SupervisorThats it! Thats the last straw; youre suspended for the rest of the day. Go home, and I dont anticipate youll be coming in again.

EmployeeYou cant get rid of me because I have a bad back.

SupervisorThis has nothing to do with your back and you know that. Youre insubordinate.
