• TULIP-Project is a network of a hundred people spread in 8 different countries, representing NGOs, cultural associations and varied institutional stakeholders. It was started by many European experts collaborating with European Commission and by Law Faculty teachers of Urbino University who have been working on innovative methods of communication and learning web community. The association cooperates and promotes initiatives of active participation and exchanges using ICT, web communication and e-journal

The first example in Corea: OhMyNews.com the first participative/ted magazine created in 2000: today, 70% ot its

news come from 50.000 citizens which send the news from 100 different countries of the world.

An editorial committee of 47 journalist choose the articles they receive and create the edition

And what’s next ?

We still considered learning as a mental process of the individual - trying to internalize information. Now, in 2010, we can see that learning is enhanced by technology as it evolves into a shared process of communities -trying to externalize information and co-create new knowledge, which is quite the opposite of the pre-digital era.
