcessedFoods

The processed foods are where

you need to begin. Things youneed to avoid include:

  Crackers

Page 132: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 132/156

  Cakes

  Candies

  Cookies

  Processed Cheese

  Doughnuts

  Potato Chips

  Microwave Meals

  Canned Meals

  Pre-Packaged Meals

Essentially, to avoid processed foods, you will want to avoid anything with

hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils in them. These oils become trans

fatty acids and they enter your bloodstream, making you unhealthy. So, always

look for labels and keep in mind that readymade foods tend to be very

processed.

Sweeteners

You will need to avoid anything that contains high fructose corn syrup for reasons

we have already discussed. This product, which is often used for sweetener

effect, is very bad for you. However, that’s not the only sweetener you need to

avoid. Cut out artificial sweeteners including aspartame and sorbitol as well as

Page 133: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 133/156

  133Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

any other artificial sweeteners available. Sweetening should be done all-

naturally.

Caffeine

You will need to cut out caffeine, and this can be a hard one for many people.

Caffeine is an addictive substance, and you can’t just drop it like that. So, you

may have to handle this one slowly. Start by switching your coffee to half-

caffeinated and half decaf.

Then, slowly change the mix until you are drinking all decaf. Doing this slowly will

make it easier for your body to adjust.

TheVegetableIssue

Of course, vegetables are going to be the core of your healthy diet. However,

there are some vegetables that you will need to limit or cut out completely. That’s

because they contain starch, which will turn to sugars in your body. These

vegetables include:

  Corn

  Potatoes

  Sweet Potatoes

  Turnips

  Rutabagas

  Parsnips

Page 134: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Additionally, choose fresh or frozen vegetables, not the canned variety. Canned

vegetables may seem to make your life easier, but they are high in sodium.

Fruits

 As I have mentioned a

few times, you can have

fruits, but you need to

limit them because they

are higher in sugars.

Don’t assume you canbe healthy by drinking

processed juices. They

will be very high in

sugar. Instead, you

need to follow through with juicing so that you have access to natural fruit juices.

You will also want to be very careful choosing fruits with a high glycemic index

because they will have more sugar. Here is a list of common fruits with theirglycemic index next to them. That way, you will have a better idea of what you

should limit and what you should avoid.

Fruit Glycemic Number

Raisins 28Dates 18Figs 16Grapes 11

So, limit your fruits, but when you do eat them, try to choose options on the lower

end of the glycemic index.

MiscellaneousFoodstoAvoid

Finally, there are miscellaneous foods you will want to avoid as well. These

include:

Processed Oils – Canola, Corn, Sunflower, and Safflower

  Dairy

Red Meats – With the exception of grass fed organ meats

  River Fish

High Mercury Fish – Including tuna, shark, tilefish, and swordfish

Alcoholic Beverages – These should be limited, but you could have three

or fewer glasses of red wine per week.

All of this information should give you a good guideline in order to ensure you are

choosing the right foods and avoiding the wrong ones. So, now we need to talk

about timing – as in, when you eat throughout the day.

Chapter Twenty:

The Importance of Timing Your Meals and Snacks

Just as important as

what you eat, is

what times you

choose to eat it. For

example, making

sure to eatsomething every

four hours is an

important habit to

develop. That’s

because this will

ensure your insulin and glucose levels stay in balance and normal throughout the

day. This doesn’t mean you should eat full meals ever y four hours though.

Instead, you should eat small meals and snacks every few hours to maintain

proper balance in the body.

Timing your meals also means knowing what to eat at certain times of the day as

well.

Protein

You need protein in your diet because that is a direct source of energy. And,

protein for breakfast is a must. There are plenty of ways you can start the day

with proteins for continued energy, including:

Page 138: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

7/24/2019 Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

  Omega 3 Eggs

  Nut Butters

  Soy Protein Shakes

However, do not just stop with protein for breakfast. You need it throughout the

day in your snacks and meals. For example, when you need a snack, a handful

of protein rich almonds can be fantastic.

Your Eating Schedule

You can arrange your eating schedule, alternating snacks and meals, as you

would like. However, no matter what you decide to do with it, you need to follow a

few certain rules:

Eat when you get up because you need to start the day with protein.

Eat something every four hours, whether it is snacks or meals.

Stop eating two hours before you go to bed.

Always follow these rules. It is not a diet thing, but a lifestyle choice. So make

them a habit.

Page 139: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Composing Your Meals Properly

Every meal you have should be composed in a way that takes your glycemic load

into consideration. That’s because eating the right combination of foods

throughout the day will be the best way to ensure you are feeding your cells what

they need all of the time.

When you combine food choices, such as protein, fats and whole food carbs that

you can get from vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts and fruit for every snack and

meal, then you will be on the right track to eating in a way that will best support

your body’s systems.

Make sure to avoid eating foods that contain carbs that absorb quickly by

themselves at all times, as they will raise your insulin and sugar levels to

unhealthy rates.

Water

And, no matter what, remember that you need

to be drinking water from the time you wake up

and throughout the day. You need to get

enough water. And, that means drinking at

least half of your weight in ounces each day.

The easiest way to do this is to keep water with

you at all times. If you have it readily available,

then you will make sure you are staying

hydrated with cleansing H20.

Chapter Twenty-One:

A Peek into the Crystal Ball

Now, we have gone

through everything you

need to do in order to

reverse conditions like

diabetes. It’s time to

glance in the crystal ball

and take a look at your

future if you make these

changes.

The big pharmaceutical companies and traditional medicine want you to believe

that your diabetes will never be cured and that you are going to be forced into

living with it for the rest of your life. This way, you will continue to buy all thetreatments including insulin injections and different types of drugs in order to

keep your body destroying its vital organs and keep your blood sugar levels at a

manageable level. With this line of thinking, death is the only resolution for

disease.

But, that’s a big lie!

Medical interventions in this fashion not only keep you sick, they can actually

speed up the complications of diabetes. Those complications include amputation,

blindness and kidney failure. The risks of cardiovascular disease, stroke, and

heart attack increase significantly. These are the leading causes of death for

those who are diabetic.

Page 141: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Who Gets the Benefit

There is only one party who actually benefits from prescription drugs to keep

blood sugar levels under control – the drug companies. That’s because they are

the ones who stand to make a profit. In the meantime, diabetes complications

accelerate the damage in the body and risk of irreversible damage grows by

leaps and bounds, all while the patient does what they think they are supposed

to.

If you are still in doubt, just ask yourself how you feel after taking diabetic drugs.

Do they leave you feeling better or do they leave you feeling worse? Most likely,

you had to answer that they leave you feeling worse. That is because your body

is trying to get the message across that these drugs aren’t working to m ake you

healthy.

That’s what this book is all about.

Reversal Is Possible

Everything around you is putting the wrong emphasis on the wrong things about

the causes of diabetes. You are being duped by those who you think you should

be able to trust the most. They tell you medicines are safe to take, but they don’t

actually go over all that fine print – all the dangers that come along with them.

You are told that the medicines are effective when all they are really doing is

covering up the problem.

The plain truth is simple: diabetes can be reversed through natural and safe

means.

Page 142: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Your body is sure of the truth despite what the $264 billion diabetes business is

trying to tell you. This business is exploiting a growing community of 370 million

diabetic sufferers and that number continuously increases. The truth is the truth

though and now you know what that is, and so do the drug companies.

Your Future Being Lied To

So, let’s look at what

your future will be if

you continue following

the path your doctor

has set out for you –

the one that is filled

with lies.

Your whole life will befilled with health

issues. You will always

be fighting one thing or another.

You will likely face an early death.

You will likely deal with some of these issues during your life: peripheral artery

disease, kidney failure, blindness, neuropathy, depression, gangrene, infection,

dementia, infections of various types.

Did you know that in the United States alone, about 250 people have to have

limb amputations due to diabetes every single day?

Page 143: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Did you know that living with diabetes is the leading cause of heart disease?

In the United States alone, about 250 people are having limbs amputated every

day due to Diabetic complications. It’s also the leading cause of heart disease.

So, this is what your life will look like when you consider your future just

managing diabetes with medicines and insulin injections. It doesn’t sound so

great does it?

It is time to choose to live.

A Better Future

You are at a fork in

the road and it is your

decision which path

you take. You now

know what your future

will look like if you

continue down the

traditional medicine

path. Now, let’s look

at your future if you

choose a different

path. Then, you can make the choice for yourself.

You have to start by getting a clue about the pharma companies, the food

companies, and the beliefs of traditional medicine. They do not care about you.

They don’t want you to get better. They don’t even care if you die. All they care

about is how much money they will make off of you if you stay sick. They push

Page 144: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

drugs that keep you sick, and they keep lining their pockets while you get sicker

and sicker.

While the doctors may be in between a rock and a hard place, the bottom line is

that oath they took to “first do no more harm” is being broken almost every  single

day.

Changing Your Diet to Regain Your Health

Think about it this way. If you abbreviate the standard American diet, what does

this spell? SAD. That’s pretty much spot on too. The average American diet is

pretty sad because it is filled with fast food, processed food, sugary snacks and

beverages stuffed with sugar and caffeine. This standard diet includes empty

calories that offer no nutritional value. Yet, people continue choosing these foods

over and over again.

Add in the fact that people tend to lead a sedentary lifestyle and it is a recipe for

disaster.

The best thing to do is also the simplest solution – start making healthier choices.

Commit to eliminating the worst foods for you, specifically anything that contains

high fructose corn syrup, processed foods, fast foods and other type of

convenience foods.

Make the choice to eat clean by picking organic, fresh vegetables and fruits,

nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Then choose proteins and dairy products that

come from animals that were raised naturally without antibiotics, growthhormones or other toxic chemicals. The faster you do this, the faster your body

will begin to get well, and that process doesn’t take very much time at all.

Page 145: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 145/156

When you start eating better, you will start getting better, and you will notice the

improvements within a week to a week-and-a-half. After just 14 days, you will feel

stronger and more energized.

You will find it’s easier to breathe and your looks will begin to improve as your

hair gets thicker and more luxurious and your skin becomes smoother. Your

clothes will begin to feel big on you and your hearing and eyesight will even

begin to improve.

Sounds pretty great, doesn’t it?

With all of these benefits, you will also notice that food tastes better as your tastebuds will rejuvenate because they aren’t affected by the toxins that have been

accumulating in your body.

Let’s not leave out this fact: you will feel so much better on an emotional level

too. You will feel happier than how you may have felt in a long time. In essence,

your entire quality of life will see vast improvements and it will make the changes

you made more than worth it.

Now, you have two futures in front of you. You can continue to follow the path of

traditional medicine and get sicker. Or, you can follow the information you read in

this book and reverse the conditions altogether. Which path will you choose?

Chapter Twenty-Two:

Get On the Road to Good Health

You have made

the decision to live

a life of health.

Good for you!

Now, you can get

on the road to ahealthy life.

You have learned

so much so far with the information that’s included in this guide. To make it easy,

you can boil it all down into an actionable set of steps. Take these steps and you

can get on the fast track to reversing your diabetes and returning to good health.

Step One:

The first step is to get a thorough medical examination. While your doctor may

not be doing a wonderful job treating your diabetes in an effective way, they will

be able to provide you with plenty of information that will get you started on the

right path. This way, you will be able to track your progress and ensure you are

improving without the need to add in more prescriptions.

You will need a few different diagnostics, like your weight, your cholesterol, other

blood tests, and your blood pressure. You will want to track several of those

things over time too. So, getting a baseline on all those things is important.

Page 147: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 147/156

Step Two:

Next, get in the habit of testing your blood sugar daily. You may be doing this

already if you have type II diabetes. This is important because your blood sugar

will give you information about how much insulin you need in order to stabilize

your blood sugar levels. Make sure to write down what you learn and how much

insulin you needed so you are able to keep track of your progress.

This is an absolutely vital step.

Step Three:

As you continue on the road to better health, you should notice that you need

less amounts of insulin until you reach the point where you won’t need it at all

because you will have reversed your diabetes. At that point, you won’t need any

more injections or insulin pills because your body will have taken over keeping

your blood sugar levels stabilized in a natural, healthy way.

Step Four:

After you have gone to the doctors and are tracking your blood sugar levels

every day, it’s time to cleanse your system of all the toxins it’s been accumulating

that have been robbing you of your health. Within days, you will start to feel

better and more energized, and after about a week and a half you may feel

healthier than you have since you were a young child with stamina and a greatly

improved outlook on life.

Page 148: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

 148Copyright © Type II Diabetes Destroyer (www.diabetesdestroyer.com)

You can take up to a month to continue to cleanse your system and return it to a

healthy, toxin-free status.

Step Five:

After you have cleansed your system, the last thing you want to do is return to

unhealthy foods. Instead, stock your kitchen and pantry with organic, fresh,

whole foods.

Of course, making sure that you are drinking at least half your body weight in

ounces of water is a crucial part of reversing diabetes and reclaiming a healthy

body. This is the best way to keep your body’s systems running at optimal

efficiency and also flush away all those toxins. Increasing your water intake isn’t

just a quick fix. This is something you should do every day for the rest of your life

to make sure you are well-hydrated and you are sustaining your newfound

wellbeing.

Another activity to do every day from now on is proper breathing in order to makesure your body is getting reserves of oxygen and releasing toxins the way it’s

supposed to. If you’ll recall the breathing exercise we discussed earlier in this

book of inhaling through your nose for six seconds, holding the breath for 24

seconds, then exhaling through your mouth for 12 seconds, this is a great

practice to do at least three times each day. This is great for your physical health

and will also help relieve stress symptoms and help you relax.

And, of course, you cannot forget your exercises.

While you might find it challenging to get started if you have been predominantly

sedentary, you will be thrilled to see how your body will respond quickly and gain

stamina and strength.

Page 149: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

http://slidepdf.com/reader/full/type-ii-diabetes-destroyer-system 149/156

You can also start slow with brisk walking and build up to activities such as

jogging or running, swimming and cycling to name a few. These will bring you

excellent benefits that will help reverse your diabetes.

If you aren’t sure what to do, just start getting active and do your best to make if

fun so you will enjoy it, doing aerobic routines to music, Zumba, dancing fast or

other enjoyable activities are all great ideas. Even doing housework can be great

exercise if you do it in a way that gets your breathing increased while you are

doing it.

And, finally, there is the need to change your mindset. If you don’t believe you

can do this, then you won’t be able to. Use the ideas in this book to help you get

in the right mindset so that this can be a success.

Lessen the stress in your life.

Believe you are capable of doing this.

Know you can reverse diabetes.

When you fully accept those things, then you will have the right mindset.

Never underestimate the power of your thoughts. Thoughts are measurable in

frequencies and the energy from that can either be positive or negative or have

relevant consequences depending on what thoughts you are focused on. When

you are directing your thinking toward positive thoughts, you can promote

harmony along with homeostasis within your body.

Set your sights on finding the positives in any situation and you will quickly find

there are plenty of positives to look for. Normally, you wouldn’t have noticed

them, but now you do.

Page 150: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

Choose to look for those positives. Choose to see them and there will be no

more room for the negative.

Step Six:

Finally, take the time to fully enjoy all the good things going on in your life.

Oftentimes, when we are suffering from diseases such as diabetes, it can

become challenging to keep your eyes on what is great about life, such as how

many people love you and respect you, the accomplishments you have been

able to make in life, and the changes you are making for the better.

When you are able to achieve a positive perspective on life, you will know you

have succeeded with your efforts. You deserve good health and happiness just

as much as the next person and finally, you will be able to provide that to

yourself.

Recovering Faster than Ever

How fast you are ultimately

able to recover is entirely in

your hands. There are no

magic potions that will

suddenly return you to good

health,and isn’t it time to

put down the notion that

potions or pills are going to

do anything good for you?

The point is you are the

Page 151: Type II Diabetes Destroyer System

owner of your life and you don’t require anyone from the medical field to tell you

what your future is going to turn out like. It’s up to you to make your own choices.

It’s important to keep in mind that disease just never happens because of

unfortunate luck. It is the consequence of actions you have taken, and diabetes

was a direct thing that happened because of the choices you’ve made in the past

in regards to what types of foods you ate or how much activity you involved

yourself in. You are the one that can choose to change your lifestyle and reverse

your diabetes.

When you make choices that keep toxins trapped in your body, to the point that

your systems, such as your pancreas, can no longer keep up, disease happens.

This includes diabetes along with other commonly known diseases, such as

chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, lupus, diverticulitis, allergies,

irritable bowel syndrome, ulcers, insomnia and even dementia. All of these are a

result of the unhealthy choices that have abused your body for years.

When you make the decision to stop turning your body into a toxic waste dump

you will be able to create a system that will support good health on all levels. This

health will connect the body and mind and they will be able to function at their

highest capacity, free from diseases such as diabetes and all the others I have

mentioned.

Continuing On Your Path

Your body is going to relieve itself from built-up toxins. Your diabetes will start todissipate, you will lose weight, and you will feel stronger and more energetic as

time goes by. You can sustain that good health by continuing to make better

lifestyle choices. These choices returned you to good health and will keep you in

good health for as long as you are practicing them.

As you get in better physical shape, you may decide to do more than aerobic

exercise. You may choose to expand the improvements to your healthy new

body. In this way, each step is like a stairway to a much better life, from briskly

walking around the track or mall to maybe even running a marathon! You will

notice the more you do, the faster, stronger and more energetic you will get.

The more you do for yourself, the better. You have the choice to improve

regularly. You have the choice to push yourself further and continue getting even

healthier. It is an exciting opportunity, and by following the information in this

book, you are well on your way.

If you really want to move forward with your health beyond what we have

discussed, one thing you may wish to look into would be the Tabata system. This

is an aerobic plan that will help get your body in peak shape. It can be quite

tough, though, so only pursue it after you have accomplished as much as

possible for your health as it is now.

Conclusion:

A Disease Free Life

You are going to have to

come to terms with a

certain fact. This has to be

crystal clear in your mind:

you have nothing if you

don’t have your health.

You have to take certain

measures in order to

ensure your good health

too.

The good news is that you are in control of your own life and you have the power

to improve your health and permanently alleviate your diabetes. Keep in mind,

that you never just simply “catch” some disease. These diseases are something

that are created by the lifestyle choices you have made, such as the foods you

have chosen to eat or if you stay stuck with high stress and negative thinking.

And, choosing to remain sedentary just makes matters worse.

Needless suffering is something that so many people have had to endure due to

the choices they have made. Many of those people are suffering from diabetes

and many more will as the epidemic grows. What this goes to prove is that you

can’t put your trust in the drug industries, food industries, traditional medicine or

your doctors, and cer tainly not the mainstream media. They aren’t going to make

any changes because they are getting what they want. They are getting richer off

of everyone becoming sicker.
