ABOUT TROPICANA FOUNDATION

The Tropicana Foundation is designed to

capture, coordinate and drive the Group's

corporate social responsibility activities.

It is founded by YBhg Tan Sri Dato’ Danny Tan

Chee Sing, the Group Executive Vice

Chairman of Tropicana Corporation.

Since its inception, Tropicana Foundation has

donated tens of millions to charitable

organizations and initiatives.

Staying true to its goal of providing assistance

by supporting local health, education and

other non-profit organisations.

It is possible to give every child a good start in life. Our aim is to ensure that every child is given the

opportunity to develop to their full human potential.

1. Working with the ministry of Women, Family and Community Development to deliver quality child protection.

2. Initiate Supplementary Reading Programs (SRP) by the Ministry of Education and UNICEF to children from vulnerable communities.

3. Key player as a convener on the issues of women, children and young people affected by AIDS.

4. Research projects that contribute to the positive policy changes for children like Malaysian Child Index & The Child-Injury Database.

On a mission to care for the poor , homeless, old,needy patients abandoned in government hospitals

and family members

1. Free hospice services provided to the elderly and unfortunate patients that are abandoned in government hospitals.

2. Organize community caring and sharing activities.

3. Arrange free decent and respectable funeral services for poor families and destitute regardless of race or religion.

4. Helping unfortunate families.

Medical Care

To provide the highest quality of Palliative Care so as to provide relief from, and prevent pain and suffering associated with progressive and life-limiting illnesses.

1. Provide the best possible Palliative Care services to the community based on their needs, and the human and financial resources available to us.

2. Assist in training and education of health professionals in the necessary skills of Palliative Care to provide relief of suffering that affects patients and their families.

3. Increase awareness of the needs of those with progressive and life threatening illnesses.
