To All Roncalli Junior High/Roncalli High School Parents: The Roncalli Booster Club welcomes you back and is asking for your help again this year. As in years past, our volunteers gave their time in the concession stand throughout the year. Thank you to all! Enclosed you will find the Concession Stand work schedule for the 2011-2012 school year. As most of you know, the Roncalli Booster Club raises money each year by offering a concession stand during many athletic events and/or activities. About 5 years ago the Booster Club was looking for ideas on how we could make the concession stand run smoother and get parents involved. We implemented the idea of having a schedule for the whole year. Parents are asked to work one event per year that have students in grades 7-12. This covers all activities for the year with the exclusion of post season events. Whether you work selling tickets or work in the concession stand it can be an evening of fun while perhaps meeting parents you didn't know. Even if you don't have a student in athletics we still included you, as the Booster Club supports all activities like band, cheerleading, dance, and chess club, just to name a few. On the following pages are the different athletic events with dates, times, and your names with phone numbers. If you are scheduled and cannot work we kindly ask that you find your own replacement by swapping times with somebody. If you do so please call me and let me know so I can changed the master schedule. I will give courtesy reminder calls to all workers a few days before an event. You can reach me on my cell phone at 380-1046. We can only be a success with all of you! If you don't find your name on the list I may be calling upon you in the future. If you have not been to a Booster Club meeting please come. We meet at the high school on the 3 rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm. We are always looking for new faces and new ideas.
