TOUCH

Touch solutions are an essential part of the DATA MODUL product portfolio and

are available in a wide range of versions, sizes and technologies for various appli-

cations. DATA MODUL focuses on proprietary touch sensors and controller boards

enabling multi-touch and gesture control. The complete projected capacitive

(PCAP/PCT) solution – consisting of touch sensor, controller, firmware, front glass

and optical bonding – is delivered from a single source. These PCAP solutions

under the brand easyTOUCH are specially developed for industrial applications.

In addition to this, DATA MODUL distributes a wide portfolio of resistive and

projected capacitive touch sensors made by most leading manufacturers. Optical

encoders, joysticks and automotive interfaces complete the portfolio.

easyTOUCH DISPLAYCOVER GLASS

DATA MODUL starts by consulting the customer with an optimum solution for the required application

needs. In-house optical bonding of the cover glass and/or display to the touch sensor along with ACF

tail bonding are offered as value-added options. After sales support is also provided. The assembly

processes take place in DATA MODUL’s production factory in Weikersheim in a cleanroom environment.
