During this unit, we went to the
Happy Valley Cemetery. This is
what we thought.

WHAT MY GROUP LEARNED
Some tomb stones do not have a body under
A huge population of people in the graves are young children and soldiers
If the soil is fresh, it means that the person was buried not a long time ago
Some visitors put fake flowers on the graves to make it look better

Why do some graves have weird numbers and letters for example S16A?
How do people carve letters and numbers on graves?

THE DEATH
Some people died because
of old age , poverty,
drowning but most people
die of sickness.
