TARBUTTON, William son of Henry and Sarah Tarbutton, was born Jan 4, 1821. When he died in 1867, his eldest son, James Henry was but a lad of 15. This boy hauled the body of his Father and the family from their home on Clark’s Creek, by an ox wagon to the NEWTON Graveyard on Rippee Creek. This was about 7 miles North of Mansfield, MO. It took them all day to make the trip.

GASKILL, William A married Mary J McMullin. Their children were: William Jason lived at Rippee, Bryant Creek, Douglas, Co MO. He married Cora Ross, whose parents were William and Jane (Newton) Ross. Sarah J Gaskill who married Joseph J Brasher, Six others Samantha, James, Alonzo, Jesse, Bertha and Ora
