APPLICATION FOR A PIPELINE LICENCE BY THE NATIONAL GAS COMPANY OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO LIMITED
PURSUANT to section 7 of the Petroleum Act, Chap. 62:01, notice is hereby given that an application for a Pipeline Licence has beenmade by the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited to construct, install, maintain and operate a pipeline as describedin the attached Schedule along the route indicated in the attached map marked “A”.
Any person may object to the issue of the above-mentioned licence on the ground that it is inconsistent with, or would interferewith, rights held by him under the Petroleum Act, Chap. 62:01.
All objections to the grant of the Pipeline Licence to the aforementioned applicant may be lodged with the Minister of Energy andEnergy Affairs within thirty days of the date hereof at Tower C–Energy Trinidad and Tobago, Level 26, International WaterfrontCentre, No. 1 Wrightson Road, Port-of-Spain, Trinidad.

SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO–DESCRIPTION OF PIPELINE
Route The proposed 304.80 mm (12.00-inch) onshore natural gas pipeline pipeline will start at, landfall of theHorizontal Directional Drill (HDD) shore approach, where it will connect to the offshore Tobagopipeline at Columbus Point, Tobago. The onshore pipeline will proceed in a northerly direction for0.73 km (0.45 mile). It will turn northwest, travel 39.00 m (128.00 feet) and enter the Cove Estate. Fromhere the proposed pipeline will extend west a further 33.00 m (108.00 feet) and terminate at theproposed NGC Gas Receiving Facility. Reference Map “A”.

Specification of Pipeline Outside Diameter–323.80 mm (12.75 inch)
Wall Thickness–12.70 mm (0.50 inch)
Grade of Pipe–API 5L—X65 Seamless
Material of Construction Carbon Steel.
Coating Specification External: 0.36 mm (14.00 mils) Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) in accordance with NACE StandardRP 0394 with 0.76 mm (30.00 mils) Abrasion Resistant Overlay.
Internal: 0.08 mm (3.00 mils) High Gloss Epoxy Flow Coating in accordance with API RP5L2.
Fabrication The line pipe will be welded together in accordance with API Standard 1104 “Welding of Pipeline andRelated Facilities” and all butt welds will be subject to 100% radiographic inspection while all filletwelds will be Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI).
Cathodic Protection The Cathodic Protection System type will be a single anode groundbed consisting of packagedmagnesium anodes installed near the onshore facilities.
Depth of Line The proposed pipeline will be buried at a minimum depth of 1.20 m (3.93 feet) below ground level onnormal grade.
Fluid for Transmission Natural Gas.
Maximum Allowable 99.30 barg (1440.00 psig).Operating Pressure
Design Pressure 99.30 barg (1440.00 psig).
Hydrotest Pressure 133.30 barg (1934.00 psig).
Design Capacity 3.37 x 106 m3/d (119.00 MMscf/d).
