A total of 2000 Team Member Experiences are to be delivered in 2013.

A total of 400 Team Leader Experiences are to be delivered in 2013.

• Certification for TMP/TLP.• Idea talk and share your ideas. • LEAD partners.• Tracking and documentation of

development from the LEADs.• Monthly EPICs.• Every Member Every Day.• Training for MB from externals.• Using interns to deliver IS for

OGX leverage.• Campus Ambassador Program. • Selling TMP/TLP as a product.• Appointment letters and

hardcopy of Job roles to be given.
