1. When leaving a Shell FCU branch or ATM, verify your cash before you leave. Then put your card, cash and receipt away immediately.
2. If you see anyone or anything suspicious, cancel your transaction, leave right away and notify Shell FCU. If anyone follows you after making a transaction, go to a crowded, well-lit area and call the police.
3. Do not leave your car unlocked or engine running when you get out to use an ATM or enter a branch. When using a drive-up ATM, make sure all your doors are locked and windows are up.
4. Always be aware of your surroundings when using an ATM or visiting a Shell FCU branch.
