XTM is the Video Banking solution designed for Kuveyt Turk Bank.

It is used to perform non ATM based transactions in the branch.
Having a network of more than 500 branches, Finansbank
adopted to change its IT communication infrastructure in
2009.
Within this new organization, the bank decided to shift
from ‘discrete’ to ‘centralized’ software applications.
In order to comply with the new infrastructure, S-Matik
software architecture was redesigned and new reporting
features were added.
After applying severe tests on the new software in 2010,
the bank was convinced that it fulfills all requirements and
decided on procurement.
As of April 2011, S-Matik systems have been installed in
500 branches.

TÜV Turk is Turkey’s sole private vehicle inspection
authority established as a joint venture between German
TÜV & Doğuş Holding.
As of October 2010, motor vehicle inspections are carried
out in a total of 130 branches – all equipped with S-Matik
customer flow management system.
Appointments are fixed via S-Matik. The call center guides
the customers to less crowded branches by monitoring the
customer traffic. The data generated is displayed on
outdoor displays.
S-Matik management software is integrated into TÜV Turk
application software.

Ziraat Bank is Turkey’s biggest bank bank in terms of
branch count (1.400+) and asset size (>110B$)
In March 2008, the bank decided to replace some of
its non-profitable branches by remote video banking
units
Tümsaş designed and manufactured the first product
(VTM: Video Teller Machine) in only 4 months!
As of August 2012,70 VTMs have become
operational.

As of March 2008, the bank decided to invest in teller
automation to reduce cash transaction times and
eliminate risks
First 500 Vertera TCR units deployed by December 2009
with integration into core banking.
As of April 2011, 1070 Vertera have been installed in 420
branches

Aktif Bank is a newly established bank who wants to
grow in transportation market.
The bank owns a subsidiary who provides transportation
infrastructure for e-ticketing in Anatolian parts of Turkey.
The bank consulted Tümsaş to design and manufacture
a custom kiosk to sell and top-up contactless city cards.
As of May 2012, 52 kiosks have been operational 7*24
in 7 cities
The cash balance in kiosks are monitored remotely from
the headquarter.

TRT (Turkish Radio TV Administration) is the public
radio-TV broadcasting company.
The company has 8.000 stations to transmit signals
for land broadcasting.
Failure in base stations caused signal losses and
stop in broadcasting; the administration could
become aware of the incident only few days after
occurance.
The extended environment monitoring and
management solution included monitoring and
management of environmental parameters as well as
remote management of telecom devices.
250 sites are being monitored on a 24 hours basis.
Operational losses have been seriously reduced.
