Developed business case, designed, and led telecommunications infrastructure support for an ambitious 5 year construction project encompassing 14 major construction projects. Worked with stakeholders across the enterprise (internal), and collaborated with external stakeholders at Department of the Army and Regional Combatant Commands in areas of conflict in the world (external).

Experience leading a 700 member military organization in a high-volume, fast-paced, environment where soldiers prepare for and deploy into combat environment to accomplish logistical missions of maintenance and repair of combat vehicles. Coordinated commodity re-supply of U.S. and coalition forces in southern Iraq. Coordinated the reconstitution of rail service from southern Iraq north to intermediate locations throughout Iraq. Participated in the location selection of logistical support area ANACONDA (Balad Air Base, Iraq); in what was to become the major re-supply hub in Southwest Asia (Iraq & Kuwait) for the remainder of combat operations and ongoing sustainment operations in the region. Resolved complex issues among culturally diverse, multi-national stakeholders.

Responsible for all IT service functions for the enterprise to include all network circuits, desktop computer support, life-cycle replacement purchasing, workstation imaging, distribution, and maintenance. Supervised the network operations center responsible for “back-office” network services, security, and computer application development and support. Network authentication, security, Personal Identifiable Information (PII) Security & data encryption, intrusion threat reporting. Responsible for developing the IT Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Developed all bid specifications for IT equipment and services in accordance with State and Federal equipment procurement regulations. Managed annual IT budget in excess of $5.2mil.
