E’ prodotto con tubi di acciaio di diametro 25 mm e spessore

1,20 mm; i collettori sono di diametro 35 mm e spessore

1,50 mm.

Gli attacchi sono con passo a vite da 1/2” gas.

I radiatori scaldasalviette TOSO possono essere forniti di una

resistenza elettrica che ne consente il funzionamento misto, ad

acqua calda ed elettrico. Questo permette l’utilizzo del radiatore

anche nei periodi in cui l’impianto di riscaldamento è spento.

E’ possibile fornire il radiatore scaldasalviette di una resistenza

elettrica con termostato incorporato (foto 1) o di una di resistenza

elettrica con termostato elettronico di controllo della temperatura

ambiente (foto 2).

By the supply of an immersion heater, it is possible to have a dual

function of TOSO towel warmer radiators by hot water and electric.

Therefore the radiator can even be used when the heating system

is switched off.

I radiatori scaldasalviette TOSO sono prodotti anche per il

solo funzionamento elettrico per i casi in cui non è possibile o

conveniente l’allacciamento al normale impianto di riscaldamento.

Consentono un funzionamento completamente indipendente dal

riscaldamento ad acqua calda.

E’ possibile scegliere tra i modelli forniti di resistenza elettrica con

termostato incorporato (foto 1) ed i modelli forniti di resistenza

elettrica con termostato elettronico di controllo della temperatura

ambiente (foto 2).

Materiali / Materials

I radiatori TOSO sono prodotti con tubi di acciaio conforme alle prescrizioni ufficiali in materia di sicurezza e funzionalità.

TOSO radiators are made of steel tubes in compliance with safety and functionality official regulations.

Saldatura / Welding

La saldatura è eseguita con impianti a tecnologia avanzata che rendono le saldature del radiatore invisibili.

The weldings are invisible with the use of high technology systems.

Collaudo / Test

Al termine del processo produttivo, ogni radiatore è sottoposto a controllo individuale: è testata la capacità di tenuta idraulica

mediante il collaudo con aria alla pressione di 10 atmosfere ed immersione in una vasca d’acqua.

After the productive process, each radiator is air tested to a pressure of 10 atmospheres and immersed in water.

Verniciatura / Painting

La verniciatura è realizzata con polveri epidossiche, capaci di garantire un ottimo legame con il metallo, un perfetto risultato del

prodotto finito ed una lunga durata nel tempo.

Painting procedure uses epoxy powders which guarantee an excellent bond with the metal, a perfect end product result and a long

length of time.

Imballaggio / Packaging

I radiatori sono imballati con apposite protezioni di cartone molto resistente ed avvolti in fogli di polietilene termoretraibile; è così

possibile trasportare e maneggiare il radiatore evitando il rischio di danni e graffi al prodotto.

The radiators are packed by great resistant cardboard protections and shrink-wrapped in a polyethylene sheath; so it is possible to

handle the radiator avoiding damages and scratches.

Le rese termiche dei radiatori TOSO sono state determinate con prove secondo le norme adottate dalla Comunità Europea UNI/EN

442-1-2.

Tutti i dati di resa termica riportati nel seguente catalogo sono stati misurati presso il Laboratorio Misure Ricerche Termotecniche

del Dipartimento di Energetica del Politecnico di Milano.

The heat outputs of TOSO radiators have been determined in compliance with UNI/EN 442-1-2 European Community norms.
