High Pressure Hydro Jetting Services- 2D nozzles

Hydro blast cleaning by using modern equipment and latest water jet technology.

Special 2D Nozzles:

Can clean large diameter process pipelines from 6” to 60”dia.

Have centralizers, trolley with neoprene wheels

which travels on jet propulsion principle, takes turn

by wheels collapsing at 45° to 90° for elbows,

pipe elevation, etc.

Works at 10kpsi/ 20kpsi, controlled rotation of 50-150RPM and cleans up to 100m pipe length including bends, elbows, etc.

It can also clean horizontal vessels up to 4.5 meters diameter and 100 meters length.

Special 3D Nozzles:

Can clean vertical Vessels, Tanks, Reactors, having hazardous liquids, without requiring manpower entry into contaminated vessels & reactors. Works at 10kpsi @ 48GPM water, cleans at 3 axis (X-axis, Y-axis & Z-axis) at controlled range of 100 - 250 RPM.

Also works with chemicals for degreasing, decontamination activities @ 100m3/hr to 450m3/hr at 10 bar pressure. Effective cleaning up to 11 meters diameter and up to 15 meters diameter with extension nipples.

Wringing Separator

Pigging is an integral part of the maintenance regime for pipelines. Pipelines are pigged for several reasons. If water is present in the line, it must be removed periodically in order to minimize corrosion. Water will accumulate at low points in the pipeline and as a result will be corrosion hot spots. In addition to corrosion prevention, a proper pigging regiment can help keep the process facility operating at the specified design parameters. By regular pigging pipelines, blockages in the pipeline can be removed and thus reduce pressure drops in the pipeline. Additionally, periodic pigging can also impact the sizing of the slug catcher allowing for a more optimized design.
